Bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede, 2025 y\u0131l\u0131nda iklim krizi ile m\u00fccadele ve karbon ayak izi azalt\u0131m\u0131na y\u00f6nelik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n Karbon Saydaml\u0131k Projesi (CDP \u2013 Carbon Disclosure Project) platformunda a\u00e7\u0131k ve \u015feffaf bir \u015fekilde payla\u015fmay\u0131 hedefliyor.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Kullan\u0131lan Enerjinin Y\u00fczde 90\u2019\u0131n\u0131 Yenilenebilir Kaynaklardan Sa\u011flayacak<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Enerji analiz\u00f6rleri yard\u0131m\u0131yla t\u00fcm tesisi dijital olarak izleyerek \u00fcretim s\u00fcre\u00e7lerindeki enerji t\u00fcketimini takip eden ve azalt\u0131m\u0131na y\u00f6nelik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar y\u00fcr\u00fcten Kutes, ayd\u0131nlatma sistemlerinin LED&#8217;lerle de\u011fi\u015ftirilmesinden elektrikli forkliftlerin kullan\u0131lmas\u0131na, bas\u0131n\u00e7l\u0131 hava sistemlerinin iyile\u015ftirilmesinden enerji izleme sistemi ve tasarlanm\u0131\u015f bas\u0131n\u00e7l\u0131 hava nozullar\u0131 gibi projeleri hayata ge\u00e7iriyor. \u015eirket ayn\u0131 zamanda b\u00fcnyesinde bulunan 240 kWh&#8217;lik g\u00fcne\u015f panelleri sayesinde, t\u00fcketilen elektrik enerjisinin %60&#8217;\u0131n\u0131 yenilenebilir kaynaklardan sa\u011fl\u0131yor. Kutes K\u0131rklareli ve Edirne\u2019de devreye almakta oldu\u011fu 26 MW\u2019l\u0131k g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 ile de t\u00fcm tesislerinde kullan\u0131lan enerjinin y\u00fczde 90\u2019\u0131n\u0131 yenilenebilir kaynaklardan sa\u011flamay\u0131 hedefliyor. Bu sayede y\u0131ll\u0131k 56 bin ton olan karbon emisyonunu 38 bin tona indirmeyi ama\u00e7l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra 2023&#8217;te devreye al\u0131nan IE3-IE4 motorlar sayesinde 47.357 kWh&#8217;lik enerji verimlili\u011fi sa\u011fland\u0131. 2022&#8217;de faaliyete ge\u00e7en yolluk k\u0131r\u0131c\u0131lar ile elektrik t\u00fcketiminde %5 oran\u0131nda azalma elde edildi. 2022&#8217;de devreye al\u0131nan Progelta Tundish Retrofit sistemine yap\u0131lan yat\u0131r\u0131m yoluyla d\u00fc\u015fen s\u0131cakl\u0131klar sayesinde duru\u015flarda %48 oran\u0131nda iyile\u015fme g\u00f6zlendi. \u201cProgelta Teleskopik Vin\u00e7 Sistemi\u201d ile insans\u0131z metal transfer sistemi kurulmas\u0131 ve hurdadan mam\u00fcl \u00fcretim hatt\u0131n\u0131n %100 entegre hale getirilmesi i\u00e7in yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalardan ise %8,02 oran\u0131nda verimlilik art\u0131\u015f\u0131 sa\u011fland\u0131. Bu ad\u0131mlar\u0131n neticesinde 1,4 ton ergimi\u015f metal 5,3 dakikada HWS d\u00f6k\u00fcm otomat\u0131na standart bir \u015fekilde aktar\u0131larak ergitmede %5 enerji verimlili\u011fi sa\u011fland\u0131. Kutes, ergitme ocaklar\u0131ndan \u00e7\u0131kan \u0131s\u0131y\u0131 bacalardan toplayarak idari binan\u0131n \u0131s\u0131tmas\u0131nda kullan\u0131lmas\u0131, tesis i\u00e7erisine DC \u015farj istasyonlar\u0131 kurulmas\u0131 ve gelecek 5 y\u0131l i\u00e7erisinde ara\u00e7lar\u0131 a\u015famal\u0131 olarak elektrikli ara\u00e7lar ile de\u011fi\u015ftirilmesi i\u00e7in de \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na devam ediyor.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u00c7evre ve \u0130nsan Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u0130\u00e7in G\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fcl\u00fck Esas\u0131yla \u00c7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Tesislerinde hava kirlili\u011fini kontrol edebilmek i\u00e7in hava filtreleme sistemleri ve geli\u015fmi\u015f baghouse teknolojisi kullanan Kutes&#8217;in y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc hava kirlili\u011fi kontrolleri, ABD \u00c7evre Koruma Ajans\u0131 (USEPA) ve ilgili devlet d\u00fczenleyici kurumlar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan \u201cmevcut en iyi\u201d olarak kabul ediliyor. Her fabrikadaki emisyon kontrol sistemlerine yerle\u015ftirilmi\u015f \u201cgeli\u015fmi\u015f ka\u00e7ak tespit problar\u0131&#8221; bu teknolojinin \u00f6nemli bir bile\u015feni olarak \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde her ne kadar bir d\u00fczenleyici kurum taraf\u0131ndan \u015fart ko\u015fulmasa da Kutes, \u00e7evre ve insan sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131na duydu\u011fu sorumlulukla bu teknolojiyi g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fc olarak kullan\u0131yor. Bu sayede, hem \u00e7evre dostu teknolojilere yat\u0131r\u0131m yaparak hem de \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ortam\u0131n\u0131n hava kalitesini art\u0131rarak s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir bir yakla\u015f\u0131m benimsiyor.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Geri D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f Malzeme Oran\u0131n\u0131 %75\u2019e \u00c7\u0131kard\u0131<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Kutes, kok-eriyik kullan\u0131m oran\u0131n\u0131 azaltarak enerji t\u00fcketimini ve sera gaz\u0131 emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmeyi, ham madde harcamas\u0131n\u0131 azaltarak tasarruf etmeyi hedefliyor. Bu hedef do\u011frultusunda geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f malzeme oran\u0131n\u0131 her ge\u00e7en y\u0131l art\u0131ran \u015firket, eritilen metal i\u00e7eri\u011findeki geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f malzeme oran\u0131n\u0131 %40\u2019tan %75\u2019e \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131. Alternatif geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f malzemelerin prosese dahil edilmesi i\u00e7in ise \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara devam ediyor.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Tamamen Teknolojik Bir \u00dcretim Sahas\u0131 Olmay\u0131 Hedefliyor<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>2022 y\u0131l\u0131nda ba\u015flatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 dijital d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131, 2023 ve 2024 d\u00f6neminde daha da g\u00fc\u00e7lendirerek s\u00fcrd\u00fcren Kutes, operasyon mimarisini \u201cT\u00fcm birimleri dijital platformlarda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan, End\u00fcstri 4.0 prensiplerini benimseyerek hayata ge\u00e7iren, u\u00e7tan uca tedarik zinciri\u201d mant\u0131\u011f\u0131yla yeniden kurgulad\u0131 ve \u201cyap\u0131land\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f temiz veri\u201d hedefine y\u00f6neldi. \u015eirket, 2023 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u00fcretimdeki s\u00fcreklili\u011fi sa\u011flamak amac\u0131yla, kal\u0131plama hatt\u0131nda kullan\u0131lmak \u00fczere ma\u00e7a yerle\u015ftirme robotu, insans\u0131z metal transfer sistemi, magnezyum tel a\u015f\u0131lama ve d\u00f6k\u00fcmhane proses merkezini faaliyete ald\u0131. 2024\u2019te ise ERP sisteminin yeni versiyonuna ge\u00e7i\u015f yap\u0131yor, IoT&#8217;nin sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 veri \u00e7e\u015fitlili\u011fi ile Big Data olu\u015fturuyor ve AI teknolojisi yard\u0131m\u0131yla daha hassas verimlilik analizleri ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirme \u00fczerine \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor.
