Daha sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 nesillere sahip, \u00e7evresel olumsuzluklardan daha az etkilenen ve enerji tasarrufu a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan olumlu bir tablo \u00e7izen T\u00fcrkiye i\u00e7in \u00fclkemizde yal\u0131t\u0131ms\u0131z binan\u0131n kalmamas\u0131 gerekiyor\u201d<\/em> dedi.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>T\u00fcrkiye Yal\u0131t\u0131ml\u0131 Binalarla Her Y\u0131l 12-15 Milyar Dolar Tasarruf Elde Edebilir <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Binalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m ile enerji verimli hale getirmenin hem s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik hem de \u00fclke ekonomisine katk\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6nemine vurgu yapan <strong>\u0130ZODER Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Emrullah Eruslu<\/strong>, a\u00e7\u0131klamalar\u0131na \u015fu s\u00f6zlerle devam etti: <em>\u201c\u00dclkemizde kullan\u0131lan toplam enerjinin y\u00fczde 32,7\u2019si binalarda t\u00fcketiliyor. T\u00fcketilen bu enerjinin y\u00fczde 80\u2019i k\u0131\u015f\u0131n \u0131s\u0131nma, yaz\u0131n so\u011futma i\u00e7in kullan\u0131l\u0131yor. Is\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f binalar \u0131s\u0131 kay\u0131plar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7erek yaz\u0131n elektrik k\u0131\u015f\u0131n do\u011fal gaz faturalar\u0131n\u0131 yar\u0131 yar\u0131ya d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcyor. Kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn binalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 geli\u015fmi\u015f \u00fclke standartlar\u0131na y\u00fckseltmek ve \u00fclkemizi ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 enerji y\u00fck\u00fcnden kurtarmak i\u00e7in \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck bir f\u0131rsat olarak g\u00f6rmemiz laz\u0131m. T\u00fcm binalar\u0131n \u00e7at\u0131, duvar ve d\u00f6\u015femelerinde \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 yaparak ve pencerelerde kaplamal\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m cam\u0131 \u00fcniteleri kullanarak \u00fclkemizin toplam enerji faturas\u0131n\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 15 azaltabiliriz. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki binalar\u0131 enerji verimli hale getirerek (En az C s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 binalar) enerji fiyatlar\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak her y\u0131l <strong>12-15 milyar dolar tasarruf<\/strong> elde edebiliriz. \u00c7ocuklar\u0131m\u0131za daha ya\u015fan\u0131r bir D\u00fcnya ve \u00fclke b\u0131rakmak i\u00e7in bu ad\u0131mlar\u0131 ivedilikle atmam\u0131z b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yor.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Enerji Karnemizin \u0130yile\u015fmesi \u0130\u00e7in Enerji Limitlerimizin Y\u00fckselmesi \u015eart!<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Yal\u0131t\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k nedeniyle binalarda \u0131s\u0131tma ve so\u011futma i\u00e7in gere\u011finden fazla enerji harcanmas\u0131n\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck bir israfa sebep oldu\u011funun alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izen <strong>\u0130ZODER Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Emrullah Eruslu<\/strong>, <em>\u201c\u00dcz\u00fclerek s\u00f6yl\u00fcyorum ki t\u00fcm \u00e7abam\u0131za ra\u011fmen \u00fclkemizde yal\u0131t\u0131m ile ilgili yasal d\u00fczenlemeler hen\u00fcz geli\u015fmi\u015f \u00fclkeler seviyesinde de\u011fil. Geli\u015fmi\u015f \u00fclkelerde binalarda enerji verimlili\u011fine y\u00f6nelik bir\u00e7ok ad\u0131m at\u0131larak enerji limitleri d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcrken, \u00fclkemizde halen 2008 y\u0131l\u0131nda tan\u0131mlanm\u0131\u015f enerji limitleri kullan\u0131l\u0131yor. AB\u2019de 2019 y\u0131l\u0131ndan bu yana yeni kamu binalar\u0131n\u0131n t\u00fcm\u00fc neredeyse s\u0131f\u0131r enerjili olarak \u00fcretiliyor. 2020 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131ndan itibaren ise t\u00fcm yeni binalar neredeyse s\u0131f\u0131r enerjili olarak yap\u0131l\u0131yor. Bir\u00e7ok geli\u015fmi\u015f \u00fclkede binalar \u0131s\u0131tma ve so\u011futmaya y\u00f6nelik birim metrekaredeki <strong>y\u0131ll\u0131k enerji t\u00fcketimi 30-50 kW<\/strong> olacak \u015fekilde yal\u0131t\u0131ml\u0131 olarak tasarlan\u0131yor ve in\u015fa ediliyor. \u00dclkemizde ise halen <strong>bina enerji t\u00fcketimi 100-120 kW\/m2y\u0131l (birim metrekare\/y\u0131l)<\/strong> seviyesinde. Enerji israf\u0131m\u0131z geli\u015fmi\u015f \u00fclkelere k\u0131yasla 3 ila 5 kat daha fazla. Enerji Verimlili\u011fi Strateji Belgesi\u2019nde de tan\u0131mland\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fczere enerji limitlerimizi ve U de\u011ferlerimizi ivedilikle geli\u015fmi\u015f \u00fclkeler seviyesine getirmemiz gerekiyor. Binalarda Is\u0131 Yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 Kurallar\u0131 Standard\u0131 <strong>TS 825 revizyonu<\/strong> bu noktada b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yor. Standard\u0131n art\u0131k daha fazla beklenilmeden en k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede yay\u0131mlanmas\u0131n\u0131 bekliyoruz\u201d<\/em> diyerek a\u00e7\u0131klamalar\u0131na devam etti.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Neredeyse S\u0131f\u0131r Enerji Binalara Ge\u00e7i\u015f Enerji Tasarrufunda \u00d6nemli Rol Oynayacak<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u0130ZODER\u2019in hayata ge\u00e7irdi\u011fi, \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n enerji verimlili\u011fi ve \u00e7evrenin korunmas\u0131ndaki rol\u00fcne dikkat \u00e7eken<strong> \u201cTek Yol U D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u201d Kampanyas\u0131n\u0131n<\/strong> ard\u0131ndan \u00c7evre, \u015eehircilik ve \u0130klim De\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan 19 \u015eubat 2022 tarihinde Binalarda Enerji Performans\u0131 Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi\u2019nde yap\u0131lan de\u011fi\u015fiklikle <strong>Neredeyse S\u0131f\u0131r Enerjili Bina (nSEB)<\/strong> <strong>konsepti<\/strong> ile ilgili tan\u0131mlamalar\u0131n mevzuatlara eklendi\u011fini belirten <strong>\u0130ZODER Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Emrullah Eruslu<\/strong>,<em> \u201c\u00dclkemizde 1 Ocak 2023 tarihinden itibaren <strong>nSEB binalara<\/strong> ge\u00e7i\u015f ba\u015flad\u0131. Asgari enerji performans\u0131 \u2018B\u2019 olan nSEB binalar, di\u011fer binalara g\u00f6re cephelerde en az<strong> 2-3 cm<\/strong>, \u00e7at\u0131larda en az<strong> 4-6 cm<\/strong>, d\u00f6\u015femelerde en az<strong> 2 cm<\/strong> <strong>daha kal\u0131n yal\u0131t\u0131ma<\/strong> ve <strong>kaplamal\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m cam\u0131 \u00fcniteleri<\/strong> ile \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m de\u011ferleri iyile\u015ftirilmi\u015f pencerelere sahip olduklar\u0131ndan yak\u0131t faturalar\u0131nda kullan\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131na y\u00fcksek oranda tasarruf sa\u011fl\u0131yor.
