CO2 emisyonlar\u0131ndaki art\u0131\u015f k\u00fcresel olarak yava\u015flasa ve son on y\u0131lda baz\u0131 \u00fclkelerde emisyonlar azalm\u0131\u015f olsa da bu durum tehlikeli iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fini \u00f6nleyecek kadar h\u0131zl\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmiyor.<\/p>\n<p>Rapora g\u00f6re, T\u00fcrkiye, 2022 y\u0131l\u0131nda <strong>400 milyon ton karbon emisyonu<\/strong> ile k\u00fcresel olarak en \u00e7ok emisyona sebep olan \u00fclkeler s\u0131ralamas\u0131nda <strong>15. olarak<\/strong> yer al\u0131yor. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin emisyonlar\u0131nda<strong> k\u00f6m\u00fcr ba\u015f\u0131 \u00e7ekerken<\/strong> (167,2 milyon ton CO2), onu s\u0131ras\u0131yla<strong> petrol, gaz ve \u00e7imento sekt\u00f6rleri<\/strong> takip ediyor.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00fcresel emisyonlarda \u00c7in, ABD ve Hindistan ba\u015f\u0131 \u00e7ekerken, b\u00f6lgesel e\u011filimler \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde farkl\u0131l\u0131k g\u00f6steriyor. Emisyonlar\u0131n 2023 y\u0131l\u0131nda Hindistan (y\u00fczde 8,2) ve \u00c7in\u2019de (y\u00fczde 4,0) artmas\u0131, AB (-y\u00fczde 7,4), ABD (-y\u00fczde 3,0) ve d\u00fcnyan\u0131n geri kalan\u0131nda (-y\u00fczde 0,4) azalmas\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Enerji ve Tabii Kaynaklar Bakan\u0131 Alparslan Bayraktar<\/strong>, Bayraktar, Birle\u015fmi\u015f Milletler \u0130klim De\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi \u00c7er\u00e7eve S\u00f6zle\u015fmesi (UNFCCC) 28. Taraflar Konferans\u0131 (COP28) kapsam\u0131nda D\u00fcnya Bankas\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan d\u00fczenlenen <em>\u201cNet S\u0131f\u0131r Emisyon\u2019a Yeni Hedefler: G\u00fcne\u015f, R\u00fczgar ve Ak\u0131ll\u0131 \u015eebekelerle T\u00fcrkiye\u2019yi D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrmek\u201d adl\u0131 panele g\u00f6nderdi\u011fi mesajda, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin karbon sal\u0131m\u0131 azaltma plan\u0131na y\u00f6nelik \u201c<strong>2024-2030 y\u0131llar\u0131n\u0131<\/strong> kapsayan <strong>\u0130kinci Enerji Verimlili\u011fi Eylem Plan\u0131<\/strong> kapsam\u0131nda emisyonlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 <strong>toplam 100 milyon ton azaltmay\u0131<\/strong> hedefliyoruz\u201d<\/em> dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Mesaj\u0131nda, <strong>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin \u0130kinci Enerji Verimlili\u011fi Eylem Plan\u0131\u2019na<\/strong> de\u011finen <strong>Bayraktar<\/strong>, \u015funlar\u0131 kaydetti: <em>\u201cBu plan\u0131n iddial\u0131 oldu\u011fu ve ciddi s\u0131namalarla kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya oldu\u011fumuz do\u011frudur. Ancak uluslararas\u0131 toplumla ve bilhassa finansal kurulu\u015flar ve yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131larla birlikte t\u00fcm bunlar\u0131 ba\u015farabiliriz.
