T\u00fcrkiye, enerjisinin <strong>y\u00fczde 71<\/strong>\u2019ini, do\u011falgaz\u0131n\u0131n ise<strong> y\u00fczde 99<\/strong>\u2019unu ithal ediyor. Ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz y\u0131l enerji ithalat\u0131 i\u00e7in yakla\u015f\u0131k 100 milyar dolar harcand\u0131. Bu enerjinin <strong>y\u00fczde 31<\/strong> gibi \u00f6nemli bir k\u0131sm\u0131 binalarda t\u00fcketiliyor. Oysa \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131ml\u0131 binalar enerji giderlerini <strong>y\u00fczde 50<\/strong> d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrerek b\u00fct\u00e7eye ve \u00e7evrenin korunmas\u0131na \u00f6nemli bir katk\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131yor. S\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir bir yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 benimseyerek havaya savrulan enerjimizi gelece\u011fimiz i\u00e7in yat\u0131r\u0131ma d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrebiliriz. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de enerji verimlili\u011fi ile ilgili olarak mevcut bina stokunun iyile\u015ftirilmesi kritik \u00f6neme sahip\u2026 Bu noktada Kamunun \u00f6nc\u00fc olmas\u0131 ve mevcutta kullan\u0131lan <strong>verimsiz binalar\u0131n\u0131 enerji verimli hale getirmesini<\/strong> \u00e7ok k\u0131ymetli buluyoruz. T\u00fcm binalar\u0131n <strong>\u00e7at\u0131, duvar, d\u00f6\u015femelerinde yap\u0131lacak \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131<\/strong> ve <strong>pencerelerde kaplamal\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m cam\u0131 \u00fcniteleri<\/strong> kullanarak \u00fclkemizin toplam enerji faturas\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 15 azalt\u0131labilir. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de t\u00fcm binalar\u0131n enerji verimli hale getirilmesiyle (En az C s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 binalar) enerji fiyatlar\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak her y\u0131l <strong>12-15 milyar dolar<\/strong> tasarruf elde edilebilir.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Binalarda enerji verimlili\u011fi i\u00e7in Is\u0131 Yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 Kurallar\u0131 Standard\u0131 TS 825 revizyonu acil bir ihtiya\u00e7\u2026<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Sadece kamu binalar\u0131 i\u00e7in de\u011fil t\u00fcm binalar\u0131 kapsayacak \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlere ihtiya\u00e7 oldu\u011funu ifade eden <strong>\u0130ZODER Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Emrullah Eruslu<\/strong>; <em>\u201cGeli\u015fmi\u015f \u00fclkelerde binalarda enerji verimlili\u011fine y\u00f6nelik bir\u00e7ok ad\u0131m at\u0131larak enerji limitleri d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcrken, \u00fclkemizde 2008 y\u0131l\u0131nda tan\u0131mlanm\u0131\u015f enerji limitleri kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. AB\u2019de 2019 y\u0131l\u0131ndan bu yana yeni kamu binalar\u0131n\u0131n t\u00fcm\u00fc neredeyse s\u0131f\u0131r enerjili olarak \u00fcretiliyor. 2020 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131ndan itibaren ise t\u00fcm yeni binalar neredeyse s\u0131f\u0131r enerjili olarak yap\u0131l\u0131yor. Bir\u00e7ok geli\u015fmi\u015f \u00fclkede binalar \u0131s\u0131tma ve so\u011futmaya y\u00f6nelik birim metrekaredeki y\u0131ll\u0131k enerji t\u00fcketimi 30-50 kW olacak \u015fekilde yal\u0131t\u0131ml\u0131 olarak tasarlan\u0131yor ve in\u015fa ediliyor. \u00dclkemizde ise halen bina enerji t\u00fcketimi<strong> 100-120 kW\/m2y\u0131l (birim metrekare\/y\u0131l)<\/strong> seviyesinde. Enerji israf\u0131m\u0131z geli\u015fmi\u015f \u00fclkeler ile mukayese edildi\u011finde <strong>3 ila 5 kat<\/strong> daha fazla. Bir an \u00f6nce <strong>Enerji Verimlili\u011fi Strateji Belgesi\u2019nde<\/strong> de tan\u0131mland\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fczere <strong>enerji limitlerimizi<\/strong> ve <strong>U de\u011ferlerimizi<\/strong> geli\u015fmi\u015f \u00fclkeler seviyesine getirilmeliyiz. Binalarda Is\u0131 Yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 Kurallar\u0131 Standard\u0131 <strong>TS 825<\/strong> revizyonu bu noktada b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yor. Yak\u0131nda revize standart ile ilgili de g\u00fczel haberler almay\u0131 bekliyoruz\u201d<\/em> diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Daha Kal\u0131n Yal\u0131t\u0131mla Daha \u00c7ok Enerji Tasarrufu <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Daha kal\u0131n yal\u0131t\u0131mla<\/strong> <strong>daha \u00e7ok enerji tasarrufu<\/strong> elde edildi\u011fini vurgulayan <strong>Emrullah Eruslu<\/strong>, a\u00e7\u0131klamalar\u0131n\u0131 \u015fu s\u00f6zlerle bitirdi; <em>\u201cYal\u0131t\u0131m kal\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131 artt\u0131k\u00e7a sa\u011flanacak enerji verimlili\u011fi ayn\u0131 oranda artar. Buna kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k kal\u0131nl\u0131k art\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n in\u015faat maliyetine etkisi olduk\u00e7a azd\u0131r. Yal\u0131t\u0131m kal\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 iki kat\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda toplam maliyet ikiye katlanmaz ama bu sayede<strong> \u0131s\u0131tma ve so\u011futmada tasarruf<\/strong> potansiyeli <strong>iki kat<\/strong> olur. <strong>Is\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 uygulamalar\u0131<\/strong> hem ilk yat\u0131r\u0131m hem i\u015fletme maliyetlerini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrerek kendini k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede geri \u00f6der; bina \u00f6mr\u00fc boyunca tasarruf sa\u011flamaya devam eder. Genel olarak uygulamalarda yal\u0131t\u0131m malzemesinin maliyetinin d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda, yal\u0131t\u0131m kal\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z olarak; iskele kurulumu, elektrik, su gibi alt yap\u0131 maliyetleri, yap\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131, s\u0131va, d\u00fcbel, file vb. yard\u0131mc\u0131 malzeme maliyetleri, boya, d\u0131\u015f cephe kaplamas\u0131 gibi tamamlay\u0131c\u0131 malzeme maliyetleri ve i\u015f\u00e7ilik maliyetleri olu\u015fur. T\u00fcm bu maliyetlerin i\u00e7erisinde yal\u0131t\u0131m malzemesinin kal\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n artt\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131ndan olu\u015facak ilave maliyeti, uygulamadan uygulamaya de\u011fi\u015fmekle birlikte olduk\u00e7a d\u00fc\u015f\u00fckt\u00fcr. Yani iskeleyi kurdurmu\u015f, i\u015f\u00e7iyi iskeleye \u00e7\u0131karm\u0131\u015f, yap\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131, s\u0131va, boya gibi malzemeleri alm\u0131\u015fken enerji verimlili\u011fini sa\u011flayacak <strong>yal\u0131t\u0131m levhas\u0131n\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011funca kal\u0131n kullanmal\u0131y\u0131z.<\/strong> Art\u0131k bizim de Antalya ve \u0130zmir gibi s\u0131cak iklim b\u00f6lgelerinde <strong>6-8 cm<\/strong>, \u0130stanbul gibi \u0131l\u0131man iklime sahip b\u00f6lgelerde <strong>9-10 cm<\/strong>, Ankara gibi so\u011fuk olan yerlerde <strong>10-12 cm<\/strong> ve Erzurum gibi \u00e7ok so\u011fuk olan yerlerde <strong>14-15 cm<\/strong> kal\u0131nl\u0131klarda yal\u0131t\u0131m yapmam\u0131z gerekiyor. Yak\u0131n gelecekte bu konuda da mevzuatta iyile\u015ftirme olaca\u011f\u0131na inan\u0131yoruz ama o zamana kadar yal\u0131t\u0131m yapt\u0131racak herkese mevzuat limitlerinin \u00f6tesine ge\u00e7melerini ve daha kal\u0131n yal\u0131t\u0131m yapt\u0131rmalar\u0131n\u0131 tavsiye ediyoruz.
