Enerjide ya\u015fanan bu sorunlar\u0131n \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcnde ise<strong> at\u0131k \u0131s\u0131n\u0131n geri kazan\u0131m\u0131, so\u011futma, iklimlendirme, pompa ve fan<\/strong> gibi<strong> yo\u011fun elektrik t\u00fcketen sistemlerin modernizasyonu<\/strong> ve <strong>otomasyonu<\/strong> ile <strong>enerji t\u00fcketimini azaltmay\u0131<\/strong> sa\u011flayan <strong>enerji verimlili\u011fi<\/strong> kritik rol \u00fcstleniyor. \u00d6yle ki 2040 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar ihtiya\u00e7 duyulan emisyon azalt\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n <strong>y\u00fczde 40\u2019\u0131n\u0131n<\/strong> enerji verimlili\u011finden sa\u011flanaca\u011f\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de t\u00fcketilen enerjinin yakla\u015f\u0131k \u00fc\u00e7te birinin kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 <strong>sanayideki enerji verimlili\u011fini \u00f6l\u00e7mek<\/strong> ve <strong>bu alandaki potansiyeli ortaya koymak<\/strong> \u00fczere <strong>2021 y\u0131l\u0131nda<\/strong> T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de bir ilk olan \u2018<strong>T\u00fcrk Sanayisinin Enerji Verimlili\u011fi Raporu\u2019nu haz\u0131rlayan ESCON Enerji,<\/strong> bu alandaki ikinci raporunu yay\u0131mlad\u0131. <strong>14 sekt\u00f6r<\/strong>deki <strong>411 fabrika<\/strong> ve <strong>23 ticari binan\u0131n incelendi\u011fi<\/strong> raporda, verimlilik yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131na finansman sa\u011flayan <strong>Enerji Performans S\u00f6zle\u015fmeleri<\/strong> kapsam\u0131nda yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n sonu\u00e7lar\u0131na da yer verildi. 51 \u015fehirde faaliyetlerini s\u00fcrd\u00fcren bu i\u015fletmelerin <strong>185<\/strong>\u2019i <strong>\u0130SO 500<\/strong>, <strong>69<\/strong>\u2019u ise <strong>\u0130SO \u0130kinci 500<\/strong>\u2019\u00fcn <strong>2021 y\u0131l\u0131 listesinde<\/strong> yer al\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Ortalama geri \u00f6deme s\u00fcresi 2,7 y\u0131l<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Fabrika<\/strong> ve <strong>ticari i\u015fletmeler<\/strong> olmak \u00fczere toplam <strong>434 i\u015fletmede<\/strong> yap\u0131lan<strong> et\u00fctlere g\u00f6re<\/strong> bu i\u015fletmelerin enerji t\u00fcketimleri <strong>y\u0131ll\u0131k 6,92 milyon TEP<\/strong> olurken, enerji verimlili\u011fi potansiyellerinin ortalamas\u0131 ise <strong>y\u00fczde 32<\/strong> olarak \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcld\u00fc. <strong>Enerji verimlili\u011fi projelerinin<\/strong> ortalama geri \u00f6deme s\u00fcresi <strong>2,7 y\u0131l<\/strong>, bu projelerin hayata ge\u00e7mesiyle sa\u011flanabilecek emisyon azalt\u0131m\u0131 ise <strong>1,2 milyon ton karbondioksit<\/strong> olarak belirlendi.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Onur \u00dcnl\u00fc: \u201cVerimlilik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ile enerji t\u00fcketimi y\u00fczde 50\u2019ye kadar azalt\u0131labilir\u201d<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Raporu de\u011ferlendiren <strong>ESCON Enerji CEO\u2019su Onur \u00dcnl\u00fc<\/strong>, enerji verimlili\u011fi alan\u0131ndaki fark\u0131ndal\u0131\u011f\u0131n artt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ancak yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n daha \u00e7ok <strong>yenilenebilir enerjiye<\/strong> yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirterek, <em>\u201cHalbuki <strong>enerji verimlili\u011fi<\/strong> ile <strong>yenilenebilir enerji yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131<\/strong> farkl\u0131 konular. Bir i\u015fletmede yenilenebilir enerji yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 zaman, t\u00fcketilen enerjinin kayna\u011f\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fir. \u00d6rne\u011fin \u00f6nceden fosil yak\u0131t kullan\u0131l\u0131yorken bu yat\u0131r\u0131mla birlikte art\u0131k g\u00fcne\u015f gibi temiz bir kaynaktan enerji sa\u011flan\u0131r. Ancak bu durum her ne kadar <strong>i\u015fletmenin enerji maliyetini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrse<\/strong> ve <strong>temiz bir enerji kayna\u011f\u0131 sa\u011flam\u0131\u015f<\/strong> olsa da <strong>kullan\u0131lan enerji miktar\u0131n\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftirmez<\/strong> yani yine ayn\u0131 miktarda enerji t\u00fcketilir. Oysa \u00f6nce enerji t\u00fcketimini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmek gerekiyor. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc enerji verimlili\u011fi kapsam\u0131nda yap\u0131lacak yat\u0131r\u0131mlar ile uygulaman\u0131n t\u00fcr\u00fc ve kapsam\u0131na g\u00f6re enerji t\u00fcketimini<strong> y\u00fczde 20<\/strong> ila<strong> 50<\/strong> aras\u0131nda azaltmak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn. Biz de bu nedenle <strong>i\u015fletmelere \u00f6ncelikli enerji verimlili\u011fi alan\u0131nda yat\u0131r\u0131m yaparak<\/strong> enerji t\u00fcketimlerini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmelerini, ard\u0131ndan bu d\u00fc\u015fen elektrik kullan\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 <strong>yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131ndan tedarik etmelerini<\/strong> \u00f6neriyoruz. B\u00f6ylece yenilenebilir enerji yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n maliyeti de ciddi oranda azalt\u0131labilir\u201d<\/em> dedi.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u201c\u0130hracat pazarlar\u0131m\u0131z AB ve ABD enerji verimlili\u011fine odakland\u0131\u201d<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Enerji t\u00fcketimini azaltman\u0131n \u00f6zellikle AB ile ticarette T\u00fcrk firmalar\u0131n\u0131n rekabet\u00e7i olabilmeleri i\u00e7in kritik \u00f6neme sahip oldu\u011funa dikkat \u00e7eken <strong>\u00dcnl\u00fc<\/strong>, <em>\u201cEnerji verimlili\u011fi, karbon n\u00f6tr ekonomiye ge\u00e7i\u015f s\u00fcrecinde t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyada hayata ge\u00e7irilen politikalar\u0131n oda\u011f\u0131nda yer al\u0131yor. AB\u2019nin 2030 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar enerji t\u00fcketimini y\u00fczde 11,7 azaltma hedefi, ABD\u2019nin <strong>enerji verimlili\u011fi<\/strong> ve <strong>enerji d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc<\/strong> i\u00e7in<strong> 900 milyar dolarl\u0131k b\u00fct\u00e7e ay\u0131rmas\u0131<\/strong> da bunu g\u00f6steriyor. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla enerjiyi temiz kaynaklardan sa\u011flamak \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli ancak yeterli de\u011fil. \u0130hracat pazarlar\u0131nda yer alabilmek, kaynak verimlili\u011fine ve d\u00f6ng\u00fcsel ekonomiye katk\u0131 sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in<strong> enerji verimlili\u011fi sa\u011flayarak t\u00fcketimi azaltmak \u015fart<\/strong>. Aksi halde rekabet\u00e7ili\u011fimizi kaybedebiliriz. Asl\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye, 2022 y\u0131l\u0131 verilerine g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 2,7 ile d\u00fcnyan\u0131n en y\u00fcksek enerji verimlili\u011fi oran\u0131na sahip ancak 2021 y\u0131l\u0131 Eurostat verilerine g\u00f6re enerji yo\u011funlu\u011fumuz AB \u00fclkelerinden yakla\u015f\u0131k <strong>y\u00fczde 28<\/strong> daha fazla. Bu da enerji yo\u011fun sekt\u00f6rlerimizin fazlal\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6steriyor. <strong>Enerji yo\u011funlu\u011fu<\/strong> da ancak <strong>enerji verimlili\u011fi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131<\/strong> ile azalt\u0131labilir. \u00d6zellikle 1 Ekim itibar\u0131yla uygulanmaya ba\u015flayan <strong>S\u0131n\u0131rda Karbon D\u00fczenlemesi Mekanizmas\u0131<\/strong> da g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulunduruldu\u011funda, <strong>enerji verimlili\u011finin ticaret i\u00e7in \u00f6nemi daha net bir \u015fekilde ortaya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor<\/strong>\u201d<\/em> diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>En y\u00fcksek iyile\u015fme g\u0131dada, en b\u00fcy\u00fck potansiyel ticari binalarda <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>T\u00fcrk Sanayisinin Enerji Verimlili\u011fi Raporu\u2019nda \u2018Ambalaj &#8211; Plastik\u2019, \u2018Ana Metal\u2019, \u2018Beyaz E\u015fya\u2019, \u2018Cam\u2019, \u2018\u00c7imento\u2019, \u2018G\u0131da,\u2019 \u2018\u0130la\u00e7\u2019, \u2018Ka\u011f\u0131t\u2019, \u2018Kimya &amp; Petrokimya\u2019, \u2018Orman \u00dcr\u00fcnleri\u2019, \u2018Otomotiv\u2019, \u2018Seramik\u2019, \u2018Tekstil\u2019 olmak \u00fczere 13 sanayi sekt\u00f6r\u00fc ve \u2018Ticari Binalar\u2019 incelendi. Buna g\u00f6re g\u00f6re son iki y\u0131lda enerji verimlili\u011fi alan\u0131nda en b\u00fcy\u00fck iyile\u015fmeyi <strong>g\u0131da sekt\u00f6r\u00fc<\/strong> g\u00f6sterdi. 2021 y\u0131l\u0131nda bu sekt\u00f6rde tasarruf potansiyeli <strong>y\u00fczde 44,7<\/strong> idi. Yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar ile birlikte<strong> enerji verimlili\u011fi artt\u0131k\u00e7a tasarruf potansiyeli de y\u00fczde 39\u2019a<\/strong> kadar d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc. Ka\u011f\u0131t sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde<strong> y\u00fczde 45,07<\/strong>\u2019den<strong> y\u00fczde 40,2<\/strong>\u2019ye, ila\u00e7ta ise <strong>y\u00fczde 22,5<\/strong>\u2019ten <strong>y\u00fczde 19,2<\/strong>\u2019ye inildi. Ticari binalar ise <strong>y\u00fczde 0,1\u2019lik<\/strong> bir de\u011fi\u015fimle<strong> y\u00fczde 67,4<\/strong> ula\u015farak, <strong>14 sekt\u00f6r<\/strong> i\u00e7inde <strong>en y\u00fcksek enerji verimlili\u011fi potansiyeline<\/strong> sahip sekt\u00f6r oldu.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Sermayeden bir kuru\u015f harcamadan y\u0131lda 7 bin ton emisyon azalt\u0131m\u0131, 2 milyon dolar tasarruf<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Raporda ayr\u0131ca <strong>enerji verimlili\u011fi<\/strong> alan\u0131nda <strong>\u2018en yarat\u0131c\u0131 finansman \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fc\u2019<\/strong> olarak kabul edilen ve \u015firket sermayesinden bir kuru\u015f harcamadan bu alanda yat\u0131r\u0131m yapmay\u0131 sa\u011flayan <strong>Enerji Performans S\u00f6zle\u015fmeleri (EPS)<\/strong> kapsam\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara da yer verildi. Rapordaki \u00f6rneklerden biri, \u0130SO 500\u2019de ilk 10 \u015firket aras\u0131nda yer alan bir fabrikada yap\u0131lan verimlili\u011fin art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, <strong>at\u0131k \u0131s\u0131 geri kazan\u0131m\u0131, so\u011futma sistemlerinin revizyonu<\/strong> ve <strong>klima santrallerinin optimizasyonunu<\/strong> kapsayan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar oldu.
