G\u00fcll\u00fc, enerji d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 ve h\u0131z\u0131n\u0131, batarya enerji depolama sistemleri gibi yeni teknolojilerin belirleyece\u011fini vurgulayarak \u015funlar\u0131 belirtti: \u201cBatarya enerji depolama sistemleri, elektrik sistemine esneklik sa\u011flayarak de\u011fi\u015fken \u00fcretime sahip r\u00fczgar ve g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi santrallerinin \u015febekeye entegrasyonunu h\u0131zland\u0131r\u0131yor. Elektrik sisteminde optimum \u015fekilde konumland\u0131r\u0131lmalar\u0131 durumunda \u015febeke kay\u0131plar\u0131 azal\u0131yor. Di\u011fer yandan net s\u0131f\u0131r hedefi kapsam\u0131nda karbon emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131n azalt\u0131lmas\u0131nda \u00f6nemli bir rol \u00fcstleniyor. B\u00fct\u00fcn bunlar g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcne al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin enerji d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcnde batarya depolama sistemlerine yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n \u00f6nemi ortaya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fmada, <strong>batarya enerji depolama sistemlerinin (BEDS)<\/strong>, g\u00fcnd\u00fcz saatlerinde \u00fcretimleri fazla olan g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi santrallerinden gelen ihtiya\u00e7 fazlas\u0131 elektri\u011fi depolayarak yenilenebilir enerji kesintilerini de engelleyebilece\u011fi belirtiliyor. 2035 y\u0131l\u0131nda toplam kapasitesi 7,2 GW\/28,8 GWh olacak \u015fekilde kurulacak batarya enerji depolama sistemlerinin, yenilenebilir enerji kesintisini en az seviyeye indirme amac\u0131yla \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 durumda, toplam 6,9 TWh yenilenebilir enerji kesintisinin \u00f6nlenebilece\u011fi hesaplan\u0131yor. Bu sayede 2035 y\u0131l\u0131nda do\u011fal gaz t\u00fcketimi yakla\u015f\u0131k 11,7 TWh azalt\u0131labilecek. B\u00f6ylece 369 milyon dolar seviyesindeki do\u011fal gaz ithalat\u0131 engellenirken, 2,3 milyon ton karbon emisyonu da azalt\u0131labilecek. Di\u011fer yandan, Yan Hizmetler kapsam\u0131nda fosil yak\u0131t santrallerine olan ihtiya\u00e7 orta-uzun vadede azalacak.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>T\u00dcRK\u0130YE\u2019N\u0130N BATARYA ENERJ\u0130 DEPOLAMA TEKNOLOJ\u0130LER\u0130 \u0130HT\u0130YACI\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Raporda, 2023 y\u0131l\u0131nda elektrik sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde kullan\u0131lan bataryalar\u0131n piyasa hacminin yakla\u015f\u0131k\u00a040 milyar dolar oldu\u011fu ve bu hacmin y\u00fczde 90\u2019\u0131n\u0131 \u00c7in, AB ve ABD\u2019nin olu\u015fturdu\u011fu kaydedildi. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>ise<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>hen\u00fcz \u015febeke \u00f6l\u00e7e\u011finde kurulu bir batarya enerji depolama tesisi bulunmuyor.<\/p>\n<p>SHURA Net S\u0131f\u0131r (NZ2053) senaryosuna g\u00f6re T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de yenilenebilir enerjinin elektrik \u00fcretimindeki pay\u0131n\u0131n 2053 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar y\u00fczde 90 seviyesine ula\u015fmas\u0131 bekleniyor. De\u011fi\u015fken \u00fcretime sahip r\u00fczgar ve g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisinin toplam elektrik \u00fcretimi i\u00e7indeki pay\u0131n\u0131n ise 2053 y\u0131l\u0131nda y\u00fczde 77 seviyesine \u00e7\u0131kaca\u011f\u0131 de\u011ferlendiriliyor. De\u011fi\u015fken \u00fcretimin elektrik sistemi i\u00e7indeki pay\u0131n\u0131n artmas\u0131yla \u015febeke esnekli\u011fi opsiyonlar\u0131n\u0131n da sisteme dahil edilmesi gerekiyor. Bu analizlere g\u00f6re T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin 2053 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar 30 GW\/120 GWh\u2019lik batarya enerji depolama kapasitesine, 3,2 gigavat (GW) pompaj depolamal\u0131 hidroelektrik santrali kapasitesine ve 70 GW elektroliz\u00f6r kapasitesine ihtiyac\u0131 olacak.<\/p>\n<p>Depolama tesisi kuran yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lara yenilenebilir enerji santrali kurma hakk\u0131 tan\u0131yan mevzuat de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fiyle birlikte\u00a0Haziran 2024 itibar\u0131yla \u00f6n lisansl\u0131 depolama kapasitesi ba\u015fvurular\u0131 32 GW seviyesine ula\u015ft\u0131. Raporda, bu sayede T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin depolama kapasitesinin yenilenebilir enerji santrallerine b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015fik olarak artaca\u011f\u0131 vurgulan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>KISIT OLAN B\u00d6LGELERE \u00d6NCEL\u0130K VER\u0130LMEL\u0130<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Raporda, bataryalar\u0131n, hem sistem odakl\u0131 hem de yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan faydalar\u0131n\u0131n birlikte de\u011ferlendirilmesi \u00f6neriliyor. Se\u00e7ilen yer ve batarya teknolojisi kapsam\u0131nda, bataryalar\u0131n sisteme olan faydalar\u0131 y\u00fcksek ama k\u00e2r marj\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fckse, yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lara \u00e7e\u015fitli s\u00fcbvansiyon veya te\u015fviklerin sa\u011flanabilece\u011fi de\u011ferlendiriliyor. Ayr\u0131ca, batarya depolama yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n vaktinde kurulabilmesi i\u00e7in yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n projeleri ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirebilecek teknik ve finansal kriterleri sa\u011flad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n kontrol edilmesi tavsiye ediliyor.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130letim ve da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m hatlar\u0131nda g\u00f6zlemlenen k\u0131s\u0131t ve t\u0131kan\u0131kl\u0131klar\u0131n azalt\u0131lmas\u0131nda batarya depolamal\u0131 sistemlerinin kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u2018Sanal G\u00fc\u00e7 Hatt\u0131\u2019 (VPL) kurulumlar\u0131na vurgu yap\u0131ld\u0131. \u00d6rnek pilot proje b\u00f6lgeleri se\u00e7ilerek bu teknolojinin kullan\u0131m\u0131 \u00fczerine deneyim kazan\u0131labilece\u011fi ve sonraki a\u015famalarda b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7ekli VPL kurulumlar\u0131n\u0131n uygulanabilece\u011finin alt\u0131 \u00e7iziliyor.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de elektrik \u00fcretim ve t\u00fcketim alanlar\u0131n\u0131n farkl\u0131la\u015fmas\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 baz\u0131 b\u00f6lgelerde zaman zaman k\u0131s\u0131tlar meydana geldi\u011fi, hatta ileride b\u00f6lgesel k\u0131s\u0131tlar\u0131n artabilece\u011fi belirtiliyor. Bu nedenle depolama tesis kurulumlar\u0131n\u0131n k\u0131s\u0131t ya\u015fanan b\u00f6lgelerde \u00f6nceliklendirilebilmesi i\u00e7in b\u00f6lgesel fiyatland\u0131rma uygulamas\u0131 geli\u015ftirilebilece\u011fine dikkat \u00e7ekiliyor. Elektrik toptan sat\u0131\u015f piyasas\u0131nda yap\u0131lacak iyile\u015ftirmeler ile negatif fiyatlara izin verildi\u011fi durumda depolama tesislerinin arbitraj imkan\u0131ndan daha fazla yararlanarak gelirlerini art\u0131rmalar\u0131n\u0131n m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olabilece\u011fi de belirtilmekte.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fmada, mevcut tarifelere g\u00f6re depolama tesislerinin hem enerji al\u0131\u015flar\u0131nda hem de enerji veri\u015flerinde iletim\/da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m bedeli \u00f6dedi\u011fi, tesislerin \u00fclke ekonomisine faydas\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclerek yeni bir kullan\u0131m tarifesinin olu\u015fturulmas\u0131 ve \u00e7ifte vergilendirmeden ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmas\u0131 tavsiye ediliyor.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de batarya enerji depolama politikalar\u0131n\u0131n, depolama tesislerinin kurulum amac\u0131na, teknolojisine ve lokasyonuna y\u00f6nelik b\u00fct\u00fcnc\u00fcl olarak ele al\u0131nmas\u0131 ve ikincil mevzuatlarla uygulamalar\u0131n hayata ge\u00e7irilmesi \u00f6neriliyor.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u015eEBEKE \u00d6L\u00c7E\u011e\u0130NDE LFP BATARYA TERC\u0130H ED\u0130L\u0130YOR\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>D\u00fcnyada, ekonomik \u00f6m\u00fcr, azami \u00e7evrim say\u0131s\u0131, yat\u0131r\u0131m maliyeti ve i\u015fletme g\u00fcvenli\u011fi gibi parametreler g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcne al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda \u00f6ncelikle tercih edilen batarya teknolojileri aras\u0131nda<strong> lityum-iyon batarya \u00e7e\u015fitleri<\/strong> olan <strong>lityum-demir-fosfat (LFP)<\/strong> ve <strong>lityum-nikel-manganez-kobalt-oksit (NMC)<\/strong> \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. Uluslararas\u0131 Enerji Ajans\u0131\u2019n\u0131n (IEA) analizlerine g\u00f6re 2023 y\u0131l\u0131nda kurulmu\u015f <strong>yeni batarya kapasitesinin y\u00fczde 80\u2019ini LFP tipi bataryalar<\/strong> olu\u015fturdu. LFP\u2019nin g\u00f6rece d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck maliyeti, y\u00fcksek \u00e7evrim say\u0131s\u0131 ve g\u00fcvenli i\u015fletimi, g\u00f6zlemlenen bu h\u0131zl\u0131 art\u0131\u015fta b\u00fcy\u00fck rol oynad\u0131.\u00a0IEA\u2019n\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na g\u00f6re lityum-iyon bataryalar\u0131n maliyetlerinin<strong> 2030 y\u0131l\u0131nda 2023 y\u0131l\u0131na g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 40 d\u00fc\u015fmesi<\/strong> bekleniyor.<\/p>\n<p>Raporda, T\u00fcrkiye i\u00e7in de LFP batarya teknolojisinin \u015febeke \u00f6l\u00e7ekli kurulumlar i\u00e7in en uygun se\u00e7eneklerden biri oldu\u011fu ve seviyelendirilmi\u015f hizmet maliyetinin (LCOS) <strong>2035<\/strong> y\u0131l\u0131nda <strong>53 dolar\/MWh seviyesine d\u00fc\u015febilece\u011fi<\/strong> \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>D\u00dcNYADA BATARYA DEPOLAMA S\u0130STEMLER\u0130NE DA\u0130R RAKAMLAR\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Uluslararas\u0131 Enerji Ajans\u0131 (IEA) taraf\u0131ndan Nisan 2024 tarihinde <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">yay\u0131mlanan analizlere g\u00f6re:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 2023 y\u0131l\u0131nda elektrik sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde kullan\u0131lan bataryalar\u0131n piyasa hacmi yakla\u015f\u0131k 40 milyar dolar oldu.
