Bir\u00e7ok geli\u015fmi\u015f \u00fclkede binalar, \u0131s\u0131tma ve so\u011futmaya y\u00f6nelik birim metrekaredeki y\u0131ll\u0131k enerji t\u00fcketimi; <strong>30-50 kW<\/strong> olacak \u015fekilde yal\u0131t\u0131ml\u0131 olarak tasarlan\u0131yor ve in\u015fa ediliyor. <strong>\u00dclkemizde<\/strong> ise <strong>halen bina enerji t\u00fcketimi<\/strong> <strong>120-150 kW (birim metrekare\/y\u0131l)<\/strong> seviyesinde. \u00d6zetle halen enerji israf\u0131m\u0131z geli\u015fmi\u015f \u00fclkeler ile mukayese edildi\u011finde <strong>3 ila 5 kat<\/strong> daha fazla. Daha fazla paray\u0131 havaya savurmamak i\u00e7in k\u0131sa vadeli bir planlamayla ba\u015fta kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm olmak \u00fczere t\u00fcm yeni yap\u0131lacak binalarda <strong>Neredeyse S\u0131f\u0131r Enerji Bina (nSEB)<\/strong> konseptini benimsemek b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yor. Asgari enerji performans\u0131 <strong>\u2018B\u2019<\/strong> olan <strong>NSEB binalar<\/strong>, di\u011fer binalara g\u00f6re cephelerde <strong>en az 2-3 cm<\/strong>, \u00e7at\u0131larda <strong>en az 4-6 cm<\/strong>, d\u00f6\u015femelerde <strong>en az 2 cm<\/strong> daha<strong> kal\u0131n yal\u0131t\u0131ma<\/strong> ve <strong>kaplamal\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m cam\u0131 \u00fcniteleri<\/strong> ile<strong> \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m de\u011ferleri<\/strong> iyile\u015ftirilmi\u015f pencerelere sahip olduklar\u0131ndan yak\u0131t faturalar\u0131nda kullan\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131na y\u00fcksek oranda tasarruf sa\u011fl\u0131yor\u201d<\/em> dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Her b\u00f6lgenin kendi co\u011frafi ve iklimsel \u015fartlar\u0131na uygun yal\u0131t\u0131ma ihtiyac\u0131 oldu\u011funu dile getiren<strong> Emrullah Eruslu, <\/strong>a\u00e7\u0131klamalar\u0131na \u015fu s\u00f6zlerle devam etti; <em>\u201cArt\u0131k bizim de Antalya ve \u0130zmir gibi s\u0131cak iklim b\u00f6lgelerinde <strong>6-8 cm<\/strong>,<strong> \u0130stanbul<\/strong> gibi \u0131l\u0131man iklime sahip b\u00f6lgelerde<strong> 9-10 cm<\/strong>, <strong>Ankara<\/strong> gibi so\u011fuk olan yerlerde <strong>10-12 cm<\/strong> ve <strong>Erzurum<\/strong> gibi \u00e7ok so\u011fuk olan yerlerde<strong> 14-15 cm kal\u0131nl\u0131klarda yal\u0131t\u0131m yapmam\u0131z<\/strong> gerekiyor. Bu noktada t\u00fcm vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131za mevzuat limitlerinin \u00f6tesine ge\u00e7melerini ve daha kal\u0131n yal\u0131t\u0131m yapmalar\u0131n\u0131 tavsiye ediyoruz. Benzer durum pencereler i\u00e7in de ge\u00e7erli.
