G\u00f6llerdeki su miktar\u0131, ya\u011f\u0131\u015flardaki ve nehir de\u015farj\u0131ndaki de\u011fi\u015fikliklerin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra baraj in\u015fas\u0131 ve su t\u00fcketimi gibi do\u011frudan insan faaliyetlerine ve iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fine ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak de\u011fi\u015fiyor.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>G\u00f6llerdeki su miktar\u0131 28 y\u0131lda %53 oran\u0131nda azald\u0131\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Otuz y\u0131ll\u0131k uydu g\u00f6zlemleri, iklim verileri ve hidrolojik modelleri kullanarak <strong>en b\u00fcy\u00fck 1972 g\u00f6l\u00fc<\/strong> analiz eden <strong>Yao ve meslekta\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n<\/strong> bu y\u0131l Science dergisinde yay\u0131mlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 makaleye g\u00f6re, bu g\u00f6llerdeki su miktarlar\u0131 <strong>28<\/strong> y\u0131lda<strong> %53<\/strong> oran\u0131nda azald\u0131. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma d\u00fcnya \u00e7ap\u0131ndaki kuruma e\u011filimlerinin \u00f6nceden d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclenden \u00e7ok daha geni\u015f kapsaml\u0131 oldu\u011funu g\u00f6steriyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>T\u00fcrkiye<\/strong> <strong>\u00f6nemli derecede su kayb\u0131 ya\u015fayan 12 havzadan biri.<\/strong> Ara\u015ft\u0131rmada yer alan <strong>1051<\/strong> do\u011fal g\u00f6l ve <strong>921<\/strong> rezervuar, D\u00fcnya&#8217;n\u0131n do\u011fal g\u00f6l ve rezervuar depolamas\u0131n\u0131n s\u0131ras\u0131yla <strong>%96<\/strong> ve <strong>%83<\/strong>&#8216;\u00fcn\u00fc olu\u015fturuyor. Do\u011fal g\u00f6llerdeki \u00f6nemli su kay\u0131plar\u0131n\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k d\u00f6rtte biri insan faaliyetleri ve \u00e7o\u011funlukla <strong>iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fine atfedilen artan s\u0131cakl\u0131k<\/strong> ve <strong>buharla\u015fmadan<\/strong> kaynaklan\u0131yor. Y\u00fczey ak\u0131\u015flar\u0131ndaki de\u011fi\u015fimlerden kaynaklanan su kay\u0131plar\u0131 da g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi g\u00f6llerin <strong>%43\u2019\u00fcn\u00fc<\/strong> etkiliyor. Bu durum gelecekteki y\u00fczey suyu kaynaklar\u0131 y\u00f6netiminde iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011finin etkilerinin hesaba kat\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nemini g\u00f6steriyor.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>457 do\u011fal g\u00f6lde %43 su kayb\u0131 tespit edildi<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>K\u00fcresel \u00f6l\u00e7ekte 1992-2020 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda b\u00fcy\u00fck tatl\u0131 su k\u00fctlelerinin<strong> %53<\/strong>&#8216;\u00fcn\u00fcn <strong>su deposu azald\u0131<\/strong> ve <strong>toplam 602,28 kilometrek\u00fcp su kaybedildi<\/strong>. Do\u011fal g\u00f6llerdeki net hacim kayb\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck oranda <strong>k\u00fcresel \u0131s\u0131nma, artan buharla\u015fma<\/strong> ve<strong> su kullan\u0131m\u0131<\/strong>ndan kaynaklan\u0131yor. Toplam <strong>234<\/strong> do\u011fal g\u00f6lde <strong>%22<\/strong> su kazan\u0131m\u0131 ya\u015fan\u0131rken, <strong>457<\/strong> do\u011fal g\u00f6lde<strong> %43<\/strong> su kayb\u0131 tespit edildi. Kuruyan t\u00fcm g\u00f6llerdeki toplam d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn yaln\u0131zca yakla\u015f\u0131k \u00fc\u00e7te biri, b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde \u0130\u00e7 Tibet Platosu gibi uzak veya seyrek n\u00fcfuslu b\u00f6lgelerdeki g\u00f6llerin su deposundaki art\u0131\u015flarla dengeleniyor. Bu depolama art\u0131\u015flar\u0131; <strong>ya\u011f\u0131\u015f, y\u00fczey ak\u0131\u015f\u0131, s\u0131cakl\u0131k, buharla\u015fma ve insan su kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n azalmas\u0131ndaki<\/strong> de\u011fi\u015fikliklerden kaynaklan\u0131yor.\u00a0\u00d6rne\u011fin <strong>Sevan G\u00f6l\u00fc<\/strong> suyu, 2000&#8217;li y\u0131llardan itibaren koruma yasalar\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girmesiyle artan bir e\u011filim sergiliyor.<\/p>\n<p>Kurak b\u00f6lgelerde su miktar\u0131ndaki kay\u0131plar ise daha belirgin d\u00fczeyde.\u00a0Bu su k\u00fctlelerindeki toplam kayb\u0131n \u00fc\u00e7te ikisinden fazlas\u0131, <strong>kurakla\u015fan iklime<\/strong> veya <strong>s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclemez su t\u00fcketimine<\/strong> sahip <strong>10 havzadan<\/strong> kaynaklan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Konuyla ilgili a\u00e7\u0131klamada bulunan <strong>Do\u011fa Derne\u011fi Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Dicle Tuba K\u0131l\u0131\u00e7;<\/strong> <em>\u2018\u2018D\u00fcnya n\u00fcfusunun yakla\u015f\u0131k d\u00f6rtte birinin (~2 milyar) kuruyan bir g\u00f6l havzas\u0131nda ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 tahmin ediliyor. Bu da iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi ve sedimentasyonun etkilerinin s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir su kaynaklar\u0131 y\u00f6netimine dahil edilmesinin gereklili\u011fini g\u00f6steriyor.
