T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin iklim kriziyle m\u00fccadelede yapacaklar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6zetleyen strateji belgesi, 2053 net s\u0131f\u0131r hedefini tekrar etse de ba\u015fta k\u00f6m\u00fcr santralleri olmak \u00fczere fosil yak\u0131tlardan vazge\u00e7meye dair bir taahh\u00fct i\u00e7ermiyor. 2053 y\u0131l\u0131nda yenilenebilir enerjinin birincil enerji i\u00e7indeki pay\u0131n\u0131 sadece y\u00fczde 50\u2019ye y\u00fckseltmeyi planlayan belge, bu haliyle net s\u0131f\u0131r emisyon hedefini tutturma g\u00fcvencesi vermiyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ekosfer Derne\u011fi Y\u00f6netim Kurulu \u00dcyesi \u00d6zg\u00fcr G\u00fcrb\u00fcz<\/strong>, strateji belgesinin hayal k\u0131r\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyerek, bina, ula\u015f\u0131m, enerji, arazi kullan\u0131m\u0131 ve ormanc\u0131l\u0131k gibi bir\u00e7ok sekt\u00f6rde verilen hedeflerin baz\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n yetersiz baz\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n da hayata ge\u00e7irilme tarihlerinin olduk\u00e7a ge\u00e7 oldu\u011funa, bunun da sorunu \u00e7\u00f6zmeyece\u011fine dikkat \u00e7ekiyor. \u0130klim ve enerji analisti G\u00fcrb\u00fcz, <em>\u201cEnerjide yenilenebilir enerji ve enerji verimlili\u011fi hedefleri 2050\u2019li y\u0131llar i\u00e7in yeterli de\u011fil. K\u00f6m\u00fcr santrallerinin ne zaman kapat\u0131laca\u011f\u0131na dair ortada bir tarih yok ya da yol haritas\u0131 yok. At\u0131l kalan n\u00fckleer santrallere devlet deste\u011fi gerekecek ki bu santraller yabanc\u0131 \u015firketlere al\u0131m garantisi verilerek yap\u0131l\u0131yor. Bunlar\u0131n hepsi elektrik fiyatlar\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131racak etkenler. Batarya temelli elektrik depolama sistemleri ve gerekti\u011finde devreye girebilecek yenilenebilir enerji se\u00e7enekleri, n\u00fckleer gibi at\u0131k sorunu \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclmemi\u015f, tehlikeli bir kayna\u011fa k\u0131yasla halihaz\u0131rda daha ucuz.
