Kampta<strong> idari bina ve sosyal yard\u0131m binas\u0131, yatakhaneler, banyo ve \u00e7ama\u015f\u0131rhane kompleksi, sa\u011fl\u0131k merkezi<\/strong> ve <strong>di\u011fer altyap\u0131 tesisleri<\/strong> yer alacak. Kampta <strong>250 i\u015f\u00e7i<\/strong> rahat ko\u015fullarda ya\u015fayabilecek.<\/p>\n<p>Saha (Yakutistan) Cumhuriyeti Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Aysen Sergeyevi\u00e7 Nikolayev a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015fla ilgili olarak \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi: <em>\u201cASMM projesi Ust-Kuyga ve Ust-Yansky b\u00f6lgesinde ve bununla birlikte t\u00fcm Yakutistan\u2019da olumlu d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmlerin ba\u015flang\u0131c\u0131na i\u015faret ediyor. Rosatom ile i\u015f birli\u011fimiz sayesinde kuzey b\u00f6lgelerimizin potansiyelini canland\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 ve insanlar\u0131n ya\u015famlar\u0131n\u0131 daha iyi hale getirdi\u011fimizi g\u00f6n\u00fcl rahatl\u0131\u011f\u0131yla s\u00f6yleyebiliriz. Tesis, burada var olan t\u00fcm projelere yeni bir soluk getirecek ve genel olarak b\u00f6lgeyi geli\u015ftirecek, i\u015f ve ya\u015fam ko\u015fullar\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan refah sa\u011flayacak. Kara tabanl\u0131 k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck mod\u00fcler reakt\u00f6r projesi sadece \u00fclkemiz i\u00e7in de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda k\u00fcresel \u00f6l\u00e7ekte de benzersiz bir teknolojik \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm olma niteli\u011fi ta\u015f\u0131yor. Bu, d\u00fcnyan\u0131n ilk d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc kara tabanl\u0131 n\u00fckleer g\u00fc\u00e7 santrali. Yakutistan\u2019a g\u00fcvenilir ve istikrarl\u0131 enerji sa\u011flama sorununun Rusya&#8217;n\u0131n bu t\u00fcr benzersiz teknolojileri sayesinde \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclebilece\u011fine inan\u0131yorum\u201d<\/em> dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Rosatom Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Aleksey Likhachev de konuya ili\u015fkin olarak, <em>\u201cBug\u00fcn Rusya&#8217;n\u0131n Kuzey Kutup b\u00f6lgesinin g\u00fcvenilir ve \u00e7evre dostu enerji kaynaklar\u0131na ihtiyac\u0131 oldu\u011fu a\u00e7\u0131k. Uzak Kuzey\u2019in zorlu ko\u015fullar\u0131nda ASMM olanaklar\u0131ndan yararlanma fikri 70&#8217;li y\u0131llarda hayata ge\u00e7irildi. O d\u00f6nemde Bilibino NGS alt\u0131n madencili\u011fi end\u00fcstrisini geli\u015ftirmek i\u00e7in in\u015fa edilmi\u015fti. Bug\u00fcn \u00fclkemizin yine end\u00fcstriyel bir at\u0131l\u0131m yapmas\u0131 gerek. Biz de mevcut t\u00fcm deneyimlerden faydalanarak son derece modern teknolojiler sunuyoruz. Yeni kara tabanl\u0131 n\u00fckleer g\u00fc\u00e7 santrali kompakt, g\u00fcvenli, kapasiteyi kontrol edilebilir \u00f6zellikte ve ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z bir g\u00fc\u00e7 kayna\u011f\u0131 olacak\u201d<\/em> dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Rus tasar\u0131m\u0131 kara tabanl\u0131 <strong>k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck mod\u00fcler reakt\u00f6r\u00fcn in\u015fas\u0131 projesi<\/strong>, Rus n\u00fckleer buzk\u0131ran filosundaki gemilerde <strong>k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck reakt\u00f6rlerin \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na<\/strong> ili\u015fkin uzun deneyime dayanan en yeni <strong>RITM-200N reakt\u00f6r \u00fcnitesi<\/strong> temelinde uygulan\u0131yor. Bug\u00fcne kadar <strong>sekiz RITM-200 reakt\u00f6r\u00fc<\/strong> \u00fcretildi ve bunlar d\u00f6rt evrensel buzk\u0131rana monte edildi. Kara tabanl\u0131 k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck mod\u00fcler reakt\u00f6r\u00fcn in\u015fas\u0131 projesi uygulanmas\u0131, Yakutistan&#8217;\u0131n enerji ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve sosyo-ekonomik kalk\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayacak. Proje i\u00e7in yak\u0131t tedari\u011fi <strong>her 5 y\u0131lda<\/strong> bir yap\u0131lacak, bu da hayati \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yan sanayi kurulu\u015flar\u0131na ve sosyal tesislere istikrarl\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7 tedari\u011fi sa\u011flanmas\u0131n\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn k\u0131l\u0131yor. Proje, gelecekte sanayi kurulu\u015flar\u0131na enerji sa\u011flayacak olan Rusya&#8217;n\u0131n en b\u00fcy\u00fck mineral kayna\u011f\u0131 merkezlerinden birinin kalbi haline de gelecek. S\u00f6z konusu proje <strong>Kyuchus, Deputatskoye ve Tirekhtyakh<\/strong> yataklar\u0131n\u0131n geli\u015ftirilmesini, ula\u015f\u0131m ve m\u00fchendislik altyap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n in\u015fas\u0131n\u0131, <strong>Ust-Yansky ve Verkhoyansk b\u00f6lgelerinde sosyal tesislerin in\u015fas\u0131n\u0131<\/strong> ve <strong>Ust-Kuyga, Tirekhtyakh ve Deputatskoye, 110 (220) kV<\/strong> enerji nakil hatt\u0131n\u0131n in\u015fas\u0131n\u0131 kaps\u0131yor. Santralin in\u015fas\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131nda <strong>1000&#8217;den fazla<\/strong> <strong>yeni istihdam<\/strong> yarat\u0131lacak ve tesis faaliyete ge\u00e7tikten sonra da yakla\u015f\u0131k <strong>600 ki\u015fiye<\/strong> i\u015f imk\u00e2n\u0131 sa\u011flanacak.
