Ya\u015fanan bu karbon sal\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 80\u2019i ise \u0131s\u0131tma ve so\u011futma i\u00e7in harcanan enerjiden kaynaklan\u0131yor. \u0130klim krizinin \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7meye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rken, \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 konusunda ciddi ad\u0131mlar at\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekiyor. Yeni binalar \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m hassasiyeti ile korunurken, mevcut bina stoklar\u0131n\u0131n da \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m ve enerji verimlili\u011fiyle geli\u015ftirilmesi b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yor. Is\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131, d\u00fcnyam\u0131z\u0131 bekleyen k\u00fcresel \u0131s\u0131nma ve iklim krizi tehlikesiyle m\u00fccadelede b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yor. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131, binalarda fosil yak\u0131t t\u00fcketimi ve karbon sal\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 azaltarak \u00e7evreye do\u011frudan katk\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131yor\u201d<\/em> dedi.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>ISI YALITIMI Y\u00dcZDE 60\u2019A VARAN TASARRUF SA\u011eLIYOR<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Is\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n enerji verimlili\u011fini sa\u011flamak ve sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ya\u015fam alanlar\u0131na kavu\u015fmak i\u00e7in hayati \u00f6neme sahip oldu\u011funu belirten \u00c7a\u011fda\u015f Korkmaz, \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 bilincinin art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fine vurgu yaparak \u015fu a\u00e7\u0131klamalarda bulundu:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cTermal konfor, hem fiziksel sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 hem de zihinsel faaliyetlerimizi birebir etkileyen \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir kavramd\u0131r. Do\u011fru \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f evlerimizde termal konforlu ya\u015fam\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131kla s\u00fcrd\u00fcrebiliriz. Konutlarda t\u00fcketilen enerjinin yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 80\u2019i \u0131s\u0131tma ve so\u011futma amac\u0131yla kullan\u0131l\u0131yor. Bu sebeple en fazla enerji t\u00fcketti\u011fimiz ve y\u00fcksek faturalar \u00f6dedi\u011fimiz k\u0131\u015f aylar\u0131n\u0131n en b\u00fcy\u00fck kurtar\u0131c\u0131s\u0131 \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 olacakt\u0131r. Y\u00fczde 60\u2019a varan tasarruf sa\u011flayan \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131, kendisini k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede amorti ederek uzun vade de \u00f6nemli tasarruf sa\u011fl\u0131yor. Is\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131, daire i\u00e7lerinde terleme, rutubet, mantar ve k\u00fcf olu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 engelliyor. Ayn\u0131 zamanda binan\u0131n iskeletini olu\u015fturan kiri\u015f ve kolonlar\u0131n ve binay\u0131 \u00e7evreleyen duvarlar\u0131n i\u00e7inde bulunan demir donat\u0131lar\u0131n korozyona u\u011framas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nleyerek binay\u0131 deprem gibi do\u011fal afetlere daha dayan\u0131kl\u0131 hale getiriyor. 2011 y\u0131l\u0131nda yeni binalarda Enerji Kimlik Belgesi zorunlu hale geldi. Bizler beyaz e\u015fya ve araba al\u0131rken ne kadar t\u00fcketti\u011fine bak\u0131yoruz ancak hayat\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n \u00e7o\u011funun ge\u00e7ti\u011fi binalarda ne kadar enerji t\u00fcketti\u011fimizi bilmiyoruz. \u0130nsanlar\u0131n enerji verimlili\u011fi hakk\u0131nda her ge\u00e7en y\u0131l bilin\u00e7leri ar\u0131tyor ancak harekete ge\u00e7mede sorun var. Buradaki problem insanlar\u0131n toplu karar almas\u0131. Binay\u0131 ilgilendiren konularda di\u011fer hane halklar\u0131yla ortak karar al\u0131nmas\u0131 gerekiyor.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong>ISI YALITIMI \u0130LE KONUTLARDA ENERJ\u0130 TASARRUFU SA\u011eLANAB\u0130L\u0130R<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Enerjide tasarruf ve verimlili\u011fin konu\u015fuldu\u011fu toplant\u0131da konu\u015fan <strong>Nas\u0131l Bir Ekonomi Gazetesi Genel Koordinat\u00f6r\u00fc Vahap Munyar, <\/strong><em>\u201c\u0130klim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011finin olmas\u0131 s\u0131cakl\u0131klar\u0131 g\u00f6rmedi\u011fimiz noktalara getirdi. Is\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 ile konutlarda enerji tasarrufu <strong>y\u00fczde 60<\/strong> oran\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilebilir. So\u011futma i\u00e7in harcad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z enerji \u0131s\u0131tma i\u00e7in kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z enerjiden fazla&#8221;<\/em> dedi.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>ENERJ\u0130 VER\u0130ML\u0130L\u0130\u011e\u0130 \u00c7OK C\u0130DD\u0130 B\u0130R \u00d6NCEL\u0130K<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ekonomi Gazetesi Koordinat\u00f6r\u00fc Didem Eryar \u00dcnl\u00fc<\/strong> ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi\u011fi konu\u015fmas\u0131nda iklim krizinden bahsederek \u015fu a\u00e7\u0131klamalarda bulundu:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201c\u0130klim krizi bir zamanlar sadece kutuplardaki pandalar\u0131 ilgilendiren bir konuydu ancak bug\u00fcn yan\u0131 ba\u015f\u0131m\u0131zda. Ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 hava olaylar\u0131 \u00e7ok \u015fiddetli bir \u015fekilde art\u0131yor. Sadece T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de de\u011fil t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyada s\u0131cakl\u0131k rekorlar\u0131n\u0131n k\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 zor bir y\u0131l\u0131 geride b\u0131rakt\u0131k. Son 20 y\u0131lda do\u011fal afetlerin yol a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131 ekonomik maliyet 2.8 trilyon dolara ula\u015fm\u0131\u015f durumda ki bu da \u00e7ok ciddi bir rakam. Asl\u0131nda ge\u00e7en senenin sonunda Birle\u015fik Arap Emirlikleri\u2019nde BM iklim zirvesi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi. Ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen COP 28\u2018de <strong>enerji d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc<\/strong> ve <strong>enerji verimlili\u011fi<\/strong> konular\u0131 ana g\u00fcndem maddeleriydi. \u0130lk ba\u015flarda asl\u0131nda zirvenin petrol \u00fclkesinde d\u00fczenlenmesi \u00e7ok ciddi ele\u015ftirilere yol a\u00e7t\u0131 ama sonras\u0131nda tarihi bir zirve olarak de\u011ferlendirenler de oldu ki bunlar\u0131n aras\u0131nda Uluslararas\u0131 Enerji Ajans\u0131 Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Fatih Birol da var. Zirveden \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli iki sonu\u00e7 \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. Bunlardan ilki 2030 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar <strong>yenilenebilir enerji yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n 3 kat<\/strong> art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131. \u0130kincisi ise <strong>enerji verimlili\u011fi iyile\u015ftirme<\/strong> oran\u0131n\u0131n <strong>2 kat\u0131na<\/strong> \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131 oldu. Sonu\u00e7 itibariyle bu asl\u0131nda hem yasalara hem yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lara hem i\u015f d\u00fcnyas\u0131na hem finans d\u00fcnyas\u0131na \u00e7ok ciddi bir mesaj olarak alg\u0131lanmal\u0131. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc enerji verimlili\u011fi ve temiz enerjiye ge\u00e7i\u015f art\u0131k sadece d\u00fcnyay\u0131 kurtarmaktan, \u00e7evreyi korumaktan \u00e7ok daha \u00f6te bir konu haline geldi. Bu enerji d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmek hem sanayinin geli\u015fimi hem ekonomik kalk\u0131nma i\u00e7in gelece\u011fe yat\u0131r\u0131m anlam\u0131na geliyor. Bu g\u00fcn d\u00fcnyaya bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda Avrupa Birli\u011fi zaten bu konularda \u00e7ok g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc. \u00c7ine bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda ise yenilenebilir enerji konusunda en \u00f6n s\u0131rada oldu\u011funu g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Burada \u00c7in\u2019in amac\u0131 d\u00fcnyay\u0131 kurtarmak de\u011fil tamamen \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki d\u00f6nemde k\u00fcresel ekonomide rekabet g\u00fcc\u00fcne sahip olmak istemesi. Cop 28 \u00f6ncesinde Uluslararas\u0131 Enerji Ajans\u0131 Enerji verimlili\u011fine dair bir rapor yay\u0131mlad\u0131.
