Bu kapasite, 2022\u2019de k\u00fcresel \u00e7apta devreye al\u0131nan toplam<strong> g\u00fcne\u015f<\/strong> ve<strong> r\u00fczgar enerjisi<\/strong> kapasitesinin <strong>be\u015f kat\u0131na e\u015fit.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Temiz enerji kapasitesinin \u015febekelere ba\u011flanarak <strong>elektrik sistemlerinin g\u00fcvenli\u011fine<\/strong> ve <strong>iklim hedeflerine katk\u0131 sunabilmesi<\/strong> i\u00e7in <strong>\u015febeke altyap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n modern<\/strong> ve<strong> dijital<\/strong> hale getirilmesi gerekiyor.<\/p>\n<p>Yenilenebilir enerji yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 2010\u2019dan bu yana neredeyse iki kat\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen, d\u00fcnyadaki \u015febeke yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 <strong>y\u0131ll\u0131k 300 milyar dolarla<\/strong> sabit kalmaya devam ediyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ulusal iklim hedeflerine ula\u015fmak<\/strong> ve <strong>enerji g\u00fcvenli\u011fini sa\u011flamak<\/strong> i\u00e7in 2040\u2019a kadar d\u00fcnyada <strong>80 milyon kilometre elektrik \u015febekesinin eklenmesi<\/strong> veya <strong>yenilenmesi<\/strong> gerekiyor.<\/p>\n<p>Bu rakam, d\u00fcnyada \u015fu anda kullan\u0131mda olan t\u00fcm \u015febekelerin b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne e\u015fit ve gerekli \u015febeke altyap\u0131s\u0131 geni\u015flemesinin sa\u011flanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in y\u0131ll\u0131k yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n iki kat\u0131na \u00e7\u0131karak <strong>y\u0131ll\u0131k 600 milyar dolara<\/strong> y\u00fckselmesine ihtiya\u00e7 duyuluyor.<\/p>\n<h3>K\u00fcresel s\u0131cakl\u0131k art\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n 2 dereceyi y\u00fczde 40 a\u015fma riski olabilir<\/h3>\n<p>\u015eebeke yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcndeki en b\u00fcy\u00fck engel b\u00f6lgeler aras\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fiklik g\u00f6sterirken, Hindistan, Endonezya ve Kore gibi \u00fclkelerdeki \u015firketlerin finansal ko\u015fullar\u0131 ve geli\u015fmekte olan \u00fclkelerde ise <strong>finansmana eri\u015fim<\/strong> ve <strong>y\u00fcksek sermaye maliyetleri<\/strong> en temel zorluk olarak \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>UEA, politika yap\u0131c\u0131lar ve \u015firketlerin <strong>elektrik \u015febekelerini yenilemek<\/strong> ve <strong>geni\u015fletmek<\/strong> i\u00e7in h\u0131zla harekete ge\u00e7memesi durumunda, <strong>g\u00fcvenli elektrik tedarikini sa\u011flama<\/strong> \u00e7abalar\u0131n\u0131n riske girebilece\u011fi ve <strong>k\u00fcresel \u0131s\u0131nmay\u0131 1,5 dereceyle s\u0131n\u0131rlama hedefinin ula\u015f\u0131lamaz hale gelebilece\u011fi<\/strong> uyar\u0131s\u0131nda bulunuyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u015eebeke yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n h\u0131zland\u0131r\u0131lmamas\u0131<\/strong> ve <strong>d\u00fczenleyici reformlar\u0131n yava\u015f seyretmesi<\/strong> halinde, <strong>yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131ndan \u00fcretimin d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck seyretmesi<\/strong> ve <strong>t\u00fcketimin fosil kaynaklarla kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131 ihtimali<\/strong> nedeniyle, <strong>2030<\/strong> ve <strong>2050<\/strong> aras\u0131nda toplam karbon emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131n <strong>60 milyar ton daha y\u00fcksek olabilece\u011fi<\/strong> hesaplan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00fcnyada son 4 y\u0131lda elektrik sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnden kaynaklanan <strong>karbon emisyonlar\u0131yla e\u015fit seviyede<\/strong> olan bu potansiyel emisyon art\u0131\u015f\u0131,<strong> k\u00fcresel \u0131s\u0131nman\u0131n 1,5 derecenin \u00fczerine \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131<\/strong> ve <strong>2 dereceyi de y\u00fczde 40 a\u015fma riski<\/strong> olu\u015fturuyor.<\/p>\n<p>UEA Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Fatih Birol, rapora ili\u015fkin de\u011ferlendirmesinde, bir\u00e7ok \u00fclkede g\u00f6r\u00fclen temiz enerji geli\u015fiminin benzeri g\u00f6r\u00fclmemi\u015f oldu\u011funu belirterek, <em>\u201cBu durum iyimser olmam\u0131z\u0131 da sa\u011fl\u0131yor.
