OPET olarak toplumsal cinsiyet e\u015fitli\u011fi odakl\u0131 projemiz Kad\u0131n G\u00fcc\u00fc, ne mutlu ki t\u00fcm \u00f6n yarg\u0131lar\u0131 y\u0131karak ilerliyor. Proje ile birlikte sadece OPET istasyonlar\u0131nda de\u011fil, t\u00fcm akaryak\u0131t da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde kad\u0131n istihdam\u0131n\u0131n artt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Kad\u0131nlar ile birlikte sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn \u00e7ehresini de\u011fi\u015ftiren, g\u00fczelle\u015ftiren bu projeyi akaryak\u0131t istasyonlar\u0131ndaki anlay\u0131\u015f tamamen de\u011fi\u015fene kadar s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmeye kararl\u0131y\u0131z. 6 y\u0131l \u00f6nce \u0130\u015eKUR ile imzalad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z protokol\u00fc yenileyerek Kad\u0131n G\u00fcc\u00fc Projesini daha da geni\u015f kitlelere ula\u015ft\u0131rmaya devam edece\u011fimize g\u00f6n\u00fclden inan\u0131yorum\u201d<\/em> de\u011ferlendirmesinde bulundu.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u201cAKARYAKIT DA\u011eITIM SEKT\u00d6R\u00dcNDE KADIN \u0130ST\u0130HDAMININ S\u00dcRD\u00dcR\u00dcLEB\u0130L\u0130RL\u0130\u011e\u0130N\u0130N DESTEKLENMES\u0130N\u0130 HEDEFL\u0130YORUZ\u201d<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Protokole imza atan <strong>\u0130\u015eKUR Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Samet G\u00fcne\u015f<\/strong> ise yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 konu\u015fmada \u015fu ifadelere yer verdi; <em>\u201cOPET ile 2018 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n Mart ay\u0131nda ba\u015flatt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z Kad\u0131n G\u00fcc\u00fc Projesi ile kad\u0131nlar\u0131n daha az yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 akaryak\u0131t da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde kad\u0131n istihdam\u0131n\u0131n art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar y\u00fcr\u00fcterek projenin ba\u015flang\u0131c\u0131ndan bu yana sekt\u00f6rde kad\u0131nlar\u0131n daha fazla yer almas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik \u00f6nemli mesafeler kat ettik. Kad\u0131n istihdam\u0131 konusunda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131za h\u0131z kesmeden devam ederek, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n ekonomik ve sosyal hayata kat\u0131l\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma hayat\u0131nda aktif rol alabilmelerinin sa\u011flanmas\u0131na katk\u0131da bulunmak i\u00e7in Cumhurba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131, \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma ve Sosyal G\u00fcvenlik Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z ve bu konuda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiren ilgili Bakanl\u0131klar\u0131m\u0131z ile i\u015f birli\u011fi yaparak \u015eubat ay\u0131nda <strong>\u201c\u0130\u015f Pozitif\u201d Program\u0131m\u0131z\u0131<\/strong> hayata ge\u00e7irdik. Bu program kapsam\u0131nda kad\u0131nlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n yetenek ve potansiyelini ortaya \u00e7\u0131karmak ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma hayat\u0131n\u0131n her alan\u0131nda aktif hale gelebilmelerini sa\u011flamak amac\u0131yla haz\u0131rlanan<strong> \u201cHer Meslekte Kad\u0131n Eli Projesi\u201d<\/strong> ile kad\u0131nlar\u0131n i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fc piyasas\u0131nda hi\u00e7 yer alamad\u0131klar\u0131 ya da \u00e7ok az yer alabildikleri alanlarda kad\u0131n istihdam\u0131n\u0131 desteklemeyi ama\u00e7l\u0131yoruz. Bug\u00fcn de projemiz kapsam\u0131nda OPET ile protokol\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fc yenileyerek i\u015f birli\u011fimizi daha da ileri seviyeye ta\u015f\u0131yor, akaryak\u0131t da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde kad\u0131n istihdam\u0131n\u0131n s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirli\u011fini desteklemeyi hedefliyoruz. Proje kapsam\u0131nda akaryak\u0131t istasyonlar\u0131m\u0131zda en az iki kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan olmas\u0131 hedefiyle yola \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131k. Proje ba\u015flang\u0131c\u0131nda istasyonlar\u0131m\u0131zda 1.541 olan kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan say\u0131s\u0131, Nisan 2024 itibar\u0131yla y\u00fczde 140\u2019\u0131n \u00fczerinde bir art\u0131\u015fla 4 bine yakla\u015ft\u0131. Projemize ba\u015flarken \u0130\u015eKUR ile imzalad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z protokol\u00fc yenilemek \u00fczere harekete ge\u00e7tik ve bug\u00fcn sekt\u00f6r\u00fcm\u00fcz ve kad\u0131n istihdam\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli bir i\u015f birli\u011fine imza at\u0131yoruz.
