Son zamanlarda, mahkeme ve devlet kurumlar\u0131n\u0131n kararlar\u0131, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gem.wiki\/Kirazl%C4%B1dere_power_complex\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Kirazlidere Termik Santrali<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gem.wiki\/Alpu_power_station\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Alpu Termik Santrali<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gem.wiki\/Af%C5%9Fin-Elbistan_power_stations\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Af\u015fin-Elbistan C Termik Santrali<\/a> ve <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gem.wiki\/Ilg%C4%B1n_power_station\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ilg\u0131n Termik Santrali de dahil olmak \u00fczere birka\u00e7 projenin hayata ge\u00e7irilmesini durdurdu veya engelledi.<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gem.wiki\/Ilg%C4%B1n_power_station\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00d6te yandan, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de hala alt\u0131 k\u00f6m\u00fcrl\u00fc termik santral projesi bulunuyor. \u00dcstelik 2023 y\u0131l\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye ile Birle\u015fik Arap Emirlikleri aras\u0131nda<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/nordicmonitor.com\/2024\/02\/ankara-grants-privileges-to-uae-in-exchange-for-hot-money\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> imzalanan<\/a> ve <strong>3 GW&#8217;a<\/strong> kadar yeni k\u00f6m\u00fcr yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 i\u00e7eren<strong> on y\u0131ll\u0131k enerji anla\u015fmas\u0131<\/strong>, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de k\u00f6m\u00fcrl\u00fc termik santral kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn artmas\u0131 riski olu\u015fturdu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Avrupa \u0130klim Eylem A\u011f\u0131 (CAN Europe) T\u00fcrkiye \u0130klim ve Enerji Politikalar\u0131 Sorumlusu Elif Cansu \u0130lhan<\/strong> \u015f\u00f6yle konu\u015ftu:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u2018\u2018Y\u00fckseli\u015f ve \u00c7\u00f6k\u00fc\u015f raporu ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz y\u0131llarda oldu\u011fu gibi bu y\u0131l da k\u00fcresel enerji \u00fcretiminde k\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcn yerinin gittik\u00e7e darald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6steriyor. Bu y\u0131l \u00c7in d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda d\u00fcnyada yeni ba\u015flat\u0131lan termik santral in\u015faatlar\u0131 2015 y\u0131l\u0131ndan beri en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck seviyeyi g\u00f6rd\u00fc. D\u00fcnya genelinde termik santraller, yeterince h\u0131zl\u0131 olmasa da, emekli edilmeye devam ediyor. Avrupa Birli\u011fi\u2019nde ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz y\u0131l elektri\u011fin sadece <strong>%12<\/strong>\u2019sinin k\u00f6m\u00fcrden \u00fcretilmi\u015f olmas\u0131 ve <strong>G7 \u00fclkelerinde<\/strong> yap\u0131m a\u015famas\u0131nda <strong>termik santral olmamas\u0131<\/strong> bunun \u00f6rnekleri. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin hen\u00fcz <strong>k\u00f6m\u00fcrden \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f tarihi<\/strong> ve <strong>adil ge\u00e7i\u015f planlamas\u0131<\/strong> olmasa da <strong>2053 net s\u0131f\u0131r hedefi<\/strong> var. T\u00fcrkiye, hem k\u00fcresel iklim hedeflerine katk\u0131 sa\u011flamak hem de <strong>2053 net s\u0131f\u0131r vizyonunu<\/strong> ba\u015farmak i\u00e7in bir an \u00f6nce santral baz\u0131nda <strong>k\u00f6m\u00fcrden adil \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f planlar\u0131n\u0131<\/strong> kurgulamal\u0131, planlama s\u00fcre\u00e7lerine i\u015f\u00e7ilerin ve yurtta\u015flar\u0131n kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayarak k\u00f6m\u00fcr b\u00f6lgelerinde ya\u015fayanlar\u0131n daha fazla zarar g\u00f6rmesini \u00f6nlemeli.\u2019\u2019<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Fosil Yak\u0131tlar\u0131n \u00d6tesi (Beyond Fossil Fuels) Kampanyac\u0131s\u0131 Duygu Kutluay<\/strong> \u015f\u00f6yle konu\u015ftu:<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;K\u00fcresel k\u00f6m\u00fcr kapasitesindeki art\u0131\u015f devam etmeyecek ve k\u00f6m\u00fcr yeniden d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015fe ge\u00e7ecek.\u00a02023 y\u0131l\u0131nda devreye al\u0131nan g\u00fcne\u015f ve r\u00fczgar kapasitesinin <strong>%96<\/strong>\u2019s\u0131 yeni k\u00f6m\u00fcr ve gaz santrali in\u015faat\u0131ndan daha ucuza gelirken, bu yenilenebilir projelerin <strong>%75<\/strong>&#8216;i fosil yak\u0131t alternatiflerinden daha ucuz elektrik sunuyor. T\u00fcrkiye bu e\u011filimleri ciddiye almal\u0131 ve k\u00f6m\u00fcr santrali projelerini iptal ederek elektrik \u00fcretim maliyetini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcren ve \u00e7evreye zarar vermeyen uygun maliyetli yenilenebilir teknolojilere daha fazla yat\u0131r\u0131m yapmal\u0131.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Raporun di\u011fer \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kan verileri ise \u015f\u00f6yle:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/globalenergymonitor.org\/projects\/global-coal-plant-tracker\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">&#8211; K\u00fcresel K\u00f6m\u00fcr Santrali Takibi <\/a>verilerine g\u00f6re, 2023 y\u0131l\u0131nda d\u00fcnyada 69,5 GW kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcnde k\u00f6m\u00fcrl\u00fc termik santral devreye al\u0131nd\u0131 ve 21,1 GW devre d\u0131\u015f\u0131 b\u0131rak\u0131ld\u0131. B\u00f6ylece k\u00fcresel d\u00fczeyde i\u015fletmedeki k\u00f6m\u00fcrl\u00fc termik santral kapasitesi 48,4 GW artarak toplam 2,130 GW\u2019a \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. 2023 y\u0131l\u0131nda ya\u015fanan bu art\u0131\u015f 2016\u2019dan bu yana ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen en b\u00fcy\u00fck net art\u0131\u015f oldu.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; \u00c7in&#8217;de devreye giren yeni k\u00f6m\u00fcrl\u00fc termik santrallerdeki art\u0131\u015f (47,4 GW ya da k\u00fcresel ilavelerin yakla\u015f\u0131k \u00fc\u00e7te ikisi), Endonezya, Hindistan, Vietnam, Japonya, Banglade\u015f, Pakistan, G\u00fcney Kore, Yunanistan ve Zimbabwe&#8217;deki yeni kapasitelerle birlikte k\u00fcresel art\u0131\u015f\u0131 tetikledi.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; ABD ve Avrupa\u2019da k\u00f6m\u00fcr santralleri emekliliklerinde ya\u015fanan yava\u015flama k\u00f6m\u00fcr kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcndeki art\u0131\u015fa katk\u0131da bulundu. 2023 y\u0131l\u0131nda d\u00fcnyada emekli edilen toplam kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcn yakla\u015f\u0131k yar\u0131s\u0131 ABD kaynakl\u0131yd\u0131.
