Enerjide d\u0131\u015fa ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 azaltmak ve cari a\u00e7\u0131ktaki k\u0131r\u0131lganl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6nlemek amac\u0131yla, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck karbonlu enerji d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcne duydu\u011fu ihtiya\u00e7 kritik bir \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>D\u00fc\u015f\u00fck Karbonlu Enerji D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcnde Elektrik Depolama Sistemlerinin Rol\u00fc<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin yenilenebilir enerji potansiyeli, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck karbonlu enerji d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcnde bir kald\u0131ra\u00e7 olma \u00f6zelli\u011fine sahip. Yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n elektrik sistemine entegrasyonu konusunda, son iki y\u0131lda elektrik depolama oda\u011f\u0131yla yap\u0131lan mevzuat d\u00fczenlemelerinin T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck karbonlu enerji d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcne h\u0131z kazand\u0131rmas\u0131 bekleniyor. Elektrik depolama sistemleri, sistemin esnekli\u011finin ve \u015febeke performans\u0131n\u0131n bir \u00fcst noktaya ta\u015f\u0131nmas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan da \u00f6nemli bir fakt\u00f6r. T\u00fcrkiye Ulusal Enerji Plan\u0131\u2019nda, sistemdeki batarya depolamas\u0131 kapasitesine dair de hedef belirlendi. Bu do\u011frultuda, sistemdeki batarya depolama kapasitesinin 2035 y\u0131l\u0131nda 7,5 GW\u2019a ula\u015faca\u011f\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Elektrik Fiyat Geli\u015fimi<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de elektrik piyasas\u0131nda maliyet olu\u015fumu, do\u011fal gaz ve ithal k\u00f6m\u00fcr santrallerinin elektrik fiyat\u0131 \u00fczerindeki belirleyici etkisi nedeniyle do\u011fal gaz ve ithal k\u00f6m\u00fcr fiyatlar\u0131ndaki de\u011fi\u015fikliklerle yak\u0131n ili\u015fki g\u00f6steriyor. Enerji Piyasalar\u0131 \u0130\u015fletim A.\u015e. (EP\u0130A\u015e) verilerine g\u00f6re, 2021\u2019in Aral\u0131k ay\u0131nda ayl\u0131k ortalamada 1.008,6 TL\/MWh kaydedilen PTF, 2022 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131 3.724,4 TL\/MWh ile kapatt\u0131. \u00a02023 y\u0131l\u0131na 3.400 TL\/MWh seviyelerinde ba\u015flayan ayl\u0131k ortalama PTF, iklim \u015fartlar\u0131n\u0131n da elveri\u015fli gitmesiyle kademeli olarak azald\u0131 ve haziran ay\u0131nda 1.623,9 TL\/MWh olarak kaydedildi. Hazirandan sonra art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fclse de ekim ortalamas\u0131 2.250,0 TL\/MWh seviyesinin alt\u0131nda kald\u0131.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Do\u011fal Gaz T\u00fcketiminde Kademeli Azalma Beklentisi<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>K\u0131sa ve orta vadede do\u011fal gaz t\u00fcketim miktar\u0131nda art\u0131\u015f beklenmesine ra\u011fmen, T\u00fcrkiye Ulusal Enerji Plan\u0131\u2019na g\u00f6re, 2020 y\u0131l\u0131nda birincil enerji t\u00fcketiminde y\u00fczde 27 olan do\u011fal gaz pay\u0131n\u0131n 2025 y\u0131l\u0131nda y\u00fczde 24,2\u2019ye, 2030 y\u0131l\u0131nda y\u00fczde 23,9\u2019a ve 2035 y\u0131l\u0131nda y\u00fczde 22,5\u2019e gerilemesi bekleniyor.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Enerji T\u00fcketiminde Petrol\u00fcn Rol\u00fc<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Petrol ve petrol \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinin T\u00fcrkiye birincil enerji t\u00fcketimindeki pay\u0131n\u0131n y\u0131llar ge\u00e7tik\u00e7e kademeli olarak azalmas\u0131 bekleniyor. T\u00fcrkiye Ulusal Enerji Plan\u0131\u2019na g\u00f6re, 2020 y\u0131l\u0131nda birincil enerji t\u00fcketimindeki pay\u0131 y\u00fczde 28,7 olan petrol\u00fcn pay\u0131n\u0131n 2025 y\u0131l\u0131nda y\u00fczde 28,5\u2019e, 2030 y\u0131l\u0131nda y\u00fczde 27,5\u2019e ve 2035 y\u0131l\u0131nda y\u00fczde 26,5\u2019e gerilemesi ama\u00e7lan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Yenilenebilir Enerji Kaynaklar\u0131 Destekleme Mekanizmas\u0131 (YEKDEM)<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>2023 May\u0131s\u2019\u0131nda yenilenebilir enerji santralleri i\u00e7in TL bazl\u0131 fiyatlar\u0131n eskalasyon modeli yabanc\u0131 para lehine g\u00fcncellenerek, dolar baz\u0131nda tavan ve taban fiyat getirildi. Santrallerin bu fiyatlardan yararlanma s\u00fcrelerinde ise de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fe gidildi. YEKDEM-3 diye adland\u0131r\u0131labilecek bu yeni YEKDEM\u2019de, 01.07.2021\u2019den 31.12.2025\u2019e kadar i\u015fletmeye girecek Yenilenebilir Enerji Kayna\u011f\u0131 (YEK) belgeli \u00fcretim tesisleri i\u00e7in belirlenen fiyatlar, kaynak baz\u0131nda olmak \u00fczere ayl\u0131k d\u00f6nemler halinde y\u00fczde 60 yabanc\u0131 paraya (euro ve dolar), y\u00fczde 40 fiyat geli\u015fmelerine (\u00fcretici fiyat endeksi ve t\u00fcketici fiyat endeksi) endeksli olarak g\u00fcncellendi.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Enerji Verimlili\u011fi<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>01 Kas\u0131m 2023 tarih ve 32356 (m\u00fckerrer) say\u0131l\u0131 Resm\u00ee Gazete\u2019de yay\u0131mlanan ve 2024-2028 d\u00f6nemini kapsayan 12. Kalk\u0131nma Plan\u0131\u2019nda, ye\u015fil d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm, enerji arz g\u00fcvenli\u011finin sa\u011flanmas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar, k\u00fcresel geli\u015fmelerin T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye yans\u0131mas\u0131 gibi ba\u015fl\u0131klar alt\u0131nda enerji verimlili\u011fi vurgusu yap\u0131l\u0131yor. Enerji verimlili\u011finin, etkin maliyet y\u00f6netimiyle enerji talebinin azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 ve arz g\u00fcvenli\u011finin sa\u011flanmas\u0131 gibi katk\u0131lar sunarak 2053 Net S\u0131f\u0131r Emisyon Hedefi\u2019ne ula\u015fmada b\u00fcy\u00fck bir rol oynayaca\u011f\u0131 ifade ediliyor.
