Enerji verimlili\u011fi ve yal\u0131t\u0131ml\u0131 bina say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n artmas\u0131 noktas\u0131nda kamunun \u00f6nc\u00fc rol oynamas\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yor. 2023 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n sonlar\u0131nda Cumhurba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 karar\u0131yla baz\u0131 kamu binalar\u0131 i\u00e7in belirlenen enerji tasarruf hedefinin 2030 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar y\u00fczde 15\u2019ten y\u00fczde 30\u2019a \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131 buna iyi bir \u00f6rnek. Kamunun \u00f6nc\u00fc rol\u00fcn\u00fc \u00fcstlendi\u011fi bu tarz uygulamalar\u0131n yayg\u0131nla\u015fmas\u0131, yal\u0131t\u0131ml\u0131 bina say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n artmas\u0131na da \u00f6n ayak olacakt\u0131r\u201d<\/em> dedi.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Enerji Karnemizin \u0130yile\u015fmesi \u0130\u00e7in Enerji Limitlerimizin D\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fclmesi \u015eart!<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Yal\u0131t\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k nedeniyle binalarda \u0131s\u0131tma ve so\u011futma i\u00e7in gere\u011finden fazla enerji harcanmas\u0131n\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck bir israfa sebep oldu\u011funa dikkat \u00e7eken<strong>\u00a0Emrullah Eruslu,\u00a0<\/strong>a\u00e7\u0131klamalar\u0131n\u0131 \u015fu s\u00f6zlerle s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc: <em>\u201cGeli\u015fmi\u015f \u00fclkelerde binalarda enerji verimlili\u011fine y\u00f6nelik bir\u00e7ok ad\u0131m at\u0131larak enerji limitleri d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcrken, \u00fclkemizde halen 2008 y\u0131l\u0131nda tan\u0131mlanm\u0131\u015f enerji limitleri kullan\u0131l\u0131yor. AB\u2019de 2019 y\u0131l\u0131ndan bu yana yeni kamu binalar\u0131n\u0131n t\u00fcm\u00fc neredeyse s\u0131f\u0131r enerjili olarak \u00fcretiliyor. 2020 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131ndan itibaren ise t\u00fcm yeni binalar neredeyse s\u0131f\u0131r enerjili olarak yap\u0131l\u0131yor. Bir\u00e7ok geli\u015fmi\u015f \u00fclkede binalar \u0131s\u0131tma ve so\u011futmaya y\u00f6nelik birim metrekaredeki y\u0131ll\u0131k enerji t\u00fcketimi 30-50 kW olacak \u015fekilde yal\u0131t\u0131ml\u0131 olarak tasarlan\u0131yor ve in\u015fa ediliyor. \u00dclkemizde ise halen bina enerji t\u00fcketimi 120-150 kW (birim metrekare\/y\u0131l) seviyesinde. Enerji israf\u0131m\u0131z halen geli\u015fmi\u015f \u00fclkeler ile mukayese edildi\u011finde 3 ila 5 kat daha fazla. Yak\u0131nda y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girmesini bekledi\u011fimiz Binalarda Is\u0131 Yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 Kurallar\u0131 Standard\u0131 TS 825 revizyonu 2025 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u00fclkemiz i\u00e7in en \u00f6nemli geli\u015fmelerden biri olacak. . TS 825 standard\u0131n\u0131n revizyonu ile binalarda enerji t\u00fcketiminin 70-90 kW (birim metrekare\/y\u0131l) seviyesine inmesini umuyoruz.\u00a0 Binalarda enerji verimlili\u011fi sa\u011flanmas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik gerekli ad\u0131mlar\u0131n at\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayan \u00c7evre, \u015eehircilik ve \u0130klim De\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile\u00a0 Enerji ve Tabi Kaynaklar Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131na te\u015fekk\u00fcr ediyoruz.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Neredeyse S\u0131f\u0131r Enerji Binalara Ge\u00e7i\u015f Enerji Tasarrufunda \u00d6nemli Rol Oynayacak<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u0130ZODER\u2019in hayata ge\u00e7irdi\u011fi, \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n enerji verimlili\u011fi ve \u00e7evrenin korunmas\u0131ndaki rol\u00fcne dikkat \u00e7eken \u201cTek Yol U D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u201d Kampanyas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan \u00c7evre, \u015eehircilik ve \u0130klim De\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan 19 \u015eubat 2022 tarihinde Binalarda Enerji Performans\u0131 Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi\u2019nde yap\u0131lan de\u011fi\u015fiklikle Neredeyse S\u0131f\u0131r Enerji Bina (nSEB) konsepti ile ilgili tan\u0131mlamalar\u0131n mevzuatlara eklendi\u011fini belirten\u00a0<strong>\u0130ZODER Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Emrullah Eruslu<\/strong>,<em> \u201c\u00dclkemizde 1 Ocak 2023 tarihinden itibaren nSEB binalara ge\u00e7i\u015f ba\u015flad\u0131. Asgari enerji performans\u0131 \u2018B\u2019 olan nSEB binalar, di\u011fer binalara g\u00f6re cephelerde en az 1-2 cm daha kal\u0131n yal\u0131t\u0131ma ve en az bir y\u00fczeyinde kaplamal\u0131 \u00e7ift cam veya \u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc yal\u0131t\u0131m cam\u0131 \u00fcniteleri ile \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m de\u011ferleri iyile\u015ftirilmi\u015f pencerelere sahip olduklar\u0131ndan yak\u0131t faturalar\u0131nda kullan\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131na y\u00fcksek oranda tasarruf sa\u011fl\u0131yor. S\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir ve g\u00fcvenli yap\u0131la\u015fmada nSEB binalar kilit bir rol \u00fcstleniyor. 1 Ocak 2025 itibariyle 2 bin metrekareden b\u00fcy\u00fck binalar i\u00e7in zorunlu olsa da biz T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin \u201c2053 net s\u0131f\u0131r emisyon\u201d hedefi do\u011frultusunda t\u00fcm yeni yap\u0131lan binalar\u0131n nSEB konseptinde yap\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 tavsiye ediyoruz\u201d<\/em> \u015feklinde konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Yal\u0131t\u0131m, \u00c7evre Dostu Binalar \u0130\u00e7in de Gerekli\u2026<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Yap\u0131lan her \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 ile enerji t\u00fcketimini azaltman\u0131n \u00e7evreye de b\u00fcy\u00fck katk\u0131lar\u0131 olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyen\u00a0<strong>Emrullah\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Eruslu,\u00a0<\/strong><em>\u201cYap\u0131lacak 5 y\u0131ll\u0131k bir planla y\u0131lda 300 bin hanenin yal\u0131t\u0131ml\u0131 hale getirilmesi durumunda; sera gaz\u0131 azalt\u0131m\u0131 13,5 milyon ton karbondioksit (CO2) civarlar\u0131nda hesaplan\u0131yor.
