Buna paralel olarak, karbon yakalama, kullanma ve depolama, ye\u015fil hidrojen, batarya gibi yeni teknolojik imk\u00e2nlar daha \u00e7ok \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kacak, k\u00fcresel emisyonlar\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck oranda azald\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00fcnyam\u0131z s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik ve \u00e7evre dostu uygulamalar\u0131n h\u00e2kim oldu\u011fu bir yer haline gelebilecek.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6te yandan, temiz enerjiye ge\u00e7i\u015f h\u0131zland\u0131k\u00e7a enerji sekt\u00f6r\u00fcndeki kritik minerallere olan talebin \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde artaca\u011f\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclmekte olup kritik minerallerin uygun maliyetli ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir tedarikini g\u00fcvence alt\u0131na alman\u0131n \u00f6nemi artacak. Kalk\u0131nma plan\u0131nda ye\u015fil ve dijital d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc oda\u011fa alan, sanayi sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn \u0130klim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fiyle m\u00fccadelede azalt\u0131m, uyum, kay\u0131p ve zararlar\u0131n telafisi, finansman, teknoloji geli\u015ftirme ve transferi, kapasite geli\u015ftirme konular\u0131nda \u00e7e\u015fitli ad\u0131mlar at\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Plan kapsam\u0131nda, temiz enerji \u00fcretimi ve enerji verimlili\u011fi, sanayide ye\u015fil d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm, s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir ula\u015f\u0131m d\u00f6ng\u00fcsel ekonomi, ye\u015fil altyap\u0131 desteklenecek te\u015fvikler verilecek.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u0130lgili Genel Ba\u015fl\u0131klar<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>427.1. S\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir \u00fcretim ve ye\u015fil d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm teknolojilerinin benimsenmesi, geli\u015ftirilmesi ve yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in Ar-Ge faaliyetleri ve teknoloji transferi desteklenecektir.<\/p>\n<p>427.2. Mevcut OSB\u2019lerde, end\u00fcstri b\u00f6lgelerinde (EB) ve k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck sanayi sitelerinde (KSS), ortak kullan\u0131ma y\u00f6nelik ye\u015fil d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm projeleri tasarlanacak, Ye\u015fil OSB ve Ye\u015fil EB\u2019ler yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>427.3. Temiz enerji \u00fcretimi ve kullan\u0131m\u0131 te\u015fvik edilecektir.<\/p>\n<p>427.4. At\u0131klar\u0131n end\u00fcstriyel kullan\u0131m\u0131 ve d\u00f6ng\u00fcsel ekonomi uygulamalar\u0131 yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>427.5. KOB\u0130\u2019lerin ye\u015fil d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcme y\u00f6nelik fark\u0131ndal\u0131klar\u0131 art\u0131r\u0131lacak ve sekt\u00f6rel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm profilleri olu\u015fturulacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>427.6. Ba\u015fta ye\u015fil mutabakat olmak \u00fczere ye\u015fil d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmle ilgili sekt\u00f6rel de\u011ferlendirmelerin yap\u0131lmas\u0131 ve d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm stratejilerinin hayata ge\u00e7irilmesi sa\u011flanacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>427.7. \u0130\u015fletmelerin enerji verimlili\u011fi uygulamalar\u0131na y\u00f6nelik destekler art\u0131r\u0131lacak, tesis ve s\u00fcre\u00e7 optimizasyonuna katk\u0131 sa\u011flayan enerji verimlili\u011fi ve tasarruf potansiyeli y\u00fcksek teknolojik yat\u0131r\u0131mlar desteklenecektir.<\/p>\n<p>427.8. Karbon ve su ayak izi hesaplama ve do\u011frulamas\u0131nda standartla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ulusal uygulamalar geli\u015ftirilecektir.<\/p>\n<p>427.9. Ye\u015fil sanayi i\u015fletmelerinin yetkin d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm dan\u0131\u015fmanlar\u0131n\u0131n belgelendirilmesi ve desteklenmesi sa\u011flanacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>427.10. Sanayinin ye\u015fil d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcne y\u00f6nelik geli\u015fmelerin izlenmesi ve de\u011ferlendirilmesi i\u00e7in altyap\u0131 olu\u015fturulacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>427.11. S\u0131f\u0131r kirlilik hedefine y\u00f6nelik emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131 azaltarak enerji ve kaynak verimli \u00fcretim yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 raporlayan tesislerin temiz \u00fcretim yapt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6sterecek \u015fekilde sertifikaland\u0131r\u0131lmalar\u0131 sa\u011flanacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>427.12. Sanayinin faaliyetleri sonucu ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan at\u0131klar\u0131n kayna\u011f\u0131nda ayr\u0131 toplanmas\u0131 sa\u011flanacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>427.13.
