Gelinen noktada b\u00f6lgede elektrik de\u011fil, sulama problemi oldu\u011funu s\u00f6ylemek durumunday\u0131z. Enerji sarfiyat\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131ran ve su kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131 olmas\u0131 gerekenden fazla harcayan, elektrikle kuyudan su \u00e7ekilerek yap\u0131lan vah\u015fi sulama y\u00f6nteminden vazge\u00e7ilmeli. Bu noktada GAP sulama kanallar\u0131n\u0131n devreye al\u0131nmas\u0131, b\u00f6lge co\u011frafyas\u0131 ve \u00fclke ekonomisi i\u00e7in hayati \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yor.\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u201cK\u0131rsalda Ak\u0131ll\u0131 Tar\u0131m Uygulamalar\u0131na Ge\u00e7ilmeli\u201d<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>B\u00f6lgede \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclemeyen ka\u00e7ak t\u00fcketimle ba\u015f edebilmek i\u00e7in altyap\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 yapt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 belirten Ya\u015far Arvas s\u00f6zlerini \u015f\u00f6yle s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc: \u201cKa\u00e7ak kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n da etkisiyle ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen elektrik hatlar\u0131ndaki a\u015f\u0131nmalar, elektrik t\u00fcketiminin yo\u011fun ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131 sekt\u00f6rlerde elektrik voltaj dalgalanmalar\u0131na sebep olabiliyor. 3K olarak belirledi\u011fimiz alanlarda kay\u0131ps\u0131z, kaliteli ve kesintisiz elektri\u011fin t\u00fcm b\u00f6lgede en etkin \u015fekilde uygulanabilmesi i\u00e7in k\u0131rsal b\u00f6lgede ak\u0131ll\u0131 tar\u0131m uygulamalar\u0131na ge\u00e7ilmesini tavsiye ediyoruz. Devletimiz de sulama kanallar\u0131n\u0131 tamamlad\u0131\u011f\u0131nda b\u00f6lgede ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 elektrik t\u00fcketiminin normale d\u00f6nece\u011fine inan\u0131yoruz.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>B\u00f6lgenin elektrik altyap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lendirdiklerini vurgulayan Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr Arvas, \u201cAltyap\u0131 10 y\u0131l \u00f6nceki gibi olsayd\u0131 \u00e7ift\u00e7ilerimiz de\u011fil 700 metrelerden, 100 metreden dahi su \u00e7ekerken zorlanacakt\u0131. GAP projesi kapsam\u0131nda sulama kanallar\u0131n\u0131n tarla ba\u015flar\u0131na kadar getirilmesiyle, b\u00f6lgedeki su sorunun \u00f6nemli oranda \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclece\u011fini ve a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 enerji t\u00fcketiminin \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ilebilece\u011fini \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz.\u201d \u015feklinde konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u201cTar\u0131m Sulama Konusunda Fark\u0131ndal\u0131k Olu\u015fturulmal\u0131\u201d<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u00d6zellikle tar\u0131msal sulama d\u00f6neminde hatlara orant\u0131s\u0131z a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 y\u00fcklenmelerin da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m \u015febekesinin tamamen \u00e7\u00f6kmesine ve uzun s\u00fcreli kesintiler ya\u015fanmas\u0131na neden oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyen Arvas, bu olumsuzluklar\u0131n sadece b\u00f6lgenin de\u011fil, \u00fclkemizin de kesintisiz enerji arz\u0131n\u0131 tehdit etti\u011fine dikkat \u00e7ekti.<\/p>\n<p>Sorunlar\u0131n iyi analiz edilmesi ve kal\u0131c\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlere odaklanmak gerekti\u011finin alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izen Arvas, \u201cPilot \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarla hizmet verdi\u011fimiz b\u00f6lgede enerji verimlili\u011fi, su israf\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nlenmesi ve tar\u0131msal faaliyetlerde modern y\u00f6ntemlerin uygulanmas\u0131 gibi konularda yeni \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara imza ataca\u011f\u0131z. Okullardan ba\u015flayarak \u00e7ocuklar \u00f6zelinde; sahada ve tar\u0131msal alanlarda \u00e7ift\u00e7ilerle fark\u0131ndal\u0131k \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirece\u011fiz.\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u201c2024 Y\u0131l\u0131nda 3 \u0130l\u00e7ede Toplam 2155 Kay\u0131t D\u0131\u015f\u0131 Trafo Tespit Edildi\u201d<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>2024 y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde \u015eanl\u0131urfa&#8217;n\u0131n Ak\u00e7akale, Ceylanp\u0131nar ve Viran\u015fehir il\u00e7elerinde 2155 kay\u0131t d\u0131\u015f\u0131 trafonun tespit edildi\u011fini ve bu trafolar\u0131n 265 konutun elektrik ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131layabilece\u011fini a\u00e7\u0131klayan Arvas, \u015fu \u00e7arp\u0131c\u0131 \u00f6rnekleri payla\u015ft\u0131:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSadece \u015eanl\u0131urfa&#8217;da yap\u0131lan kontrollerde, ekiplerimiz asgari 100 bin n\u00fcfuslu bir il\u00e7eye yetecek yakla\u015f\u0131k 53 bin 500 KVA g\u00fcc\u00fcnde 351 adet kay\u0131t d\u0131\u015f\u0131 elektrik trafosu tespit etti. Ka\u00e7ak kullan\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n normalden 9-10 kat fazla enerji t\u00fcketti\u011fi anlam\u0131na geliyor. Bu durum tedarik s\u00fcreklili\u011fini maalesef sekteye u\u011frat\u0131yor. Nisan ay\u0131 i\u00e7inde yap\u0131lan denetimlerde, tespit edilen ka\u00e7ak trafolar\u0131n yaln\u0131zca sulama sezonunda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fsa bile ekonomiye zarar\u0131n\u0131n y\u0131lda 200 milyon TL\u2019den fazla oldu\u011fu hesapland\u0131.
