Son olarak Binalarda Enerji Performans\u0131 Direktifi (EPBD) ile ilgili imzalanan anla\u015fmayla; 1 Ocak 2025 itibar\u0131yla AB \u00fclkeleri, fosil yak\u0131tlarla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan <strong>kombilerin kurulumu<\/strong> i\u00e7in herhangi bir <strong>mali te\u015fvik sa\u011flamayacak.<\/strong> AB kurumlar\u0131, <strong>2040 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar do\u011falgaz kombilerinin kullan\u0131mdan kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131<\/strong> amac\u0131yla <strong>Ulusal Bina Yenileme Planlar\u0131\u2019na<\/strong> bir yol haritas\u0131 eklenmesi konusunda fikir birli\u011fine vard\u0131. 2030 itibar\u0131yla yeni in\u015fa edilen evler de dahil olmak \u00fczere t\u00fcm yeni binalar, fosil yak\u0131tlardan kaynaklanan s\u0131f\u0131r yerinde karbon emisyonu ile S\u0131f\u0131r Emisyon Binalar\u0131 olmak zorunda. 2050 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar AB\u2019deki t\u00fcm binalar s\u0131f\u0131r emisyonlu binalara d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclecek. S\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir bir d\u00fcnya i\u00e7in binalarda k\u00f6kl\u00fc \u00e7evreci \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlere ihtiya\u00e7 var. \u00c7evre dostu ve enerji verimli bir yap\u0131la\u015fmadan bahsedebilmek i\u00e7in ise kurallar\u0131na uygun yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f yal\u0131t\u0131m \u015fart. \u00dclke olarak bizim de enerji d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcne \u00f6ncelikle israf\u0131 ortadan kald\u0131racak \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlerle ba\u015flamam\u0131z ve gerekli d\u00fczenlemeleri yapmam\u0131z gerekiyor. Yal\u0131t\u0131m sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde at\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken en \u00f6nemli ad\u0131m; enerji limitlerinin yeniden belirlenmesi ve yal\u0131t\u0131m kal\u0131nl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n b\u00f6lgelere g\u00f6re yenilenmesi.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong>T\u00fcrkiye, Eskiyen Enerji Limitleri Y\u00fcz\u00fcnden Geli\u015fmi\u015f \u00dclkelerin Gerisinde Kal\u0131yor<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Avrupa Birli\u011fi\u2019nin binalarda enerji t\u00fcketimini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmek ve fosil yak\u0131t kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 azaltmak amac\u0131yla yeni ad\u0131mlar atmaya devam etti\u011fini, at\u0131lan her ad\u0131mla birlikte enerji verimlili\u011fi noktas\u0131nda AB ile aram\u0131zdaki fark\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131na dikkat \u00e7eken <strong>\u0130ZODER Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Emrullah Eruslu<\/strong>; <em>\u201cT\u00fcrkiye\u2019de 2008 y\u0131l\u0131nda tan\u0131mlanm\u0131\u015f enerji limitlerinin kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 enerjide b\u00fcy\u00fck oranda israfa sebep oluyor. Avrupa Birli\u011fi\u2019nde 2019 y\u0131l\u0131ndan bu yana yeni kamu binalar\u0131n\u0131n t\u00fcm\u00fc 2020 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131ndan itibaren ise t\u00fcm yeni binalar neredeyse s\u0131f\u0131r enerjili olarak yap\u0131l\u0131yor. Bir\u00e7ok geli\u015fmi\u015f \u00fclkede binalar, \u0131s\u0131tma ve so\u011futmaya y\u00f6nelik birim metrekaredeki <strong>y\u0131ll\u0131k enerji t\u00fcketimi 30-50 kW<\/strong> olacak \u015fekilde yal\u0131t\u0131ml\u0131 olarak tasarlan\u0131yor ve in\u015fa ediliyor. \u00dclkemizde ise halen <strong>bina enerji t\u00fcketimi 120-150 kW<\/strong> (birim metrekare\/y\u0131l) seviyesinde. Enerji israf\u0131m\u0131z geli\u015fmi\u015f \u00fclkeler ile mukayese edildi\u011finde 3 ila 5 kat daha fazla. Bir an \u00f6nce Enerji Verimlili\u011fi Strateji Belgesi\u2019nde de tan\u0131mland\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fczere enerji limitlerimizi ve U de\u011ferlerimizi bu revizyonla birlikte geli\u015fmi\u015f \u00fclkeler seviyesine getirmemiz gerekiyor. Dernek olarak hayata ge\u00e7irdi\u011fimiz <strong>\u2018Tek yol U d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u2019<\/strong> kampanyam\u0131zla da <strong>U de\u011ferlerinin (\u0131s\u0131 ge\u00e7irgenlik oran\u0131)<\/strong> \u00fclke genelinde iyile\u015ftirilmesi konusunda yo\u011fun bir gayret sarf ediyoruz. <strong>Binalarda Is\u0131 Yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 Kurallar\u0131 Standart\u0131 TS 825 revizyonunun<\/strong> bir an \u00f6nce yap\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 ve kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm seferberli\u011fine entegre edilmesini bekliyoruz. Binalar\u0131n enerji performans s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131n\u0131 en az \u201cB\u201dye y\u00fckseltecek bu d\u00fczenleme; <strong>s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir, \u00e7evreye duyarl\u0131 ve enerji verimli yap\u0131la\u015fma<\/strong> konusunda \u00fclkemizi geli\u015fmi\u015f \u00fclkeler seviyesine \u00e7\u0131karabilecek \u00f6nemli ad\u0131mlar i\u00e7eriyor. nSEB binalar, di\u011fer binalara g\u00f6re cephelerde <strong>en az 2-3 cm<\/strong>, \u00e7at\u0131larda e<strong>n az 4-6 cm<\/strong>, d\u00f6\u015femelerde <strong>en az 2 cm<\/strong> daha <strong>kal\u0131n yal\u0131t\u0131ma<\/strong> ve <strong>kaplamal\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m cam\u0131 \u00fcniteleri<\/strong> ile \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m de\u011ferleri iyile\u015ftirilmi\u015f pencerelere sahip olduklar\u0131ndan yak\u0131t faturalar\u0131nda kullan\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131na y\u00fcksek oranda tasarruf sa\u011fl\u0131yor. \u0130lgili d\u00fczenlemeyle bu y\u0131l T\u00fcrkiye genelinde yakla\u015f\u0131k <strong>bin 400 bina<\/strong> \u201cNeredeyse S\u0131f\u0131r Enerjili Binalar\u201d (nSEB) konseptine ge\u00e7ti.
