Ekonomiye de\u011fer katma hedefiyle \u00fcretim hacmimizi artt\u0131r\u0131rken, kaynaklar\u0131 verimli kullanmaya, enerji t\u00fcketimimizi yenilenebilir \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlerle kar\u015f\u0131lamaya da \u00f6nem veriyoruz. Hayat i\u00e7erisinde olu\u015fturdu\u011fumuz Enerji Komitemiz ile t\u00fcm i\u015f s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinde uygulanacak \u015fekilde enerji verimlili\u011fi konusunda ciddi bir fark\u0131ndal\u0131k olu\u015fturduk. Bu sayede proje havuzumuzdan enerji verimlili\u011fini art\u0131rma fonksiyonu y\u00fcksek olanlar\u0131 se\u00e7erek uygulamaya al\u0131yoruz. Operasyonlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirli\u011fini sa\u011flamak amac\u0131yla ihtiyac\u0131m\u0131z olan enerjinin tamam\u0131n\u0131 \u00fcretmek, yani \u201cyerinde \u00fcret, yerinde t\u00fcket\u201d prensibini tesislerimizde uygulamak i\u00e7in harekete ge\u00e7tik. Bunu y\u00fcksek verimli trijenerasyon tesislerimiz ve g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi sistemimizle ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiriyoruz. Bu y\u0131l faaliyete ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131m\u0131z aras\u0131nda 14,6 MW DC kapasiteli \u201cMersin Fabrikas\u0131 \u00c7at\u0131 Tipi G\u00fcne\u015f Enerjisi\u201d sistemimiz bulunuyor. Bu yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131m\u0131zla y\u0131lda yakla\u015f\u0131k 9 bin 600 ton karbon emisyonunu engellemeyi hedefliyoruz. Bu da yakla\u015f\u0131k 23 bin 350 adet a\u011fa\u00e7 anlam\u0131na geliyor. Di\u011fer taraftan 75 kW kurulu g\u00fc\u00e7te, at\u0131k \u0131s\u0131y\u0131 de\u011ferlendirerek ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi\u011fimiz elektrik \u00fcretim projemizi devreye ald\u0131k. At\u0131k \u0131s\u0131dan elde etti\u011fimiz s\u0131cak su sayesinde Organik Rankine \u00c7evrimi (OR\u00c7) elektrik \u00fcretiyoruz\u201d<\/em> dedi.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Ayn\u0131 \u00c7at\u0131 Alt\u0131ndaki En B\u00fcy\u00fck Kapasiteli Trijenerasyon ve G\u00fcne\u015f Enerji Santrali (GES) Yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Mersin tesisindeki uygulaman\u0131n\u00a0ayn\u0131 \u00e7at\u0131 alt\u0131ndaki en b\u00fcy\u00fck kapasiteli trijenerasyon ve GES yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 oldu\u011funa de\u011finerek s\u00f6zlerine devam eden <strong>Tarak\u00e7\u0131,<\/strong> \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi:<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>\u201c<\/strong>Mersin tesisimizdeki yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131m\u0131z bizim i\u00e7in \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir tecr\u00fcbe oldu. Bu yat\u0131r\u0131mda elde etti\u011fimiz deneyimi yeni tesislerimize de transfer ediyoruz. \u00d6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki d\u00f6nem planlar\u0131m\u0131z aras\u0131nda enerji \u00fcretiminde yenilenebilir enerjinin pay\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rmak var. T\u00fcm bu at\u0131l\u0131mlar\u0131 yaparken karbon sal\u0131m\u0131 konusunda uluslararas\u0131 reg\u00fclasyonlar\u0131 takip ediyor, g\u00fcncel geli\u015fmeler do\u011frultusunda planlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 yeniliyoruz. Enerji, maliyeti y\u00fcksek ve verdi\u011finiz kararlar\u0131n anl\u0131k olarak analiz edebilmesine ihtiya\u00e7 duyulan bir sekt\u00f6r. Hayat i\u00e7erisinde kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z enerji yaz\u0131l\u0131m\u0131m\u0131z sayesinde anl\u0131k olarak Enerji OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency \u2013 Toplam Ekipman Verimlili\u011fi) verim ve maliyet analizlerini takip edebiliyoruz.
