Tesis, flor giderme i\u015flemi yoluyla DUHF&#8217;yi daha kararl\u0131 uranyum okside d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fcyor. Uranyum oksidin toz halinde \u00e7evresel risklere yol a\u00e7madan a\u00e7\u0131k alanlarda uzun s\u00fcre saklanmas\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011fu gibi sevkiyat\u0131 da tamamen g\u00fcvenli.<\/p>\n<p>Seyreltilmi\u015f uranyum oksit, h\u0131zl\u0131 n\u00f6tron reakt\u00f6rlerinde kar\u0131\u015f\u0131k oksit (MOX) yak\u0131t \u00fcretimi i\u00e7in de bir hammadde olma niteli\u011fi ta\u015f\u0131yor. <strong>Seyreltilmi\u015f uranyum oksit<\/strong>, <strong>Beloyarsk N\u00fckleer G\u00fc\u00e7 Santrali<\/strong>\u2019nin<strong> (NGS)<\/strong> sodyum so\u011futmal\u0131 <strong>BN-800 h\u0131zl\u0131 reakt\u00f6r\u00fcnde de<\/strong> kullan\u0131l\u0131yor. Ayn\u0131 zamanda Rusya\u2019n\u0131n Tomks b\u00f6lgesinde bulunan Seversk\u2019te in\u015fa edilen <strong>Brest-OD-300 kur\u015fun so\u011futmal\u0131 h\u0131zl\u0131 reakt\u00f6r\u00fc \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131racak<\/strong> olan geli\u015ftirilmi\u015f <strong>uranyum-pl\u00fctonyum kar\u0131\u015f\u0131m\u0131 nitr\u00fcr (SNUP)<\/strong> yak\u0131t\u0131n\u0131n da bir bile\u015feni<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6te yandan, DUHF&#8217;nin flor giderme i\u015fleminden elde edilen flor i\u00e7eren \u00fcr\u00fcnler piyasada kimyasal \u00fcr\u00fcn olarak sat\u0131l\u0131rken hem n\u00fckleer end\u00fcstride hem de di\u011fer sekt\u00f6rlerde kullan\u0131l\u0131yor. 2022 y\u0131l\u0131nda m\u00fc\u015fterilere <strong>400 milyon ruble<\/strong>, yani yakla\u015f\u0131k<strong> 4,1 milyon ABD dolar\u0131<\/strong> de\u011ferinde <strong>hidroflorik \u00fcr\u00fcn teslim edildi.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yeni tesisin t\u00fcm alanlar\u0131nda e\u015f zamanl\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar s\u00fcr\u00fcyor. Halihaz\u0131rda in\u015fa edilmi\u015f olan binalar\u0131n birinci katlar\u0131nda elektrik tesisat\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 devam ederken, ana ekipman, hidroflorik asit i\u015fleme \u00fcnitesinin binas\u0131na halihaz\u0131rda monte edilmi\u015f vaziyettedir. Asidin bu b\u00f6l\u00fcme yak\u0131nlarda in\u015fa edilen DUHF deflorizasyon \u00fcnitesinden sa\u011flanmas\u0131 planlan\u0131rken, bu b\u00f6l\u00fcmdeki in\u015fa faaliyetleri de devam ediyor ve ana ekipmanlar\u0131n (ocaklar ve reakt\u00f6rler) kurulumunun 2023 y\u0131l\u0131 sonunda bitirilmesi \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p>W2-ECP&#8217;nin faaliyete ge\u00e7mesiyle ECP&#8217;nin DUHF i\u015fleme kapasitesini y\u0131lda <strong>10 bin<\/strong> tondan<strong> 20 bin tona<\/strong>, yani <strong>iki kat\u0131na<\/strong> \u00e7\u0131karmas\u0131 bekleniyor. Burada kullan\u0131lacak olan ekipman, ECP&#8217;nin 2009 y\u0131l\u0131nda faaliyete ge\u00e7en ilk DUHF i\u015fleme tesisi W-ECP&#8217;ye tedarikte bulunan Frans\u0131z Orano Projets firmas\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan sa\u011flan\u0131yor. Tedari\u011fi 2005 y\u0131l\u0131nda imzalanan s\u00f6zle\u015fmeyle sa\u011flanan W-ECP tesisinin y\u0131ll\u0131k 5 bin ton olan ana kapasitesi 2011 y\u0131l\u0131nda 10 bin tona \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>2019 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n sonunda imzalanan W2-ECP s\u00f6zle\u015fmesiyle, Fransa&#8217;dan Do\u011fu Sibirya&#8217;ya 16 kamyon, g\u00fc\u00e7 kayna\u011f\u0131, \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fc ekipman\u0131, havaland\u0131rma ve teknolojik boru hatlar\u0131n\u0131n par\u00e7alar\u0131na y\u00f6nelik bir dizi karma\u015f\u0131k ekipman tedarik edilirken, ana ekipman 2022 y\u0131l\u0131nda teslim edildi. Tesis binas\u0131n\u0131n in\u015faat\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan Rus ve Frans\u0131z uzmanlar, <strong>teknolojik ekipmanlar\u0131n ortak kurulumuna<\/strong> ba\u015flad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Rosatom&#8217;un <strong>DUHF program\u0131<\/strong>, seyreltilmi\u015f uranyumun g\u00fcvenli bir \u015fekilde i\u015flenmesini, birikim h\u0131z\u0131n\u0131 yava\u015flatmay\u0131 ve Rus zenginle\u015ftirme tesislerinde biriken <strong>t\u00fcm stoklar\u0131 a\u015famal\u0131 olarak bertaraf etmeyi<\/strong> hedefliyor. Di\u011fer TVEL i\u015fletmelerinde <strong>DUHF i\u015fleme kapasitesinin artt\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131<\/strong> planlan\u0131yor. 2027-2028 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda, Rusya\u2019n\u0131n Novouralsk \u015fehrinde bulunan Ural Elektrokimya Tesisi y\u0131lda 20 bin ton kapasiteye sahip iki benzer tesisin devreye al\u0131nmas\u0131yla birlikte, DUHF stoklar\u0131n\u0131n 2035 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar bertaraf edilmesi amac\u0131yla <strong>stok hacminde sistematik bir azalma sa\u011flanm\u0131\u015f<\/strong> olacak.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Angarsk Elektrokimya Tesisi<\/strong> ve<strong> Sibirya Kimya Tesisi<\/strong> i\u00e7in Rus teknolojisine dayanan di\u011fer tesisler 2038 y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7in planlan\u0131yor.
