Temel atma i\u015fleminin <strong>Kas\u0131m 2023&#8217;te<\/strong> yap\u0131lmas\u0131 planlan\u0131yor. G\u00fcne\u015f tarlas\u0131n\u0131n faaliyete ge\u00e7ece\u011fi tarih ise <strong>2025 bahar d\u00f6nemi<\/strong> olarak \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor.
