OPET&#8217;in bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te elde edece\u011fi i\u00e7 g\u00f6r\u00fclerin yaln\u0131zca OPET&#8217;e yard\u0131mc\u0131 olmakla kalmay\u0131p, ayn\u0131 zamanda toplumsal cinsiyet e\u015fitli\u011fi konusunda fark yaratmak isteyen ancak nereden ba\u015flayacaklar\u0131ndan emin olmayan di\u011fer \u015firketlere de yol g\u00f6sterici olmas\u0131n\u0131 diliyorum. BM Kad\u0131n Birimi olarak, \u015firketlerin WEPs \u00e7er\u00e7evesini takip ederek kurumsal yap\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrebileceklerine ve S\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir Kalk\u0131nma Hedefleri&#8217;nin toplumsal cinsiyet e\u015fitli\u011fi boyutlar\u0131n\u0131 kurumsal olarak hayata ge\u00e7irebileceklerine inan\u0131yoruz. \u201cE\u015fitsek Fark Eder\u201din bu ifadenin bir kan\u0131t\u0131 olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 umuyoruz\u201d<\/em> de\u011ferlendirmesinde bulundu.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u201c24 AY SONRA HEDEF VE \u00c7IKTILAR ULUSAL VE ULUSLARARASI KAMUOYU \u0130LE PAYLA\u015eILACAK\u201d<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>OPET\u2019in s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 ile ele ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 t\u00fcm toplumsal projelerde uzun soluklu ve sorunun \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcne y\u00f6nelik eylem planlar\u0131 ile hareket etti\u011fini belirten <em><strong>OPET Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc \u00d6zg\u00fcr Kahramanzade\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>de<em><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>UN Women T\u00fcrkiye ile birlikte ger\u00e7ekle\u015fecek \u201c<strong>E\u015fitsek Fark Eder<\/strong>\u201d projesinden duydu\u011fu heyecan\u0131 payla\u015ft\u0131 ve \u015f\u00f6yle konu\u015ftu:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cOPET, akaryak\u0131t da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde gen\u00e7 ya\u015f\u0131na bir\u00e7ok ba\u015far\u0131 s\u0131\u011fd\u0131rm\u0131\u015f, s\u0131ra d\u0131\u015f\u0131 bir marka\u2026 M\u00fc\u015fteri memnuniyeti ve kalite odakl\u0131 i\u015f stratejisiyle sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde fark yarat\u0131rken, ayn\u0131 zamanda geli\u015ftirdi\u011fi sosyal sorumluluk projeleri ve g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc vizyonuyla y\u0131llard\u0131r t\u00fcketicinin \u201clovemark\u201d\u0131&#8230; \u00a0Sosyal sorumluluk projelerimizin her biri toplum taraf\u0131ndan kabul g\u00f6rerek, \u00f6rnek g\u00f6sterilen uygulamalar haline geldi. Sa\u011fl\u0131k ve hijyen konusunda \u00fclkemizde \u00f6nemli bir de\u011fi\u015fim sa\u011flayan Temiz Tuvalet kampanyam\u0131z, sosyal etkisi en y\u00fcksek projelerimizin ba\u015f\u0131nda geliyor. Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Kurucu \u00dcyemiz Nurten \u00d6zt\u00fcrk liderli\u011finde 23 y\u0131l \u00f6nce istasyonlar\u0131m\u0131zda ba\u015flayan ve t\u00fcm T\u00fcrkiye\u2019yi kapsayan hatta s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 a\u015farak \u00fclkemizin \u2018medeniyet\u2019 projesi haline gelen Temiz Tuvalet Kampanyas\u0131 ile benzer bir ba\u015far\u0131 ivmesi yakalayan bir di\u011fer projemiz de \u201cKad\u0131n G\u00fcc\u00fc\u201d oldu. OPET olarak Birle\u015fmi\u015f Milletler Kad\u0131n Birimi (UN Women) ve Birle\u015fmi\u015f Milletler K\u00fcresel \u0130lkeler S\u00f6zle\u015fmesi (UN Global Compact) ortak giri\u015fimi olan Kad\u0131n\u0131n G\u00fc\u00e7lenmesi Prensipleri\u2019ne (WEPs) \u00a02017 y\u0131l\u0131nda imza atm\u0131\u015ft\u0131k. Bu imza sonras\u0131nda yo\u011fun bir emek ile ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z Kad\u0131n G\u00fcc\u00fc Projesi, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de kad\u0131n istihdam\u0131n\u0131n art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na katk\u0131da bulunma hedefiyle \u201cerkek i\u015fi\u201d olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclen akaryak\u0131t sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde kad\u0131nlara daha fazla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma alan\u0131 yaratt\u0131. Toplumsal \u00f6n yarg\u0131lar\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftirmek ve kad\u0131nlara \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma hayat\u0131nda f\u0131rsat e\u015fitli\u011fi sunmak amac\u0131yla ba\u015flatt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z Kad\u0131n G\u00fcc\u00fc, \u015firketimizde projeyi yak\u0131ndan takip eden proje ekibimizin, bayilerimizin ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n yo\u011fun emekleriyle g\u00fc\u00e7lenerek k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede b\u00fcy\u00fcd\u00fc ve b\u00fcy\u00fcmeye devam ediyor. \u00a0Bug\u00fcn 81 ilimizdeki OPET istasyonlar\u0131ndaki kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan say\u0131s\u0131 3 bini a\u015ft\u0131. UN Women ile bug\u00fcn ilk ad\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 att\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z i\u015f birli\u011fimizin de sekt\u00f6r\u00fcm\u00fcz ve toplumumuz i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli bir de\u011fi\u015fim hamlesi olaca\u011f\u0131na inan\u0131yoruz. OPET yine \u00f6nce kendinden ba\u015flayarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 ve bayi personeli ile uzun d\u00f6nemde sekt\u00f6re ve topluma fayda sa\u011flayacak \u00f6nemli bir konuyu sahipleniyor.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Projenin 24 ay boyunca devam edece\u011fini ifade eden Kahramanzade,\u00a0bu s\u00fcrenin sonunda hedef ve \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131lar\u0131 UN Women\u2019\u0131n ulusal ve uluslararas\u0131 ortaklar\u0131yla ve kamuoyu ile payla\u015facaklar\u0131n\u0131 kaydetti. Kahramanzade, s\u00f6zlerini \u015f\u00f6yle s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cProjedeki ana hedefimizi; Kad\u0131n\u0131n G\u00fc\u00e7lenmesi Prensipleri\u2019ni (WEPs) etkin bir \u015fekilde uygulayarak sekt\u00f6r ve toplumda toplumsal cinsiyete duyarl\u0131 kurum politikalar\u0131 ve uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131 geli\u015ftirmek olarak \u00f6zetleyebilirim. Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n g\u00fc\u00e7lenmesi \u00e7at\u0131s\u0131 alt\u0131nda ileti\u015fim kampanyalar\u0131 ile toplumsal cinsiyet e\u015fitli\u011fine ili\u015fkin savunuculuk yaparken, UN Women\u2019\u0131n Unstereotype Alliance (UA) \u00fcyeli\u011fi yoluyla kapsay\u0131c\u0131 ve toplumsal cinsiyete duyarl\u0131 ileti\u015fim ara\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 da uygulayaca\u011f\u0131z. T\u00fcm bunlar\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmek i\u00e7in ilk ad\u0131m\u0131m\u0131z \u201ce\u011fitim\u201d olacak. Yakla\u015f\u0131k 16 bin ki\u015fiyi bulan akaryak\u0131t istasyonlar\u0131m\u0131zdaki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131za, \u201ctemel toplumsal cinsiyet e\u011fitimi\u201dnin verilmesini hedefliyoruz. Bu e\u011fitimlerin bayilerimizin dijital e\u011fitim platformlar\u0131nda\u00a0yer almas\u0131n\u0131 ve \u00f6d\u00fcllendirme program\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n kriterlerine eklenmesini sa\u011flayaca\u011f\u0131z. Ayr\u0131ca, OPET i\u00e7erisinde de 30 ki\u015filik bir g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fc e\u011fitici grup olu\u015fturaca\u011f\u0131z. Bu grup ayn\u0131 zamanda \u015firket i\u00e7erisindeki\u00a0\u201cde\u011fi\u015fim liderleri\u201d olma g\u00f6revini de \u00fcstlenecek. Bu ad\u0131mlar\u0131 hep Kad\u0131n\u0131n G\u00fc\u00e7lenmesi Prensipleri (WEPs) \u00e7er\u00e7evesi alt\u0131nda y\u00fcr\u00fctece\u011fiz. \u00a0UN Women gibi bu alandaki en derinlikli ve \u00f6nemli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fcten kurum ile birlikte akaryak\u0131t da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde bir de\u011fi\u015fim yaratmak ve t\u00fcm i\u015f d\u00fcnyas\u0131na da \u00f6rnek olmak, ilham vermek amac\u0131nday\u0131z. WEPs imzac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zdan gelen taahh\u00fctleri \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmlenebilir \u015fekilde yerine getirerek, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n \u00f6zellikle i\u015f ya\u015fam\u0131ndaki g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcrl\u00fcklerini ve kat\u0131l\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rmak, toplumda var olan \u201cmeslek cinsiyeti\u201d gibi kal\u0131p yarg\u0131lar\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftirerek \u201cOPET\u2019se Fark Eder\u201d mottomuzdan hareketle \u201cE\u015fitsek Fark Eder\u201d diyoruz.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u201cOPET TOPLUMSAL C\u0130NS\u0130YET E\u015e\u0130TL\u0130\u011e\u0130 EYLEM PLANI\u2019NI OLU\u015eTURACAK\u201d<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Toplant\u0131da projenin detaylar\u0131 hakk\u0131nda bilgi veren ve Kad\u0131n G\u00fcc\u00fc Proje Lideri, <em><strong>OPET Y\u00f6netim Kurulu \u00dcyesi Filiz \u00d6zt\u00fcrk\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>ise, <em>\u201cBug\u00fcn burada her kad\u0131n ve k\u0131z \u00e7ocu\u011funun potansiyelinin ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayan programlar ve politikalar sunan UN Women ile \u201c<strong>E\u015fitsek Fark Eder<\/strong>\u201d<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Projemizi ba\u015flatmaktan b\u00fcy\u00fck bir mutluluk duyuyorum. B\u00f6yle bir projenin duyurusunu Cumhuriyetimizin 100. y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131 kutlad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z g\u00fcnlerde yapmak da bizim i\u00e7in ayr\u0131 bir de\u011fer ta\u015f\u0131yor\u201d<\/em> diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00dc\u0130K\u2019in son a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131\u011f\u0131 rakamlara g\u00f6re T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de kad\u0131nlar\u0131n i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fcne kat\u0131l\u0131m oran\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 36\u2019larda oldu\u011funa dikkat \u00e7eken \u00d6zt\u00fcrk, <em>\u201cNe yaz\u0131k ki, enerji sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde bu rakamlar \u00e7ok daha geriden geliyor. \u00a0Akaryak\u0131t da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m sekt\u00f6r\u00fcne bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda ise kad\u0131n istihdam oran\u0131n\u0131n <strong>y\u00fczde 10\u2019un alt\u0131nda<\/strong> oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyebilirim. Biz OPET olarak 2018 y\u0131l\u0131nda bu konuda \u00f6nemli bir ad\u0131m att\u0131k ve <strong>\u201cmesle\u011fin cinsiyeti olmaz\u201d<\/strong> alg\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n toplumda yerle\u015fmesine destek olmak \u00fczere <strong>\u201cKad\u0131n G\u00fcc\u00fc\u201d Projemizi<\/strong> ba\u015flatt\u0131k. Bug\u00fcn geldi\u011fimiz noktada sadece OPET bayilerimizde de\u011fil, akaryak\u0131t da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn genelinde mesle\u011fin cinsiyeti olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 alg\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n yerle\u015fmeye ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve istihdam oran\u0131n artt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz\u201d<\/em> dedi.<\/p>\n<p>UN Women ile birlikte hayata ge\u00e7irdikleri \u201cE\u015fitsek Fark Eder\u201d<em><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>Projesi ile birlikte projeyi \u00e7ok daha ileriye ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 belirten Filiz \u00d6zt\u00fcrk s\u00f6zlerine \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201c\u00d6ncelikle, OPET\u2019in tamam\u0131nda, sekt\u00f6r\u00fcm\u00fczde ve toplumda, toplumsal cinsiyet e\u015fitli\u011fini ve kad\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fc\u00e7lenmesinin ilerlemesine olanak sa\u011flayan bir ortam\u0131n olu\u015fmas\u0131na, WEPs ilkelerinin etkin bir \u015fekilde uygulanmas\u0131n\u0131n h\u0131zland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na destek verece\u011fiz. Bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede ilk olarak markam\u0131z \u00f6zelinde mevcut toplumsal cinsiyet e\u015fitli\u011fi programlar\u0131n\u0131n ve giri\u015fimlerinin g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc yanlar\u0131n\u0131, f\u0131rsatlar\u0131 ve geli\u015fim alanlar\u0131n\u0131 tespit etmek amac\u0131yla kullan\u0131lan, i\u015fletmelere y\u00f6nelik bir \u00f6z de\u011ferlendirme arac\u0131 olan <strong>\u201cWEPs Toplumsal Cinsiyet U\u00e7urumu Analizi\u201d<\/strong>ni ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirece\u011fiz.
