Enerji Piyasas\u0131 D\u00fczenleme Kurumu\u2019nun (EPDK) kurul karar\u0131 ile IC Enterra\u2019n\u0131n Osmaniye\u2019de ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmeyi planlad\u0131\u011f\u0131<strong> 55 MW<\/strong> kapasiteli <strong>\u201cDerin GES\u201d depolamal\u0131 \u00fcretim tesisi<\/strong> \u00f6n lisans ba\u015fvurusu kabul edildi.<\/p>\n<p>IC Enterra Yenilenebilir Enerji taraf\u0131ndan Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformu\u2019na (KAP) yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada, <em>\u201cHalka arz izahnamemizde s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir b\u00fcy\u00fcme ve \u015firket portf\u00f6y\u00fcn\u00fc \u00e7e\u015fitlendirme hedefiyle <strong>430 MW\u2019\u0131 RES<\/strong> ve <strong>55 MW\u2019\u0131 GES<\/strong> olmak \u00fczere toplam <strong>485 MW depolamal\u0131 \u00fcretim tesisi<\/strong> yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 \u00fczerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 vurgulam\u0131\u015ft\u0131k. \u00a0EPDK Kurul karar\u0131na istinaden Derin GES depolamal\u0131 \u00fcretim tesisi \u00f6n lisans ba\u015fvurumuz da kabul edilmi\u015f olup, s\u00f6z konusu yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131m\u0131z ile ilgili t\u00fcm \u00f6n lisans s\u00fcre\u00e7leri tamamlanm\u0131\u015f bulunmaktad\u0131r. Toplam <strong>485 MW<\/strong> kapasiteli <strong>8 adet projemiz<\/strong> i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z devam etmektedir\u201d<\/em> denildi.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>485 MW\u2019L\u0130K DEPOLAMALI RES VE GES \u0130LE YILLIK 1,5 M\u0130LYAR KWH ELEKTR\u0130K \u00dcRET\u0130LECEK<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u015eirketten yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada, <strong>485 MW<\/strong>\u2019lik <strong>depolamal\u0131 RES ve GES projeleri<\/strong> ile y\u0131ll\u0131k <strong>1,5 milyar kWh<\/strong>\u2019lik elektrik \u00fcretilmesinin \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc belirtilirken <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u015fu ifadelere yer verildi:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cKapasite haklar\u0131 kazan\u0131lan s\u00f6z konusu bu projeler i\u00e7in EPDK taraf\u0131ndan lisans d\u00fczenlenmesi akabinde veya mevzuat\u0131n izin verdi\u011fi daha erken bir tarihte, IC \u0130\u00e7ta\u015f Enerji Yat\u0131r\u0131m Holding A.\u015e. taraf\u0131ndan bu lisanslar\u0131n IC Enterra\u2019n\u0131n y\u00fczde 100 sahipli\u011finde kurulacak \u00f6zel ama\u00e7l\u0131 \u015firketlere devredilmesi karara ba\u011flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131z s\u00fcre\u00e7 hakk\u0131nda, ilgili mevzuat \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde a\u00e7\u0131klanmas\u0131 gereken bir durum oldu\u011funda Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformu arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla e\u015f zamanl\u0131 olarak bilgilendirilecektir.
