T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin d\u00fcnyaca \u00fcnl\u00fc yal\u0131t\u0131m markas\u0131 <strong>\u0130zocam<\/strong> da kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131 olarak yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 kongrede <strong>iklim kriziyle m\u00fccadele i\u00e7in yal\u0131t\u0131m \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131n\u0131<\/strong> yineledi.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Bina yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131, enerji verimlili\u011fi i\u00e7in kritik \u00f6neme sahip<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>D\u00fcnyadaki enerji kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n giderek t\u00fckendi\u011fini hat\u0131rlatan \u0130zocam Genel Direkt\u00f6r\u00fc Murat Savc\u0131, <em>\u201cG\u00fcn ge\u00e7tik\u00e7e art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6steren sera gaz\u0131 sal\u0131m\u0131, k\u00fcresel \u0131s\u0131nmay\u0131 tetikleyerek iklim krizine zemin haz\u0131rlamaktad\u0131r. Gelecekte daha ya\u015fanabilir bir d\u00fcnya i\u00e7in enerji kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 azaltmam\u0131z ve var olan kaynaklar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 \u00e7ok daha verimli bir \u015fekilde kullanmaya ba\u015flamam\u0131z gerekmektedir. Avrupa Birli\u011fi (AB) de d\u00fcnyam\u0131z\u0131 tehdit eden bu iklim krizi ile daha ge\u00e7 olmadan m\u00fccadele etmek i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli stratejiler belirledi. \u0130klim krizi ile m\u00fccadele noktas\u0131ndaki hedeflerini daha \u00f6nce a\u00e7\u0131klayan AB, 2030 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar karbon emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131n 1990 y\u0131l\u0131 seviyelerine g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 55 oran\u0131nda azalt\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 ve 2050 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar Avrupa k\u0131tas\u0131n\u0131n ilk karbon-n\u00f6tr k\u0131ta olmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc. Emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 55 oran\u0131nda azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla bir nevi aksiyon ve yol haritas\u0131 niteli\u011finde olan \u2018Fit For 55 Package\u2019 ise 14 Temmuz 2021\u2019de yay\u0131nlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Bu paket, AB Emisyon Ticareti Sistemi\u2019nde (ETS) ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesi beklenen reformlar\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra ETS d\u0131\u015f\u0131 sekt\u00f6rleri, enerji verimlili\u011fini, yenilenebilir enerjiyi, arazi kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131, emisyon standartlar\u0131n\u0131 ve enerjinin vergilendirilmesini d\u00fczenleyen 11 karar ve y\u00f6nergeyi i\u00e7ermesi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan olduk\u00e7a \u00f6nemli. 2030 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar sera gaz\u0131 emisyonunu y\u00fczde 55 oran\u0131nda azaltma hedefine ula\u015fmak i\u00e7in ise bina sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde emisyonlar\u0131n y\u00fczde 60 oran\u0131nda azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekmektedir. Binalardan ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan emisyonlar\u0131n \u00e7o\u011fu; <strong>genel alan \u0131s\u0131tma ve so\u011futmas\u0131ndan<\/strong> kaynaklanmaktad\u0131r. Bu Avrupa&#8217;daki toplam nihai enerji t\u00fcketiminin kabaca yar\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 temsil etmektedir. Bu noktada binalarda yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131n kritik bir \u00f6neme sahip oldu\u011fu anla\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Do\u011fru uygulamalarla yap\u0131lan yal\u0131t\u0131m sayesinde, enerji giderlerini, karbon sal\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde azaltarak hem enerji giderlerini azaltmak hem de do\u011fay\u0131 korumak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn&#8230; Biz de \u0130zocam olarak y\u0131llard\u0131r yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131n s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirli\u011fe katk\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 kamuoyuna anlatmak ve toplumu bilin\u00e7lendirmek amac\u0131yla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 aral\u0131ks\u0131z s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmekteyiz\u201d<\/em> diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Yal\u0131t\u0131mla binalarda %60\u2019\u0131n \u00fczerinde enerji tasarrufu sa\u011flamak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Binalarda t\u00fcketilen enerjinin y\u00fczde 80\u2019inin \u0131s\u0131tma ve so\u011futma ama\u00e7l\u0131 t\u00fcketildi\u011fini s\u00f6yleyen Murat Savc\u0131, konutlarda en s\u0131k kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131lan problemin ise <strong>\u2018yal\u0131t\u0131m eksikli\u011finden dolay\u0131 \u0131s\u0131namama\u2019<\/strong> sorunu oldu\u011fu aktard\u0131. T\u00fcrkiye \u0130statistik Kurumu (T\u00dc\u0130K) taraf\u0131ndan a\u00e7\u0131klanan Gelir ve Ya\u015fam Ko\u015fullar\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131na g\u00f6re <strong>n\u00fcfusun y\u00fczde 39,3\u2019\u00fcn\u00fcn<\/strong> konutunda <strong>yal\u0131t\u0131m eksikli\u011finden<\/strong> dolay\u0131 \u0131s\u0131nma sorunu ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, n\u00fcfusun<strong> y\u00fczde 36,9<\/strong>\u2019unun ise<strong> s\u0131zd\u0131ran \u00e7at\u0131, nemli duvarlar, \u00e7\u00fcr\u00fcm\u00fc\u015f pencere \u00e7er\u00e7eveleri vb.<\/strong> problemlerle kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kaydeden Savc\u0131, <em>\u201cOysa \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 uygulamalar\u0131, kendini k\u0131sa zaman i\u00e7erisinde amorti ederek hem daha iyi \u0131s\u0131nmay\u0131 hem de enerji faturalar\u0131nda tasarruf sa\u011flar. Yal\u0131t\u0131m, tasarruf ve konforun yakalanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken ciddi bir yat\u0131r\u0131md\u0131r. Do\u011fru yal\u0131t\u0131m malzemesi, do\u011fru kal\u0131nl\u0131k ve do\u011fru uygulama ile yal\u0131t\u0131m yapmak bina \u00f6mr\u00fc boyunca en iyi getiriyi ve en y\u00fcksek konforu sa\u011flayacakt\u0131r. Sadece y\u00f6netmeliklere uygun yap\u0131lan yal\u0131t\u0131m ile bir bina, yal\u0131t\u0131ms\u0131z bir binaya oranla <strong>%60<\/strong>\u2019\u0131n \u00fczerinde <strong>enerji tasarrufu<\/strong> sa\u011flayacakt\u0131r. <strong>Is\u0131tma, so\u011futma, ayd\u0131nlatma<\/strong> ve di\u011fer t\u00fcketimleri i\u00e7in \u00e7ok d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck miktarda enerjiye ihtiya\u00e7 duyan <strong>Neredeyse S\u0131f\u0131r Enerjili Bina (NSEB) konsepti<\/strong> ile ise \u00e7ok y\u00fcksek enerji verimlili\u011fi elde edilebilirken, yal\u0131t\u0131ms\u0131z bir binaya g\u00f6re ortalama<strong> y\u00fczde 90<\/strong> daha az enerji t\u00fcketimi m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmaktad\u0131r\u201d<\/em> dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Ayn\u0131 zamanda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin cari a\u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n en \u00f6nemli nedeninin de t\u00fcm ithalat i\u00e7indeki <strong>y\u00fczde 20-25<\/strong> gibi ciddi bir paya sahip olan <strong>enerji ithalat\u0131<\/strong> oldu\u011funu aktaran \u0130zocam Genel Direkt\u00f6r\u00fc Murat savc\u0131, <em>\u201cT\u00fcrkiye olarak milyarlarca dolar \u00f6deyerek kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z enerjiyi yurtd\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan sat\u0131n almaktay\u0131z. T\u00fcketti\u011fimiz enerjinin<strong> y\u00fczde 40\u2019<\/strong>\u0131 binalarda, yakla\u015f\u0131k<strong> y\u00fczde 30\u2019u<\/strong> sanayide, geri kalan\u0131 da <strong>ula\u015f\u0131m ve tar\u0131m<\/strong> gibi alanlarda kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Bu denli d\u0131\u015fa ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131 oldu\u011fumuz enerji t\u00fcketiminde tasarruf konusunda almam\u0131z gereken \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir yol bulunmaktad\u0131r. T\u00fcm bu verilere ra\u011fmen T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki bina stokunun iyimser bir tahminle sadece y\u00fczde <strong>%20<\/strong>&#8216;sinin <strong>TS 825 Binalarda Is\u0131 Yal\u0131t\u0131m Kurallar\u0131na uygun<\/strong> yal\u0131t\u0131lm\u0131\u015f durumda oldu\u011funu biliyoruz. Unutmamak gerekir ki yal\u0131t\u0131m kendini geri \u00f6deyen bir sistemdir. \u00dclke ve hane ekonomisine katk\u0131 sa\u011flamas\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra zararl\u0131 gaz sal\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 ve \u00e7evreye katk\u0131s\u0131 da g\u00f6z ard\u0131 edilemez boyuttad\u0131r.
