N\u00fcfusun <strong>y\u00fczde 36,9\u2019u<\/strong> ise <strong>s\u0131zd\u0131ran \u00e7at\u0131, nemli duvarlar, \u00e7\u00fcr\u00fcm\u00fc\u015f pencere \u00e7er\u00e7eveleri vb.<\/strong> problemlerle kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fmaktad\u0131r. Oysa \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131, kendini k\u0131sa zaman i\u00e7erisinde amorti ederek hem <strong>daha iyi \u0131s\u0131nman\u0131z\u0131<\/strong> hem de <strong>enerji faturalar\u0131n\u0131zda tasarruf etmenizi<\/strong> sa\u011flar.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Ayn\u0131 zamanda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin cari a\u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n en \u00f6nemli nedeni de t\u00fcm ithalat i\u00e7indeki<strong> y\u00fczde 20-25<\/strong> gibi ciddi bir paya sahip olan enerji ithalat\u0131d\u0131r. T\u00fcrkiye olarak milyarlarca dolar \u00f6deyerek kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z enerjiyi yurtd\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan sat\u0131n almaktay\u0131z. T\u00fcketti\u011fimiz enerjinin<strong> y\u00fczde 40\u2019\u0131 binalarda<\/strong>, yakla\u015f\u0131k <strong>y\u00fczde 30\u2019u sanayide<\/strong>, geri kalan\u0131 da <strong>ula\u015f\u0131m ve tar\u0131m<\/strong> gibi alanlarda kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Bu denli d\u0131\u015fa ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131 oldu\u011fumuz enerji t\u00fcketiminde tasarruf konusunda almam\u0131z gereken \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir yol bulunmaktad\u0131r.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>T\u00fcm bu verilere ra\u011fmen T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki bina stokunun iyimser bir tahminle sadece <strong>y\u00fczde %20<\/strong>&#8216;sinin <strong>TS 825 Binalarda Is\u0131 Yal\u0131t\u0131m Kurallar\u0131na uygun<\/strong> yal\u0131t\u0131lm\u0131\u015f durumda oldu\u011funu biliyoruz.
