Orta ve \u00fcst d\u00fczey y\u00f6netici pozisyonundaki kad\u0131n oranlar\u0131 ise geriledi. T\u00dc\u0130K\u2019in 2023 y\u0131l\u0131nda yay\u0131mlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 verilerde orta-\u00fcst d\u00fczey kad\u0131n y\u00f6netici oran\u0131 %20,7 iken 2024 y\u0131l\u0131nda yay\u0131mlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 verilere g\u00f6re bu oran %19,6. Cinsiyetler aras\u0131 \u00fccret\/kazan\u00e7 fark\u0131na bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ise t\u00fcm e\u011fitim d\u00fczeylerinde erkeklerin fark\u0131n erkekler lehine oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Bu fark ilkokul ve alt\u0131 mezunlar\u0131nda %12,4 olurken y\u00fcksek\u00f6\u011fretim mezunlar\u0131nda %17,1\u2019e \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>\u015eirketler istihdam\u0131ndaki paylar\u0131, geni\u015f co\u011frafyalara yay\u0131lan de\u011fer zincirleri ve geni\u015f kitlelere ula\u015fabilme kapasiteleriyle toplumsal cinsiyet e\u015fitli\u011finin sa\u011flanmas\u0131nda \u00f6nemli bir akt\u00f6r. \u0130\u015f d\u00fcnyas\u0131n\u0131n en \u00e7ok katk\u0131 sa\u011flayabilece\u011fi alanlar\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda ise i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fcne kat\u0131l\u0131m oran\u0131, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n her seviyede e\u015fit temsil edilmesi ve e\u015fit de\u011ferdeki \u00a0i\u015fe e\u015fit \u00fccret geliyor.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Program \u015eirketlere G\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc Bir Destek Veriyor<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>UN Global Compact Hedef Toplumsal Cinsiyet E\u015fitli\u011fi Program\u0131 i\u015f d\u00fcnyas\u0131n\u0131n bu alandaki \u00e7abalar\u0131na ivme kazand\u0131rmay\u0131, s\u00fcreci h\u0131zland\u0131rmay\u0131 ama\u00e7l\u0131yor; iddial\u0131 \u00a0ad\u0131mlar at\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in \u015firketleri destekliyor.<\/p>\n<p>Programa kat\u0131lan \u015firketler, Kad\u0131n\u0131n G\u00fc\u00e7lenmesi \u0130lkeleri Cinsiyet U\u00e7urumu Analiz Arac\u0131 ile <strong>cinsiyet e\u015fitli\u011fi<\/strong> alan\u0131nda kendi performanslar\u0131n\u0131 de\u011ferlendirebilecek. Ard\u0131ndan, kapasite art\u0131rmaya y\u00f6nelik at\u00f6lye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na ve <strong>ulusal, b\u00f6lgesel ve k\u00fcresel<\/strong> d\u00fczeyde oturumlara kat\u0131larak hedeflerini ve yol haritalar\u0131n\u0131 belirleyebilecekler.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Kat\u0131lan \u015eirketler Cinsiyet E\u015fitli\u011fini Sa\u011flama Y\u00f6n\u00fcnde \u00d6nemli Mesafe Al\u0131yor<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Program\u0131n \u00f6nceki d\u00f6nem kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n %75,7\u2019si programla birlikte \u015firketlerinde toplumsal cinsiyetin sa\u011flanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in yeni hedefler belirledi ve \u00f6nemli ad\u0131mlar att\u0131. \u00a0Bunlar aras\u0131nda mentorluk a\u011flar\u0131 kurarak kad\u0131nlara profesyonel geli\u015fme f\u0131rsatlar\u0131 sunmak, i\u015fe al\u0131m g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelerini y\u00fcr\u00fcten ekiplerde cinsiyet dengesini sa\u011flamak, toplumsal cinsiyet konusunda duyarl\u0131 bir dil kullan\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 desteklemek, i\u015fyerinde esnek ve aile dostu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131 sa\u011flamak, cinsiyetler aras\u0131ndaki \u00fccret dengesizliklerini gidermek i\u00e7in daha fazla \u00e7aba g\u00f6stermek gibi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yer al\u0131yor.
