Bu kapsamda <strong>\u015firket, Hollanda\u2019da %100 kendi i\u015ftiraki olan<\/strong> ve yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n konsolide edilmesini ve etkin koordinasyonu sa\u011flayacak olan <strong>Galata Wind Energy Global BV<\/strong> \u00fcnvanl\u0131 yeni bir ba\u011fl\u0131 ortakl\u0131k kurdu\u011funu a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131. \u0130lk etapta yeni kurulan \u015firketin sermayesinin<strong> 1 milyon Euro<\/strong> olmas\u0131 hedefleniyor. 2025 y\u0131l\u0131 sonu hedefini mevcut <strong>269 MW<\/strong>\u2019l\u0131k portf\u00f6y\u00fcn\u00fc <strong>550 MW\u2019a<\/strong> \u00e7\u0131karmak olarak a\u00e7\u0131klayan ve b\u00fcy\u00fcmesini T\u00fcrkiye ve Avrupa\u2019da ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmeyi planlayan <strong>Galata Wind<\/strong>, bu giri\u015fimiyle hedefe daha da yakla\u015f\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Galata Wind daha \u00f6nce 2025 b\u00fcy\u00fcme stratejisi kapsam\u0131nda 2023-2024 y\u0131llar\u0131nda yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n ivme kazanaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klam\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Bu kapsamda \u015firket yurt i\u00e7i ve yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda sat\u0131n al\u0131m f\u0131rsatlar\u0131n\u0131 yak\u0131ndan takip etmeye devam ederken Avrupa\u2019da \u00fclke politikas\u0131na g\u00f6re <strong>uzun vadeli elektrik sat\u0131\u015f kontratlar\u0131 (PPA)<\/strong> olan <strong>in\u015faata haz\u0131r projeler<\/strong> veya <strong>s\u0131f\u0131rdan geli\u015ftirilecek<\/strong> olan<strong> r\u00fczg\u00e2r<\/strong> ve <strong>g\u00fcne\u015f projeleri<\/strong> ile ilgileniyor. Ayr\u0131ca, altyap\u0131lar\u0131 haz\u0131r mevcut santrallerinde planlanan kapasite art\u0131\u015flar\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda\u00a0<strong>Mersin RES<\/strong>\u2019deki <strong>39 MW\u2019l\u0131k<\/strong> ek kapasite in\u015faat\u0131na <strong>2023 y\u0131l sonunda ba\u015flan\u0131lmas\u0131<\/strong> hedeflenirken,<strong> Ta\u015fp\u0131nar RES\u2019<\/strong>deki<strong> 13 MW<\/strong>\u2019l\u0131k kapasite art\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n ise 2023 y\u0131l\u0131 sonunda devreye al\u0131nmas\u0131 planlan\u0131yor. Galata Wind, <strong>Bursa<\/strong>\u2019daki <strong>Hibrit GES<\/strong> yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n <strong>ilk faz\u0131n\u0131 da devreye almaya<\/strong> \u00e7ok yak\u0131n. \u015eirket, kendisine ait santrallerde<strong> 3 y\u0131l i\u00e7inde yap\u0131lmas\u0131<\/strong> planlanan kapasite art\u0131\u015f projelerini finanse etmek \u00fczere<strong> 2022 y\u0131l\u0131nda Avrupa \u0130mar ve Kalk\u0131nma Bankas\u0131 (EBRD)<\/strong> ile <strong>45 milyon ABD dolar\u0131<\/strong> tutar\u0131nda ve <strong>2029 y\u0131l\u0131 vadeli bir kredi anla\u015fmas\u0131<\/strong> imzalam\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Hem \u00fclke ekonomisine hem de \u015firketin b\u00fcy\u00fcme vizyonuna katk\u0131da bulunacak yat\u0131r\u0131mlarla g\u00fc\u00e7 kazanarak hedeflerini ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiren Galata Wind\u2019in <strong>2026-2030 hedefleri<\/strong> do\u011frultusunda oda\u011f\u0131nda olan di\u011fer bir konu ise <strong>depolamal\u0131 elektrik santralleri<\/strong>. Bu alandaki b\u00fcy\u00fcme vizyonu do\u011frultusunda yat\u0131r\u0131m f\u0131rsatlar\u0131n\u0131 de\u011ferlendirmeyi ama\u00e7layan \u015firket, EPDK&#8217;ya yap\u0131lan depolamal\u0131 elektrik \u00fcretim tesisi ba\u015fvurular\u0131n\u0131n de\u011ferlendirilmesi sonucunda toplam<strong> 350 MW<\/strong> kapasiteli <strong>7 adet depolamal\u0131 r\u00fczg\u00e2r ve g\u00fcne\u015f santrali<\/strong> i\u00e7in<strong> \u00f6n lisanslar\u0131<\/strong> ald\u0131.
