COP28&#8217;de ortaya konulan <strong>K\u00fcresel Yenilenebilir Enerji ve Enerji Verimlili\u011fi Taahh\u00fcd\u00fc<\/strong> \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde <strong>130 \u00fclke<\/strong>, 2030 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar yenilenebilir enerjiyi <strong>3&#8217;e<\/strong>, enerji verimlili\u011fi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n h\u0131z\u0131n\u0131 <strong>2&#8217;ye<\/strong> katlama s\u00f6z\u00fc verdi. \u0130klim krizi ile m\u00fccadelenin en \u00f6nemli bile\u015fenlerden birini enerji verimlili\u011fi olu\u015fturuyor. Enerji verimlili\u011fi konusunda at\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken en \u00f6nemli ad\u0131mlardan biri ise binalar\u0131 \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131ml\u0131 hale getirerek bo\u015fa harcanan enerjinin \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7mek.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dclkemizde kullan\u0131lan toplam enerjinin y\u00fczde <strong>32,7<\/strong>\u2019si binalarda t\u00fcketiliyor. T\u00fcketilen bu enerjinin y\u00fczde 80\u2019i de k\u0131\u015f\u0131n \u0131s\u0131nma yaz\u0131n so\u011futma i\u00e7in kullan\u0131l\u0131yor. Y\u0131llard\u0131r \u00fczerinde konu\u015fulmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131ml\u0131 binalar konusunda maalesef istedi\u011fimiz noktada de\u011filiz. \u00dclkemizde mevcut binalar\u0131n y\u00fczde 75-80\u2019inde hala \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 yok. Bu da daha fazla enerji harcanmas\u0131, daha fazla fatura \u00f6denmesi demek. Bug\u00fcne kadar binalar\u0131na \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 yapt\u0131rmayanlar i\u00e7in \u015fimdi \u00f6nlerinde \u2018yal\u0131t\u0131m kredisi\u2019 gibi \u00e7ok g\u00fczel bir f\u0131rsat var. Binalar\u0131na yal\u0131t\u0131m yapt\u0131rmak isteyenler y\u00fczde 0,99 faiz oran\u0131yla 50 bin TL\u2019ye kadar 60 ay vadeli olarak kredi kullanabilecek. Kredi masraflar\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnenler ise elektrik ve do\u011falgaz faturalar\u0131ndaki yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 50\u2019lik d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f sayesinde hi\u00e7 s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131 ya\u015famadan kredilerini \u00f6deyebilecek.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Ayr\u0131ca yap\u0131lan her \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n enerji t\u00fcketimini azaltmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7evreye de b\u00fcy\u00fck katk\u0131lar\u0131 olacak. <strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Aile b\u00fct\u00e7esi, \u00fclke ekonomisi, \u00e7evrenin korunmas\u0131 ve d\u00fcnyam\u0131z\u0131n gelece\u011fi ad\u0131na yap\u0131lacak en g\u00fczel yat\u0131r\u0131m \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131d\u0131r. Asgari enerji performans\u0131<strong> \u2018B\u2019<\/strong> olan NSEB binalar, di\u011fer binalara g\u00f6re cephelerde en az<strong> 2-3 cm<\/strong>, \u00e7at\u0131larda en az <strong>4-6 cm<\/strong>, d\u00f6\u015femelerde en az<strong> 2 cm<\/strong> <strong>daha kal\u0131n yal\u0131t\u0131ma ve kaplamal\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m cam\u0131 \u00fcniteleri<\/strong> ile \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m de\u011ferleri iyile\u015ftirilmi\u015f pencerelere sahip olduklar\u0131ndan yak\u0131t faturalar\u0131nda kullan\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131na y\u00fcksek oranda tasarruf sa\u011fl\u0131yor\u201d<\/em> dedi.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Yal\u0131t\u0131m Kal\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n Artmas\u0131n\u0131n \u0130n\u015faat Maliyetine Etkisi Olduk\u00e7a Az<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>A\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131nda maliyet konusuna da de\u011finen <strong>Eruslu,<\/strong> <em>\u201cYal\u0131t\u0131m kal\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131 artt\u0131k\u00e7a sa\u011flanacak enerji verimlili\u011fi ayn\u0131 oranda artar. Yal\u0131t\u0131m kal\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 iki kat\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda toplam maliyet ikiye katlanmaz ama bu sayede \u0131s\u0131tma ve so\u011futmada tasarruf potansiyeli iki kat olur. Is\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 uygulamalar\u0131 hem ilk yat\u0131r\u0131m hem i\u015fletme maliyetlerini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrerek kendini k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede geri \u00f6der, bina \u00f6mr\u00fc boyunca tasarruf sa\u011flamaya devam eder.\u201d<\/em> vurgusunu yapt\u0131.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Enerji Limitlerimiz Geli\u015fmi\u015f \u00dclkeler Seviyesine Getirilmeli<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><em>Geli\u015fmi\u015f \u00fclkelerde binalarda enerji verimlili\u011fine y\u00f6nelik bir\u00e7ok ad\u0131m at\u0131larak enerji limitleri d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcrken, \u00fclkemizde 2008 y\u0131l\u0131nda tan\u0131mlanm\u0131\u015f enerji limitleri kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. AB\u2019de 2019 y\u0131l\u0131ndan bu yana yeni kamu binalar\u0131n\u0131n t\u00fcm\u00fc neredeyse s\u0131f\u0131r enerjili olarak \u00fcretiliyor. 2020 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131ndan itibaren ise t\u00fcm yeni binalar neredeyse s\u0131f\u0131r enerjili olarak yap\u0131l\u0131yor. Bir\u00e7ok geli\u015fmi\u015f \u00fclkede binalar \u0131s\u0131tma ve so\u011futmaya y\u00f6nelik birim metrekaredeki y\u0131ll\u0131k enerji t\u00fcketimi <strong>30-50<\/strong> kW olacak \u015fekilde yal\u0131t\u0131ml\u0131 olarak tasarlan\u0131yor ve in\u015fa ediliyor. \u00dclkemizde ise halen bina enerji t\u00fcketimi 120-150 kW (birim metrekare\/y\u0131l) seviyesinde. Y\u00f6netmelik revizyonu ile kapsama giren toplam in\u015faat alan\u0131 5 bin metrekareden b\u00fcy\u00fck olan s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 say\u0131daki yap\u0131larda enerji t\u00fcketimini 100-120 kW seviyesine \u00e7ekmi\u015f olaca\u011f\u0131z. Kapsam d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki binalar ise 120-150kW mertebelerinde enerji t\u00fcketmeye devam edecek. \u00d6zetle hala enerji israf\u0131m\u0131z geli\u015fmi\u015f \u00fclkeler ile mukayese edildi\u011finde 3 ila 5 kat daha fazla. Bir an \u00f6nce Enerji Verimlili\u011fi Strateji Belgesi\u2019nde de tan\u0131mland\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fczere enerji limitlerimizi ve U de\u011ferlerimizi bu revizyonla birlikte geli\u015fmi\u015f \u00fclkeler seviyesine getirilmeliyiz. Binalarda Is\u0131 Yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 Kurallar\u0131 Standad\u0131 TS 825 revizyonu bu noktada b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yor.
