B\u00f6ylece AB Emisyon Ticaret Sistemi\u2019ndeki (ETS) \u00fccretsiz tahsilatlar\u0131n 2026\u2019dan ba\u015flayarak 2034\u2019e kadar kademeli olarak sonland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de enerji hizmet \u015firketlerini temsil eden tek sivil toplum kurulu\u015fu olan<strong> Enerji Verimlili\u011fi ve Y\u00f6netimi Derne\u011fi\u2019nin (EYODER) Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Onur \u00dcnl\u00fc<\/strong>, Enerji Verimlili\u011fi Haftas\u0131 dolay\u0131s\u0131yla yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamada belirlenen alt\u0131 sekt\u00f6r ve onlara hizmet eden yan sekt\u00f6rlerin enerji verimli hale gelerek mali y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fcklerden kurtulmas\u0131 i\u00e7in 6 ad\u0131ml\u0131k bir yol haritas\u0131 olu\u015fturdu. \u00dcnl\u00fc ayr\u0131ca, alt\u0131 sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn mali ve idari y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fckleri oldu\u011funu ancak d\u00f6ng\u00fcsel ekonomi kapsam\u0131nda ba\u015fta kaynak yo\u011fun sekt\u00f6rler olmak \u00fczere t\u00fcm sekt\u00f6rlerin daha y\u00fcksek standartlara ge\u00e7mesi gerekti\u011fine dikkat \u00e7ekti.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u015eirketler \u0130\u00e7in SKDM Yol Haritas\u0131<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>1- Detayl\u0131 Enerji Et\u00fcd\u00fc: <\/strong>\u0130lk ad\u0131mda i\u015fletmenin uzun d\u00f6nem enerji t\u00fcketim verilerinden enerji girdi \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131lar\u0131na kadar t\u00fcm s\u00fcre\u00e7 ve prosesler, enerji hizmet \u015firketleri taraf\u0131ndan detayl\u0131 olarak incelenir ve analiz edilir. Referans y\u0131l ve referans emisyon d\u00fczeyi belirlenir. Bu sayede verimsizlikler ve kay\u0131plar tespit edilerek verimlili\u011fi art\u0131rmak ve enerji maliyetlerini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmek i\u00e7in projeler tasarlan\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2- Tasarruf Eylemleri:<\/strong> Operasyonel de\u011fi\u015fiklikler ile enerji ve kaynak tasarrufu sa\u011flayacak tasarruf eylemleri herhangi bir yat\u0131r\u0131m gerektirmez. Bu ad\u0131m emisyonda ciddi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015fler sa\u011flamasa da sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 h\u0131zla g\u00f6r\u00fclebilir. \u0130zolasyon eksikliklerinin giderilmesi, operasyon s\u0131cakl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6zden ge\u00e7irilmesi, iklimlendirme sisteminin ayar s\u0131cakl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n yeniden yap\u0131land\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, buhar, su ve hava ka\u00e7aklar\u0131n\u0131n giderilmesi gibi tasarruf projeleri ile y\u00fczde 5-10 aras\u0131nda enerji, kaynak ve emisyon azalt\u0131m\u0131 sa\u011flanabilir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3- Mikro Enerji Verimlili\u011fi Yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131: <\/strong>Yayg\u0131n olarak kullan\u0131lan ve h\u0131zl\u0131ca tedarik edilip devreye al\u0131nabilen d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck b\u00fct\u00e7eli bu yat\u0131r\u0131mlar, uzun vadeli emisyon azalt\u0131m stratejilerine ciddi katk\u0131 sa\u011flar. At\u0131k \u0131s\u0131 geri kazan\u0131m sistemleri, pompa revizyonlar\u0131, ayd\u0131nlatma sistemi de\u011fi\u015fimi ve kondenstoplar\u0131n yenilenmesi gibi mikro enerji verimlili\u011fi projeleri ile sa\u011flanacak enerji, kaynak ve emisyon azalt\u0131m\u0131 y\u00fczde 10-15 aras\u0131nda olur.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4- Makro Enerji Verimlili\u011fi Yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131: <\/strong>Derin renovasyon olarak da adland\u0131r\u0131lan ve daha y\u00fcksek yat\u0131r\u0131m b\u00fct\u00e7esi ihtiyac\u0131 olan bu ad\u0131mda, enerji, kaynak ve emisyon azalt\u0131m\u0131na y\u00fczde 20-30 aras\u0131 katk\u0131 verilebilir. Kazan dairesi modernizasyonu, merkezi so\u011futma sistemi renovasyonu ve iklimlendirme sistemi d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc gibi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 kapsayan bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar her ne kadar g\u00f6rece daha y\u00fcksek yat\u0131r\u0131m maliyeti gerektirse de bu projelerin yat\u0131r\u0131m geri \u00f6deme s\u00fcresi 2-3 y\u0131ld\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5- Fosil Yak\u0131ttan \u00c7\u0131k\u0131\u015f: <\/strong>Tasarruf ve verimlilik projeleri ile enerji ve kaynak t\u00fcketimi azalt\u0131ld\u0131ktan sonra fosil yak\u0131ttan \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f projelerine ba\u015flanabilir. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde bu konudaki tek \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u0131s\u0131 pompalar\u0131d\u0131r. Bu sistemin sadece \u0131s\u0131tma odakl\u0131 de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda \u0131s\u0131 kayna\u011f\u0131 olarak da tasarlanmas\u0131 \u015firketin emisyon azalt\u0131m stratejilerine hizmet eder.
