NSEB kapsam\u0131ndaki yap\u0131lar\u0131n enerji kimlik belgesindeki enerji performans s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131n\u0131n en az <strong>\u201cB s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131\u201d<\/strong> olmas\u0131 \u015fart\u0131 devam ederken, binalar\u0131n enerji ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n yenilenebilir kaynaklardan sa\u011flanmas\u0131 zorunlulu\u011fu art\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. Daha \u00f6nce <strong>%5<\/strong> olan yenilenebilir enerji oran\u0131 1 Ocak itibar\u0131yla <strong>%10<\/strong> olacak. Yani yeni binalar\u0131n, kulland\u0131klar\u0131 enerjinin en az <strong>%10<\/strong>\u2019unun, g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi panelleri, \u0131s\u0131 pompalar\u0131 gibi yenilenebilir enerji sistemleriyle kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131 da zorunlu tutulacak.<\/p>\n<h3>66 Bin Ton E\u015fde\u011fer CO2 Sera Gaz\u0131 Azalt\u0131ld\u0131<\/h3>\n<p>\u00d6te yandan, 2023\u2019ten bug\u00fcne kadar NSEB \u015fartlar\u0131na uygun projelendirilen <strong>2.200 bina<\/strong>, normal bir binaya g\u00f6re yakla\u015f\u0131k <strong>%25<\/strong> civar\u0131nda enerji verimli olarak tasarland\u0131. B\u00f6ylece y\u0131ll\u0131k <strong>281 GWh<\/strong> enerji tasarrufu ve 66 bin ton e\u015fde\u011fer karbondioksit sera gaz\u0131 azalt\u0131m\u0131 sa\u011fland\u0131. 2025 y\u0131l\u0131 itibar\u0131yla her y\u0131l yakla\u015f\u0131k <strong>30.000<\/strong> binan\u0131n NSEB \u015fartlar\u0131nda in\u015fa edilmesi hedefleniyor. NSEB \u015fartlar\u0131na uygun binalarla y\u0131ll\u0131k <strong>1850 GW<\/strong> enerji tasarrufu ve <strong>450.000 ton<\/strong> e\u015fde\u011fer karbondioksit sera gaz\u0131 azalt\u0131m\u0131 sa\u011flanmas\u0131 ve bu de\u011ferlerin her y\u0131l k\u00fcm\u00fclatif olarak artmas\u0131 bekleniyor.
