Getirilen merkezi tankerlerden sahada kurulan jenerat\u00f6rlere bu pick-up ara\u00e7larla d\u00fczenli olarak yak\u0131t ikmali yap\u0131larak, \u015febekenin kullan\u0131m d\u0131\u015f\u0131 kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 yerlerde jenerat\u00f6rle enerji sa\u011fland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Depremi takip eden iki haftada b\u00f6lgede saha \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131 say\u0131s\u0131 destek ekiplerle 3 bin 167\u2019ye y\u00fckselirken, d\u00fcnyan\u0131n tek merkezden y\u00f6netilen en b\u00fcy\u00fck jenerat\u00f6r operasyonu y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcld\u00fc.<\/p>\n<p>22 \u015eubat itibariyle, b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc 5 kilovat ile 2 bin kilovat aras\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fen toplam 41 bin kilovat g\u00fc\u00e7teki 2 bin 472 jenerat\u00f6r b\u00f6lgede kullan\u0131l\u0131rken, kurulan akaryak\u0131t ikmal a\u011f\u0131yla jenerat\u00f6rlerden enerji arz\u0131n\u0131n s\u00fcreklili\u011fi sa\u011fland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Seferberlik bilinciyle hareket eden t\u00fcm elektrik da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m ekipleri, 198 sepetli ara\u00e7 ve 969 pick-up ile hummal\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Antakya Lojistik Hizmet Merkezi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n ve ailelerinin yeni yuvas\u0131 oldu<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Toroslar EDA\u015e\u2019\u0131n y\u0131k\u0131lan Antakya B\u00f6lge M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc binas\u0131 terk edilerek, \u015firketin elektrik da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m malzemelerinin depoland\u0131\u011f\u0131 geni\u015f alana sahip Lojistik Hizmet Merkezi ve i\u00e7indeki konteyner yap\u0131 faaliyetlerin yeni merkezi oldu.<\/p>\n<p>K\u0131sa zamanda destek ekiplerinin kullanaca\u011f\u0131 konteyner, yemekhane, du\u015f ve tuvalet gibi gerekliliklerle donat\u0131lan merkez, etraf\u0131na yerle\u015ftirilen onlarca konteynerde Toroslar EDA\u015e \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 ve ailelerine ev sahipli\u011fi yapt\u0131. \u015eirketin \u00fcst y\u00f6netimi ve m\u00fchendisleri de bu merkezdeki konteynerlerde kalarak operasyonu kriz merkezine d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclen bir odadan y\u00f6netti.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00f6z konusu merkezde felaketin izin verdi\u011fi t\u00fcm imkanlarla, elektrik da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, g\u00fcvenlik g\u00fc\u00e7leri, arama kurtarma ekipleri ve yak\u0131nlardaki vatanda\u015flar gibi b\u00f6lgedeki herkese destek verilmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131ld\u0131. Benzer merkezler depremden etkilenen di\u011fer il\u00e7elerde de kuruldu.<\/p>\n<p>Toroslar EDA\u015e \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 aileleriyle Hatay\u2019da kurulan tamam\u0131 gerekli e\u015fyalarla donat\u0131lm\u0131\u015f 232 konteynerlik, \u0130skenderun\u2019da ise ayn\u0131 donan\u0131mla 32 konteynerlik, konteyner kentlere yerle\u015ftirildi. Kendi bah\u00e7e veya tarla gibi \u00f6zel arazilerine yerle\u015ftirmek isteyen 236 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fana da \u015firket taraf\u0131ndan konteyner teslim edildi.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Afet Haberle\u015fme Sistemiyle akut d\u00f6nemde kritik ileti\u015fim sorunu a\u015f\u0131ld\u0131<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Deprem nedeniyle mobil telekom\u00fcnikasyon altyap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7\u00f6kmesi ve b\u00f6lgede ileti\u015fimin en b\u00fcy\u00fck sorunlardan biri olmas\u0131 \u00fczerine, olas\u0131 \u0130stanbul depremine kar\u015f\u0131 Enerjisa Da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m \u015eirketleri taraf\u0131ndan geli\u015ftirilen ve Ayeda\u015f\u2019ta haz\u0131r tutulan <strong>Afet Haberle\u015fme Sistemi ekipler ve merkez<\/strong> aras\u0131ndaki ileti\u015fim i\u00e7in <strong>Antakya\u2019ya<\/strong> getirildi.<\/p>\n<p>Y\u00fcksek noktalara kurulan ve g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisiyle \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan 3 mobil kule, haberle\u015fme istasyonu ve ekip ara\u00e7lar\u0131na tak\u0131l\u0131 telsizler sayesinde Toroslar EDA\u015e ekiplerinin olas\u0131 \u00e7arp\u0131lmalara kar\u015f\u0131 ileti\u015fim ve koordinasyonu \u0130\u015f Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve G\u00fcvenli\u011fi kurallar\u0131 i\u00e7inde sa\u011fland\u0131. G\u00fcnler i\u00e7inde Antakya merkezdeki sokak ayd\u0131nlatmalar\u0131n\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck bir \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fu yanar hale getirildi.<\/p>\n<p>Sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde bir ilk olan bu sistem sayesinde b\u00f6lgede ileti\u015fime ihtiya\u00e7 duyan di\u011fer altyap\u0131 kurum ve kurulu\u015flar\u0131na da telsiz frekans\u0131 sa\u011fland\u0131. \u00d6te yandan ayd\u0131nlatma direklerinin \u00fcst k\u0131s\u0131mlar\u0131na baz istasyonlar\u0131 kurulup enerji sa\u011flanarak mobil telekom\u00fcnikasyonun yeniden aya\u011fa kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na destek verildi.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>En \u00e7ok etkilenen Hatay ile Gaziantep\u2019in Nurda\u011f\u0131 ve \u0130slahiye il\u00e7elerine yo\u011funla\u015f\u0131ld\u0131<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Toroslar EDA\u015e depremden bu yana ge\u00e7en 1 y\u0131lda, <strong>Hatay ve Gaziantep\u2019te<\/strong> toplamda yakla\u015f\u0131k <strong>1,9 milyar TL<\/strong> tutar\u0131nda deprem harcamas\u0131 yaparak b\u00f6lgedeki <strong>yat\u0131r\u0131m, bak\u0131m ve onar\u0131m<\/strong> \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc.<\/p>\n<p>Bu s\u00fcrede Hatay ve Gaziantep\u2019te <strong>146 kilometre<\/strong> iletken ba\u011flan\u0131rken,<strong> 556.980 kVA<\/strong> kurulu g\u00fc\u00e7te <strong>493 trafonun kurulumu<\/strong> sa\u011fland\u0131. Saha ekipleri taraf\u0131ndan<strong> 7.869<\/strong> ayd\u0131nlatma armat\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn montaj\u0131 yap\u0131l\u0131rken, <strong>206<\/strong> kilometre y\u00fcksek gerilim, <strong>352<\/strong> kilometre al\u00e7ak gerilim hatt\u0131 ve yeralt\u0131 kablosu tesis edildi.<\/p>\n<p>Ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemde, Reyhanl\u0131, K\u0131r\u0131khan, \u0130skenderun, D\u00f6rtyol ve Hatay Merkez\u2019de 316 pano, 666 trafo, 4280 armat\u00fcr ve 228 binan\u0131n, \u0130slahiye ve Nurda\u011f\u0131\u2019nda ise 47 pano, 40 trafo, 212 armat\u00fcr ve 96 binan\u0131n bak\u0131m ve onar\u0131m faaliyetleri tamamland\u0131.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>B\u00f6lgede deprem \u00f6ncesi \u015febeke seviyesine ula\u015f\u0131ld\u0131<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Enerjisa Da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m \u015eirketleri\u2019nden Toroslar EDA\u015e, karde\u015f \u015firketleri Ba\u015fkent EDA\u015e ve Ayeda\u015f\u2019\u0131n da deste\u011fiyle Hatay\u2019da 2.150, Gaziantep\u2019in Nurda\u011f\u0131 ve \u0130slahiye il\u00e7elerinde ise 184 saha \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131 ile elektrik altyap\u0131s\u0131nda t\u00fcm zorluklara ra\u011fmen y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarla deprem \u00f6ncesi \u015febeke de\u011ferlerini a\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Deprem \u00f6ncesinde devirli, kurum ve \u00f6zel olmak \u00fczere Hatay\u2019da 9.663, Gaziantep\u2019in s\u00f6z konusu iki il\u00e7esinde 1.995 trafo bulunurken, deprem sonras\u0131nda b\u00fcy\u00fck bir h\u0131zla hayata ge\u00e7irilen yat\u0131r\u0131mlarla Hatay\u2019\u0131n Merkez, Arsuz, D\u00f6rtyol, \u0130skenderun, K\u0131r\u0131khan ve Reyhanl\u0131 il\u00e7elerinde trafo say\u0131s\u0131 10.297\u2019ye, Gaziantep\u2019in \u0130slahiye ve Nurda\u011f\u0131 il\u00e7elerinde trafo say\u0131s\u0131 2.094\u2019e ula\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Yap\u0131lan bu yat\u0131r\u0131m \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ile deprem \u00f6ncesinde Hatay\u2019da 1.429.217 kVA olan toplam kurulu g\u00fc\u00e7, deprem sonras\u0131 1.538.347 kVA\u2019e, deprem \u00f6ncesinde 6.946 km olan orta gerilim hat uzunlu\u011fu deprem sonras\u0131 7.119 km\u2019ye ve deprem \u00f6ncesinde 15.876 km olan al\u00e7ak gerilim hat uzunlu\u011fu ise Hatay\u2019daki elektrik t\u00fcketim ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131 tamamen kar\u015f\u0131layacak \u015fekilde 13.182 km\u2019ye \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Deprem \u00f6ncesinde Gaziantep\u2019in iki il\u00e7esinde 378.432 KVA olan toplam kurulu g\u00fc\u00e7, deprem sonras\u0131 yap\u0131lan yat\u0131r\u0131mlarla 447.127 kVA\u2019e, depremden \u00f6nce 1.286 km olan orta gerilim hat uzunlu\u011fu deprem sonras\u0131 1.347 km\u2019ye ula\u015ft\u0131 ve deprem \u00f6ncesinde 1.406 km olan al\u00e7ak gerilim hat uzunlu\u011fu da b\u00f6lgedeki elektrik t\u00fcketim ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131 tamamen kar\u015f\u0131layacak \u015fekilde 1.483 km olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Yaz k\u0131\u015f kesintisiz enerji m\u00fccadelesi<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Toroslar EDA\u015e, depremin yol a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131 maddi hasarla m\u00fccadeleye ek olarak, \u00f6nce depremlerin ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti\u011fi k\u0131\u015f mevsimi nedeniyle b\u00f6lgede olu\u015fan acil nitelikli \u0131s\u0131nma ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in gerekli enerji arz\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011flanmas\u0131 sonra da son y\u0131llar\u0131n en s\u0131cak yaz mevsiminde \u00e7o\u011falan klima kullan\u0131m\u0131 nedeniyle artan enerji t\u00fcketiminin \u015febekelere getirdi\u011fi rekor y\u00fck\u00fc kar\u015f\u0131lad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Deprem sonras\u0131 b\u00f6lgedeki bar\u0131nma ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamak \u00fczere kurulan konteyner kentlerin enerji ihtiyac\u0131na Toroslar EDA\u015e taraf\u0131ndan m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olan en k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede cevap verildi. Hatay\u2019daki 229 adet konteyner kentin enerjisi 450 MW kurulu g\u00fc\u00e7 ile sa\u011flan\u0131rken, Gaziantep\u2019te ise 21 konteyner kentin enerjisi 46 MW kurulu g\u00fc\u00e7 ile kar\u015f\u0131land\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>\u015eebekede elektrik da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m \u015firketinin yetki s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131 olan panolara kadarki \u015febeke yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck bir h\u0131zda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi. \u00c7ad\u0131r ve konteyner kentlerin bu panolardan sonraki elektrik i\u00e7 tesisatlar\u0131 kamu kurumlar\u0131n\u0131n y\u00f6nlendirmeleriyle ilgili yetkililerce ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6te yandan bu alanlar\u0131n d\u0131\u015f ayd\u0131nlatmalar\u0131 Toroslar EDA\u015e ekiplerinin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131yla direk ve armat\u00fcrler tesis edilerek k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede tamamland\u0131.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m \u015firketi yetkisi d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki i\u00e7 tesisatlara ili\u015fkin uyar\u0131lar yap\u0131ld\u0131<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Toroslar EDA\u015e ekipleri konteyner kentlere sa\u011flanan elektri\u011fin panolara kadar olan yetki b\u00f6lgesinde enerji arz g\u00fcvenli\u011finin sa\u011flanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in kesintisiz g\u00f6rev yaparken, bu noktalarda \u015firketin yetki alan\u0131 d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda kalan pano sonras\u0131 i\u00e7 elektrik tesisat\u0131 i\u015flemlerinde al\u0131nmas\u0131 gereken tedbirler konusunda konteyner kentlerdeki yetkilileri d\u00fczenli olarak bilgilendirdi.<\/p>\n<p>Halen ve \u0131s\u0131 pompas\u0131 gibi cihazlar\u0131n olu\u015fturdu\u011fu rekor talep nedeniyle a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 y\u00fcklenen trafolar, y\u00fcksek kapasiteli olanlarla de\u011fi\u015ftirildi, yeni direkler dikilerek enerji ta\u015f\u0131yan iletkenler y\u00fcksek talebi kar\u015f\u0131layabilecek hale getirildi.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00f6ylece konteynerlerde ya\u015famlar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcren vatanda\u015flar\u0131n so\u011fuk k\u0131\u015f \u015fartlar\u0131ndan olabildi\u011fince az etkilenmesi i\u00e7in t\u00fcm imkanlar seferber edildi.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Y\u0131k\u0131mlar i\u00e7in AFAD talebiyle 6.000\u2019in \u00fczerinde kesinti yap\u0131ld\u0131<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Deprem b\u00f6lgesinde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar saha \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131n i\u015f sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve g\u00fcvenli\u011fi nedeniyle zorunlu olarak uygulanan planl\u0131 kesintilerle ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilirken, b\u00f6lgedeki hasarl\u0131 yap\u0131lar\u0131n y\u0131k\u0131m\u0131 i\u00e7in AFAD taraf\u0131ndan talep edilen elektrik kesintileri de s\u00fcrelerinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi.<\/p>\n<p>Bu t\u00fcrdeki kesinti say\u0131s\u0131 bir y\u0131ll\u0131k d\u00f6nemde Hatay \u00f6zelinde 3.311\u2019e, Toroslar b\u00f6lgesi genelinde ise 6.105\u2019e ula\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6te yandan baz\u0131 noktalarda kontrols\u00fcz yap\u0131lan y\u0131k\u0131m \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n ve izinsiz \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc \u015fah\u0131s m\u00fcdahalelerinin elektrik da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m \u015febekesine verdi\u011fi hasar sonucu ya\u015fanan plans\u0131z elektrik kesintileri yap\u0131lan m\u00fcdahalelerle m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olan en k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede giderildi.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>1 y\u0131lda 1100\u2019den fazla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fana psikolojik destek<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Toroslar EDA\u015e, 6 \u015eubat 2023 tarihinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen deprem nedeniyle sorumluluk sahas\u0131ndaki Hatay ve Gaziantep\u2019te depremin a\u011f\u0131r etkilerine ve zor \u015fartlara ra\u011fmen kesintisiz ve kaliteli enerji i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcrken depremden etkilenen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 ve ailelerini de unutmad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Depremin ilk g\u00fcn\u00fcnden itibaren Hatay ve Gaziantep\u2019te g\u00f6rev yapan Enerjisa Da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m \u015eirketleri \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 ve ailelerinin depremin a\u011f\u0131r etkilerinden korunmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla yeti\u015fkin, ergen ve \u00e7ocuk psikolojisinde uzman isimler taraf\u0131ndan b\u00f6lgede psikolojik destek faaliyetleri y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcld\u00fc.<\/p>\n<p>1100\u2019den fazla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131yla psikolojik ilk yard\u0131m konulu seminerler d\u00fczenlendi. \u0130skenderun ve Antakya\u2019da ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen toplam 37 oturumda etkinlikler ve oyunlar d\u00fczenlendi. 261 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan i\u00e7in online psikolojik e\u011fitim verilirken, 200\u2019\u00fcn \u00fczerinde terapi seans\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u201cDeprem b\u00f6lgesinde yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131m\u0131z devam edecek\u201d<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Enerjisa Da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m \u015eirketleri Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc O\u011fuzhan \u00d6zs\u00fcrekci, Hatay\u2019da depremin izlerinin silinmesi i\u00e7in hayata ge\u00e7irilen yat\u0131r\u0131mlara ve
