Bina \u0131s\u0131tma ve so\u011futma sistemlerinde ise fosil yak\u0131t kullan\u0131m\u0131na 2040 y\u0131l\u0131nda son verilmesi i\u00e7in planlama yap\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 2030 y\u0131l\u0131ndan itibaren t\u00fcm yeni binalar i\u00e7in ya\u015fam d\u00f6ng\u00fcs\u00fc karbon (Whole Life Carbon &#8211; WLC) raporlamas\u0131 zorunlu hale gelecek. Burada uyulmas\u0131 beklenen limit de\u011ferlerin 2027 y\u0131l\u0131ndan itibaren yay\u0131nlanmaya ba\u015flayacak yol haritalar\u0131yla belirlenmesi \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye \u00f6zelinde ise \u00c7evre, \u015eehircilik ve \u0130klim De\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n yay\u0131nlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00fcncellemelerle Binalarda Enerji Performans\u0131 Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi 2022 y\u0131l\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fti. Bu g\u00fcncellemelerle beraber, bir parseldeki toplam yap\u0131 in\u015faat alan\u0131 2025\u2019e kadar 5000 m2, sonras\u0131nda ise 2000 m2\u2019den b\u00fcy\u00fck olan binalar\u0131n &#8220;Neredeyse S\u0131f\u0131r Enerjili Bina (NSEB)&#8221; y\u00fcksek enerji verimlili\u011fi kurallar\u0131na uygun olarak in\u015fa edilmesi ve enerji ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n 2025\u2019e kadar en az y\u00fczde 5\u2019ini sonras\u0131nda ise y\u00fczde 10\u2019unu yenilenebilir enerji sistemleriyle kar\u015f\u0131lama \u015fart\u0131 getirildi.<\/p>\n<p>Bu binalar\u0131n enerji performans s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 en az<strong> &#8216;B&#8217;<\/strong> olacak \u015fekilde tasarlan\u0131p, in\u015fa edilmesi zorunlu hale gelirken mevcut durumda bu \u015fartlara uymayan binalara yap\u0131 ruhsat\u0131 verilmedi\u011fi de unutulmamal\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>EMBER taraf\u0131ndan Aral\u0131k 2023\u2019te yay\u0131nlanan \u00f6nemli bir ara\u015ft\u0131rma raporuna g\u00f6re<strong> T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin \u00e7at\u0131lar\u0131ndaki g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisinin<\/strong> teknik potansiyeli <strong>120 GW<\/strong> olarak belirlenmi\u015f. Bu da T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de \u00e7at\u0131lar\u0131n toplam elektrik t\u00fcketimini kar\u015f\u0131lama potansiyelinin yakla\u015f\u0131k <strong>y\u00fczde 45<\/strong> oldu\u011funu g\u00f6steriyor. Yakla\u015f\u0131k olarak hesapland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda<strong> 3.6 Milyar USD<\/strong>\u2019Lik bir tasarruftan s\u00f6z etmek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn ki bu olduk\u00e7a \u00f6nemli bir rakam.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dclkemizin \u00f6nemli bir eksi\u011finin AB direktifinde belirtilen g\u00f6m\u00fcl\u00fc karbon emisyonlar\u0131na y\u00f6nelik hedefleri oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyebiliriz.<\/p>\n<p>Binalarda ya\u015fam boyu karbon analizi konusu bizlerin \u00e7abalar\u0131na ra\u011fmen hen\u00fcz sekt\u00f6rde kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 olmayan, uluslararas\u0131 ye\u015fil bina sertifikasyon sistemleri haricinde yerel mevzuatta talep edilmeyen bir konu olarak kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Di\u011fer yandan operasyonel karbon emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki d\u00f6nemde yenilenebilir enerji ve di\u011fer iyile\u015ftirmelerle belli bir \u00f6l\u00e7ekte azalt\u0131labilmesi m\u00fcmk\u00fcn. D\u00fcnya Ye\u015fil Binalar Konseyi taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan bir ara\u015ft\u0131rmaya g\u00f6re, 2050 y\u0131l\u0131nda binalar\u0131n toplam karbon emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131n<strong> y\u00fczde 50<\/strong>\u2019sinin <strong>g\u00f6m\u00fcl\u00fc karbon<\/strong> olarak malzeme ve sistemlerin \u00fcretim ve tedarik zinciri esnas\u0131ndaki karbon emisyonlar\u0131ndan kaynakl\u0131 olaca\u011f\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p>Uzun y\u0131llard\u0131r ye\u015fil bina \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z kapsam\u0131nda \u2018Bina Ya\u015fam D\u00f6ng\u00fcs\u00fc Analizi\u2019 yap\u0131yor olsak da hem konunun aciliyeti a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan yerel mevzuatlara girmesi hem de t\u00fcm binalar\u0131n ruhsat a\u015famas\u0131nda <strong>Bina Ya\u015fam D\u00f6ng\u00fcs\u00fc Karbon Analizi<\/strong> yapmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyoruz.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6zellikle y\u0131lda yakla\u015f\u0131k 150 binan\u0131n yeni bina ruhsat\u0131 ald\u0131\u011f\u0131, 500 bin civar\u0131nda kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm projesinin devam etti\u011fi, binalar\u0131n ve dolayl\u0131 sekt\u00f6rlerin toplam <strong>sera gaz\u0131 emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 40\u2019\u0131ndan<\/strong> sorumlu oldu\u011fu \u00fclkemizde,<strong> enerji verimlili\u011fi ve karbonsuzla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmaya y\u00f6nelik<\/strong> at\u0131lacak her ad\u0131m olduk\u00e7a k\u0131ymetli.
