Konutlar\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k \u00fc\u00e7te birinde \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131, rutubet, k\u00fcf ve \u00e7at\u0131 sorunlar\u0131 ya\u015fan\u0131yor. D\u0131\u015f \u00fclkelere \u00f6dedi\u011fimiz 97 milyar dolar\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k 40 milyar dolar\u0131n\u0131 sadece evlerimizi \u0131s\u0131tmak ve so\u011futmak i\u00e7in kullan\u0131yoruz.
