Ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde, hidroelektrik santralleri i\u00e7in bu miktar\u0131n a\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 halinde, fazladan \u00fcretilen k\u0131s\u0131m, akredite bir kurulu\u015f taraf\u0131ndan belgelendirilirse kabul edilecek.<\/p>\n<p><strong>GES, RES, JES VE BES`LERE DESTEK<\/strong><br \/>\nHES`lerle ilgili eski uygulamaya &#8220;aynen devam&#8221; karar\u0131 veren EPDK-Kurul, g\u00fcne\u015f, r\u00fczgar, jeotermal ve biyok\u00fctleye dayal\u0131 elektrik \u00fcreten tesislerle ilgili d\u00fczenlemeyi ise de\u011fi\u015ftirdi. Buna g\u00f6re, yine eskiden oldu\u011fu gibi, RES`lerin y\u00fczde 40 kapasite fakt\u00f6r\u00fcyle y\u0131lda 3 bin 500 saat, GES`lerin y\u00fczde 22.8 kapasite fakt\u00f6r\u00fcyle y\u0131lda 2 bin saat, BES`lerin y\u00fczde 80 kapasite fakt\u00f6r\u00fcyle y\u0131lda 7 bin saat, JES`lerin ise y\u00fczde 92 kapasite fakt\u00f6r\u00fcyle y\u0131lda 8 bin saat \u00fcretim yapt\u0131klar\u0131 esas kabul edilecek. Ancak s\u00f6z konusu tesisler, fiilen bu saat\/kapasite s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00fcst\u00fcnde bir rakama tekab\u00fcl edecek \u015fekilde fazladan elektrik \u00fcretirlerse, bu fazladan \u00fcretimin kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 da alma imkanlar\u0131 do\u011fdu.
