Bu <strong>istilac\u0131 t\u00fcr<\/strong>, kestane a\u011fa\u00e7lar\u0131na b\u00fcy\u00fck zarar verirken kestane veriminin <strong>%80<\/strong> oran\u0131nda d\u00fc\u015fmesine neden oluyor.<\/p>\n<p>Yerel halk kestane zararl\u0131s\u0131 olan <strong>Gal Ar\u0131s\u0131<\/strong> ile m\u00fccadele i\u00e7in <strong>ilk \u00f6nce kimyasal m\u00fccadele y\u00f6ntemini denemi\u015f fakat ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olamam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/strong> Proje kapsam\u0131nda yap\u0131lan incelemeler neticesinde bu sorunun <strong>Japonya<\/strong> ve<strong> \u0130talya<\/strong>\u2019da <strong>biyolojik m\u00fccadele yap\u0131larak<\/strong> \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ve <strong>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de de Orman Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc<\/strong> taraf\u0131ndan <strong>biyolojik m\u00fccadele \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n devam etmekte oldu\u011fu<\/strong> tespit edildi. Ayn\u0131 zamanda, <strong>Band\u0131rma Orman \u0130\u015fletme M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc<\/strong> ile yap\u0131lan g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeler neticesinde <strong>biyolojik ajan\u0131n<\/strong> Band\u0131rma\u2019da \u00e7o\u011falt\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 laboratuvar i\u00e7in ekipman deste\u011fi sa\u011fland\u0131. Kas\u0131m 2022\u2019de <strong>\u201cKestane Gali Toplama Etkinli\u011fi\u201d<\/strong> ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilirken, toplanan yakla\u015f\u0131k<strong> 25.000 adet<\/strong> gal, <strong>so\u011fuk hava deposunda muhafaza edilmek<\/strong> \u00fczere yerel laboratuvara teslim edildi. 2023 y\u0131l\u0131 Nisan ve May\u0131s aylar\u0131nda yumurtadan \u00e7\u0131kan yararl\u0131 b\u00f6cekler (<em>Torymus sinensis<\/em>) Haziran ay\u0131 itibar\u0131yla do\u011faya sal\u0131nmaya ba\u015fland\u0131. E\u015f zamanl\u0131 olarak, Hacettepe \u00dcniversitesi Biyoloji B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc\u2019nden <strong>Dr. \u00d6\u011fr. \u00dcyesi<\/strong> <strong>Kahraman \u0130pekdal<\/strong> ile birlikte <strong>yerel halka y\u00f6nelik<\/strong> olarak <strong>biyolojik m\u00fccadele \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131<\/strong> hakk\u0131nda seminer d\u00fczenlendi, <strong>yararl\u0131 b\u00f6ceklerin pop\u00fclasyonunun art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131<\/strong> sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in <strong>kimyasal m\u00fccadele yap\u0131lmamas\u0131<\/strong> konusunda <strong>uyar\u0131c\u0131 afi\u015fler as\u0131ld\u0131<\/strong> ve <strong>k\u00f6y halk\u0131na bilgilendirmeler<\/strong> yap\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00fcrekli olarak <strong>ayn\u0131 noktaya yararl\u0131 b\u00f6cek sal\u0131m\u0131 yap\u0131larak<\/strong> olu\u015fturulan kontrol b\u00f6lgesindeki pop\u00fclasyonda de\u011fi\u015fim g\u00f6zlemleniyor. Bu b\u00f6lgeden toplanacak gallerden <strong>%5<\/strong> oran\u0131nda <strong>yararl\u0131 b\u00f6cek \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131<\/strong> pop\u00fclasyonun bu b\u00f6lgede yerle\u015fti\u011fini g\u00f6sterecek. Verim art\u0131rma \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 yap\u0131lan a\u011fa\u00e7lara numarataj yap\u0131larak kay\u0131t alt\u0131na al\u0131n\u0131rken meyve verimi b\u00f6lgedeki di\u011fer a\u011fa\u00e7lar ile kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131l\u0131yor. \u0130lk etapta, verim \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131nda uygulama yap\u0131lmayan a\u011fa\u00e7lara g\u00f6re <strong>%20 verim art\u0131\u015f\u0131<\/strong> kaydedildi. Proje kapsam\u0131nda ayn\u0131 zamanda sal\u0131nacak olan <strong>yararl\u0131 b\u00f6ceklerin zirai ila\u00e7lar<\/strong> ile <strong>zarar g\u00f6rmesini \u00f6nlemek i\u00e7in<\/strong> <strong>\u00e7evre k\u00f6ylerde d\u00fczenli bilgilendirme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131<\/strong> yap\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Karada\u011f Kestanesi\u2019nin Gelece\u011fi Projesi<\/strong>\u2019ni \u00fcniversiteler ve kamu kurulu\u015flar\u0131yla i\u015f birli\u011fi i\u00e7inde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiren Borusan EnBW Enerji, projeyle <strong>kestane gal ar\u0131s\u0131yla m\u00fccadelede<\/strong> etkili olan biyolojik ajanlar\u0131 kullanarak yerel halka do\u011fru m\u00fccadele y\u00f6ntemlerini de tan\u0131tmay\u0131 ama\u00e7l\u0131yor. Ayr\u0131ca Karada\u011f b\u00f6lgesindeki a\u011fa\u00e7lara ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 uygulamalar yaparak <strong>kestane verimlili\u011fini art\u0131rmay\u0131<\/strong> ve sonu\u00e7 olarak <strong>yerel halk\u0131n ge\u00e7im kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n yeniden yap\u0131land\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na<\/strong> katk\u0131 sa\u011flamay\u0131 hedefleyen kurum, <strong>biyolojik m\u00fccadele yapan yerel laboratuvar\u0131 desteklemeyi<\/strong>, biyolojik ajanlar\u0131n<strong> ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 uygulama b\u00f6lgelerinden toplanmas\u0131n\u0131<\/strong> ve <strong>yerel laboratuvarda \u00fcretimini<\/strong> sa\u011flamay\u0131 da ama\u00e7l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Borusan\u2019\u0131n s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik odak alanlar\u0131 olan <strong>iklim, insan ve inovasyon<\/strong> ba\u015fl\u0131klar\u0131ndan iklim\u00a0ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n\u00a0<strong>Karasal Ya\u015fam alan\u0131<\/strong> kapsam\u0131nda <strong>biyo\u00e7e\u015fitlilik kayb\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nlenmesi<\/strong> hedeflenirken, projenin y\u00f6ntemi itibariyle, <strong>kimyasal ila\u00e7 kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n azalmas\u0131<\/strong>, dolay\u0131s\u0131yla topra\u011fa ve suya kar\u0131\u015fan kimyasallar\u0131n engellenmesi de planlan\u0131yor. Bu sayede Karada\u011f b\u00f6lgesi<strong> kestane a\u011fac\u0131 biyo\u00e7e\u015fitlili\u011fi s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir y\u00f6ntemlerle<\/strong> korunacak.<\/p>\n<p>Projenin sonraki a\u015famalar\u0131nda ise pop\u00fclasyon art\u0131\u015f\u0131yla birlikte yap\u0131lan di\u011fer bilimsel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara ek olarak \u00f6nemli bir katk\u0131 sa\u011flanmas\u0131 ama\u00e7lan\u0131yor. Proje kapsam\u0131nda, <strong>yararl\u0131 b\u00f6ceklerin \u00fcremesi<\/strong> i\u00e7in belirlenen bir alan olu\u015fturulacak ve T\u00fcrkiye genelinde zarar g\u00f6ren kestane ormanlar\u0131na gerekti\u011finde bu yararl\u0131 b\u00f6cekler g\u00f6nderilebilecek.<\/p>\n<p>Borusan Holding ve Grup \u015firketleri s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirli\u011fi i\u015f s\u00fcre\u00e7lerine entegre ederken iklim, insan ve inovasyon odak alanlar\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcyor.
