Ayr\u0131ca, sa\u011flam bir y\u00f6neti\u015fim yap\u0131s\u0131 tesis ederek inisiyatifler ve d\u00fczenleyici otoritelerin kriterlerine uygun raporlama yapmalar\u0131 ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik odakl\u0131 d\u00fczenlemelere uyum sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in gerekli hukuki ve teknik altyap\u0131y\u0131 geli\u015ftirmeleri bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te \u00f6nemli bir ad\u0131m olarak \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r. Karbon yo\u011fun sekt\u00f6rlerde faaliyet g\u00f6steren ve AB pazar\u0131na \u00fcr\u00fcn ihra\u00e7 eden firmalar, Ye\u015fil Mutabakat kapsam\u0131nda getirilen \u00e7evresel ve sosyal standartlara uyum sa\u011flamak zorunda kalacaklard\u0131r. AB d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki \u00fcreticilerin \u00fcretim s\u00fcre\u00e7lerini ve \u00fcr\u00fcnlerini bu yeni gerekliliklere g\u00f6re d\u00fczenlemeleri gerekecektir. \u00d6zellikle AB Taksonomisi, S\u0131n\u0131rda Karbon D\u00fczenleme Mekanizmas\u0131 (CBAM), Kurumsal S\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik Raporlama Direktifi (CSRD) ve Kurumsal S\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik \u00d6zen Y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc Direktifi (CSDDD) AB ile yak\u0131n ili\u015fkisi olan \u015firketlerin yak\u0131ndan takip etmeleri gereken ba\u015fl\u0131klard\u0131r\u201d<\/em> diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u201cReg\u00fclasyonlar, \u015eirketlerin Yeni Stratejiler Olu\u015fturmas\u0131 \u0130\u00e7in Zemin Haz\u0131rl\u0131yor\u201d<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>MEXT, S\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik ve \u0130novasyon Y\u00f6neticisi Ece Ak\u0131n Armutak<\/strong>, webinarda ESG konusuna de\u011findi.\u00a0<strong>Armutak<\/strong>, \u015f\u00f6yle konu\u015ftu: <em>\u201c\u015eirketlerimizin ye\u015fil d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm konusunda fark\u0131ndal\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n dijital d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcme g\u00f6re daha ileride oldu\u011funu g\u00f6zlemliyoruz. \u015eirketlerimiz, reg\u00fclasyonlar ve m\u00fc\u015fteri beklentilerinin de etkisi ile h\u0131zl\u0131 aksiyon alma konusunda istekliler.
