Ulusal Enerji Verimlili\u011fi Eylem Plan\u0131 \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde, genel ayd\u0131nlatma, elektrik iletim ve da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m faaliyetlerinde enerji verimlili\u011fini art\u0131rmak ve ak\u0131ll\u0131 saya\u00e7lar\u0131n yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak gibi, enerji verimlili\u011fini destekleyen projeler hedeflenmi\u015ftir.
