Milli Ak\u0131ll\u0131 Saya\u00e7 Sistemleri (MASS) Projesi, TA\u015e 2023 Projesi \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde ak\u0131ll\u0131 \u015febeke d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc kapsam\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecek olan ak\u0131ll\u0131 saya\u00e7 sistemlerinin asgari \u00f6zelliklerinin belirlenerek \u00fclke genelinde uygulama birlikteli\u011finin sa\u011flanmas\u0131 ve bunun tarifeye etkisinin belirlenmesi ve uygulaman\u0131n yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in <strong>ak\u0131ll\u0131 saya\u00e7 sistemleri<\/strong> ile ilgili mevzuatlar\u0131n ve \u015fartnamelerin d\u00fczenlenmesini kapsayan bir Ar-Ge projesiydi. Bu yeni sistem, elektrik t\u00fcketimimizi daha etkin bir \u015fekilde izlememizi sa\u011flayacak ve enerji verimlili\u011fimizi art\u0131racak. Ayr\u0131ca, milli ak\u0131ll\u0131 saya\u00e7lar, enerji da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 daha verimli hale getirecek ve kesinti s\u00fcrelerini azaltacak. Bu d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131za getirece\u011fi faydalar aras\u0131nda t\u00fcketim miktar\u0131 tespitindeki hata pay\u0131n\u0131n azalt\u0131lmas\u0131, t\u00fcketim al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n daha iyi anla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 ve analiz edilmesi, daha h\u0131zl\u0131 ar\u0131za tespiti yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gibi \u00f6nemli iyile\u015fmeler say\u0131labilir. Saya\u00e7lar\u0131n de\u011fi\u015ftirilmesi ise t\u00fcketicilerimize ek bir mali y\u00fck getirmeyecek. Ak\u0131ll\u0131 saya\u00e7 d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m \u015firketlerimizin yat\u0131r\u0131m b\u00fct\u00e7esi kapsam\u0131nda finanse edilecek.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Erdo\u011fan, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ve d\u00fcnyada kullan\u0131m\u0131 giderek artan elektrikli ara\u00e7larla ilgili <em>\u201cElektrik ara\u00e7 tercihinde dikkate al\u0131nan \u00f6nemli kriterlerden biri \u015farj hizmetlerinin yayg\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131. Bu ba\u011flamda da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m \u015firketlerimiz, \u015farj a\u011f\u0131n\u0131n yayg\u0131nla\u015fmas\u0131nda ve emre amadeli\u011finin art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131nda altyap\u0131 ve destekleyici hizmetler sunma misyonunu \u00fcstleniyorlar. Ayr\u0131ca, da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m \u015firketlerimiz g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcne alarak Ar-Ge projeleriyle \u015febeke ekipmanlar\u0131n\u0131 ve yenilik\u00e7i teknolojileri sisteme entegre ederek \u015farj a\u011f\u0131n\u0131n yayg\u0131nla\u015fmas\u0131 i\u00e7in zemin haz\u0131rlayan projeler geli\u015ftiriyorlar. Bu projeler, da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m sisteminin g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmesi gibi sahay\u0131 besleyen gelecekle uyumlu s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir teknolojileri i\u00e7inde bar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131yor\u201d<\/em> de\u011ferlendirmesinde bulundu.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cSekt\u00f6r olarak ama\u00e7lar\u0131m\u0131zdan biri de T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir enerji gelece\u011fine liderlik etmek ve e-mobiliteyi yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131rmak\u201d<\/em> diyen Erdo\u011fan s\u00f6zlerine <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u015f\u00f6yle devam etti:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cElder olarak bu alanda, 21 Elektrik da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m \u015firketi konsorsiyumunda, EPDK Ar-Ge projelerinden \u015fu anda y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz <strong>E-mobilite At\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 Ar-Ge projesi<\/strong>yle, T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de e-mobiliteyi destekleyerek elektrikli ara\u00e7lar\u0131n benimsenmesine katk\u0131da bulunmay\u0131 hedefliyoruz. Bu projenin temel amac\u0131, elektrikli ara\u00e7 kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 te\u015fvik etmek ve altyap\u0131y\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmek. Proje, \u015febekelerin ak\u0131ll\u0131 hale getirilmesi, elektrikli ara\u00e7lar\u0131n \u015farj s\u00fcre\u00e7lerini optimize edilmesi, talep y\u00f6netiminin sa\u011flanmas\u0131 ve yenilenebilir enerji entegrasyonunun kolayla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na ili\u015fkin kritik unsurlar\u0131 i\u00e7eriyor. Sekt\u00f6r\u00fcm\u00fcz d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm s\u00fcrecinde sistem altyap\u0131s\u0131 ve mevzuatsal a\u00e7\u0131dan haz\u0131r olacak faaliyetleri titizlikle y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcyor. Bu ba\u011flamda gelece\u011fin ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131na cevap verecek yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n bug\u00fcnden \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclerek hayata ge\u00e7irilmesini izin veren bir bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 hep birlikte geli\u015ftirmemiz gerekti\u011finin alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izmek isterim.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Son y\u0131llarda hemen her sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn g\u00fcndeminde yer alan yapay zeka konusunda da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na da de\u011finen Erdo\u011fan, son 5 y\u0131lda sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn makine \u00f6\u011frenimi ve yapay zeka alanlar\u0131nda bir\u00e7ok proje geli\u015ftirdi\u011fini kaydetti. Yapay zeka destekli dijital \u015febeke y\u00f6netimi, acil \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131 merkezlerinde \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131lar\u0131n kalite de\u011ferlendirmesi, do\u011fal afet sonras\u0131 hasar tespiti gibi projeler geli\u015ftirildi\u011fini ve bu konular \u00fczerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n devam etti\u011fini s\u00f6yleyen Erdo\u011fan, <em>\u201cElder koordinat\u00f6rl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde devam eden Traform-2 adl\u0131 bir Ar-Ge projesi de bu \u00f6rnekler aras\u0131nda yer al\u0131yor. \u0130lk faz\u0131 Hasat Ar-Ge Projesi kapsam\u0131nda tamamlanm\u0131\u015f olup ikinci a\u015famas\u0131na ge\u00e7ilmesine y\u00f6nelik proje s\u00fcr\u00fcyor. Projede ama\u00e7, geli\u015ftirilen platform \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde proje payda\u015f\u0131 da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m \u015firketlerinin mevcut dijital altyap\u0131s\u0131 temel al\u0131narak, <strong>trafolar\u0131n enerji verimliliklerinin izlenmesi<\/strong> ve <strong>analiz edilmesi<\/strong>. \u0130kincil ama\u00e7 ise <strong>trafolar\u0131n en verimli \u015fekilde i\u015fletilebilece\u011fi karar mekanizmalar\u0131n\u0131n olu\u015fturulmas\u0131<\/strong> ve bu kararlara g\u00f6re birtak\u0131m alarm mekanizmalar\u0131 ile \u015febeke varl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n i\u015fletme verimlili\u011fini art\u0131rmak ve i\u015f ak\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 h\u0131zland\u0131rmaya y\u00f6nelik kolay raporlama yapabilmek. Bu geli\u015fmeler, t\u00fcketicilere hayatlar\u0131n\u0131 kolayla\u015ft\u0131racak yeni uygulamalar\u0131n yak\u0131n zamanda ortaya \u00e7\u0131kabilece\u011fini g\u00f6steriyor\u201d<\/em> diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00fclent Kaya\u2019n\u0131n, <em>\u201cBir enerji uzman\u0131 g\u00f6z\u00fcyle elbette bir de n\u00fckleer m\u00fchendis g\u00f6z\u00fcyle T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin n\u00fckleerdeki yol haritas\u0131n\u0131 nas\u0131l de\u011ferlendiriyorsunuz?\u201d<\/em> sorusuna da Erdo\u011fan <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u015fu yan\u0131t\u0131 verdi:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cT\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin n\u00fckleer enerjiyi bar\u0131\u015f\u00e7\u0131l ama\u00e7larla kullanma konusundaki \u00e7abalar\u0131n\u0131n 70 y\u0131la ula\u015fan bir tarihi var. Nihai olarak 2010 y\u0131l\u0131nda Rusya Federasyonu ile Akkuyu\u2019da toplam kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fc <strong>4.800 MW<\/strong> olan <strong>4 \u00fcniteli bir n\u00fckleer santralin kurulmas\u0131,<\/strong> i\u015fletilmesi ve i\u015fletmeden \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131 ve ilgili s\u00fcre\u00e7leri kapsayan bir milletleraras\u0131 anla\u015fma akdedilerek yeni bir model geli\u015ftirildi. Bu model \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde in\u015faata ba\u015fland\u0131 ve in\u015fallah bu y\u0131lsonunda ilk \u00fcnitede deneme \u00fcretimine ba\u015flanacak. Santral tam kapasiteyle devreye girdi\u011findeki san\u0131r\u0131m 2028 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131 bulacak, \u00fclkemizin elektrik talebinin yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 10\u2019unu kar\u015f\u0131layacak kadar \u00fcretim yapabilecek. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde n\u00fckleer santraller neredeyse 365 g\u00fcn tam kapasiteyle \u00e7al\u0131\u015fabilme imk\u00e2n\u0131 sundu\u011fundan elektrik \u015febekelerinin g\u00fcvenilir olarak i\u015fletilmesine \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli katk\u0131ya sahip. Bu nedenledir ki birka\u00e7 y\u0131l \u00f6nce Avrupa Birli\u011fi karbon n\u00f6tr bir Avrupa hedefine giden yolda n\u00fckleer enerjiyi ye\u015fil d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olarak kabul ettiler. Bizde de n\u00fckleer santralin devreye girmesiyle daha fazla yenilenebilir enerji kayna\u011f\u0131n\u0131n \u015febekeye ba\u011flanmas\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olacakt\u0131r. Bu da ku\u015fkusuz arz g\u00fcvenli\u011fimizin g\u00fc\u00e7lenmesine ve karbon sal\u0131mlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n azalmas\u0131na hizmet edecektir. Say\u0131n Bakan\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131klamalar\u0131ndan da anl\u0131yoruz ki T\u00fcrkiye n\u00fckleer enerji kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc art\u0131rma vizyonuna sahip.
