\u0130klim krizinin sebep oldu\u011fu y\u0131k\u0131c\u0131 etkilerin s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in d\u00fcnya \u00e7ap\u0131nda al\u0131nan \u00f6nlemler \u00fcretim ve t\u00fcketim bi\u00e7imlerini de de\u011fi\u015ftiriyor.
