Bug\u00fcn<strong> g\u00fcne\u015fte y\u00fczde 75, r\u00fczgar ve jeotermalde y\u00fczde 65 seviyelerinde<\/strong> bir yerli teknolojiye sahibiz. <strong>G\u00fcne\u015f paneli \u00fcretiminde<\/strong> d\u00fcnyada \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc s\u0131raday\u0131z. \u0130lk s\u0131rada <strong>\u00c7in<\/strong>, ard\u0131ndan <strong>Vietnam<\/strong> geliyor. Biz \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc s\u0131raday\u0131z. Avrupa&#8217;da ilk s\u0131raday\u0131z, Avrupa&#8217;da toplam \u00fcretilen g\u00fcne\u015f panelinin iki kat\u0131n\u0131 T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de tek ba\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00fcretebiliyoruz. Bug\u00fcn <strong>toplam kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn y\u00fczde 50&#8217;sinden fazlas\u0131<\/strong> yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131ndan olu\u015fuyor. Elektri\u011fimizin yakla\u015f\u0131k <strong>y\u00fczde 40-45<\/strong>&#8216;lik b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc de <strong>yenilenebilir kaynaklardan<\/strong> \u00fcretiyoruz. Yenilenebilir kaynakl\u0131 elektrik kapasitemiz son <strong>20<\/strong> y\u0131lda <strong>4,5 kat<\/strong> artt\u0131. Son 10 y\u0131lda toplam kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcm\u00fcz y\u0131ll\u0131k olarak bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda y\u00fczde 5,5 artarken, yenilenebilir kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcm\u00fcz y\u0131ll\u0131k <strong>y\u00fczde 9,2<\/strong> oran\u0131nda artt\u0131. Ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz aylarda Say\u0131n Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131&#8217;m\u0131z\u0131n da kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131yla Avrupa&#8217;n\u0131n en b\u00fcy\u00fck, <strong>d\u00fcnyan\u0131n 5&#8217;inci en b\u00fcy\u00fck g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi santrali<\/strong>ni <strong>Konya&#8217;da Karap\u0131nar&#8217;da<\/strong> devreye ald\u0131k. Sahadaki b\u00fct\u00fcn paneller T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de \u00fcretildi. Tam <strong>3 milyon 250 bin panel.&#8221;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>D\u00f6nmez, s\u00f6z konusu g\u00fcne\u015f panellerinin <strong>AR-GE<\/strong> ve<strong> inovasyon merkezlerinin de<\/strong> T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131na dikkati \u00e7ekti.<\/p>\n<h3>&#8220;G\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi kapasitemiz katlanarak artacak&#8221;<\/h3>\n<p>Yeni teknolojilerin geli\u015ftirilmesi i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 h\u0131zland\u0131rd\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 dile getiren D\u00f6nmez, \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi:<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisinde geldi\u011fi noktay\u0131 g\u00f6stermesi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6nemli bir yat\u0131r\u0131m oldu\u011funu de\u011ferlendiriyoruz. Son d\u00f6nemde g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisinde artan yat\u0131r\u0131mla birlikte g\u00fcne\u015fte toplam kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcm\u00fcz <strong>10 bin megavat s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131n\u0131 a\u015fm\u0131\u015f<\/strong> oldu. <strong>10<\/strong> y\u0131lda <strong>10 bin megavata<\/strong> ula\u015ft\u0131k. \u00d6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki birka\u00e7 y\u0131l i\u00e7inde g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi kapasitemiz katlanarak artacak. G\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi art\u0131k maraton ko\u015ftu\u011fumuz bir alan oldu. Yava\u015f ba\u015flad\u0131k ancak s\u00fcre\u00e7 i\u00e7inde h\u0131zlanarak yeni rekorlara do\u011fru ko\u015fuyoruz her g\u00fcn. Bunlar\u0131 anlat\u0131yorum ama sanmay\u0131n ki bu i\u015flerin ge\u00e7mi\u015fi \u00e7ok uzun bir zamana dayan\u0131yor. G\u00fcne\u015f enerjisinde \u015funun \u015furas\u0131nda a\u015fa\u011f\u0131 yukar\u0131 <strong>10 y\u0131ll\u0131k<\/strong> bir ge\u00e7mi\u015fimiz, mazimiz var. 10 y\u0131lda T\u00fcrkiye bug\u00fcn kendi teknolojilerini \u00fcretebilir ve ihra\u00e7 edebilir hale geldi. Bu bize g\u00f6steriyor ki tek bir \u015feye ihtiyac\u0131m\u0131z var; inan\u00e7 ve vizyon. Bu ikisi olduktan sonra yapamayaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z hi\u00e7bir \u015fey yok. Bug\u00fcn yenilenebilir kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcnde <strong>Avrupa&#8217;da 5&#8217;inci<\/strong>, <strong>d\u00fcnyada 12&#8217;nci<\/strong> s\u0131raday\u0131z. \u00dcstelik bu biraz gerilerden ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z, geldi\u011fimiz bir yar\u0131\u015ft\u0131. 20 y\u0131l \u00f6ncesine kadar T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de <strong>&#8216;yenilenebilir enerji&#8217;<\/strong> denilince akla sadece <strong>hidroelektrik santraller<\/strong> geliyordu. Art\u0131k <strong>g\u00fcne\u015f, r\u00fczgar, jeotermal ve biyok\u00fctle<\/strong> toplam kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn <strong>y\u00fczde 20&#8217;sinden<\/strong> fazlas\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturuyor.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>D\u00f6nmez, lisanss\u0131z \u00fcretimde ciddi bir s\u0131\u00e7rama ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi\u011fini belirterek, &#8220;Bug\u00fcn g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n <strong>y\u00fczde 90&#8217;\u0131ndan fazlas\u0131<\/strong> <strong>lisanss\u0131z yat\u0131r\u0131mlardan<\/strong> geliyor. Bu yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n te\u015fviki i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli d\u00fczenlemeler hayata ge\u00e7irdik. Burada en b\u00fcy\u00fck amac\u0131m\u0131z \u015fu; \u00fcreten t\u00fcketiciler olu\u015fturmak. Kendi elektri\u011fini kendisinin \u00fcretmesini arzu ediyoruz. Vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z art\u0131k elektri\u011fini kendileri \u00fcretsinler istiyoruz. B\u00f6ylece hem faturadan kurtuluyor hem de elektrik sistemimizdeki y\u00fck\u00fc de azaltm\u0131\u015f oluyor.&#8221; diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>Yenilenebilir enerji yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131nda \u015fimdi daha b\u00fcy\u00fck hedeflerinin oldu\u011funu ifade eden D\u00f6nmez, \u015fu bilgileri verdi:<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;2035 Ulusal Enerji Plan\u0131&#8217;m\u0131z\u0131 ilan ettik. Orada yenilenebilir enerjiyle ilgili \u00f6nemli hedefler belirledik. 2035 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar kapasite art\u0131\u015f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n y\u00fczde 74,3&#8217;\u00fc yenilenebilir kaynaklardan olu\u015facak. Neredeyse her <strong>4<\/strong> santralden <strong>3&#8217;\u00fc<\/strong> temiz enerji kaynaklar\u0131na dayal\u0131 olacak. <strong>2035 y\u0131l\u0131nda<\/strong> g\u00fcne\u015f kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fc <strong>52 bin 900<\/strong>, r\u00fczgar kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fc<strong> 29 bin 600<\/strong>, hidroelektrik kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fc <strong>35 bin 100<\/strong>, jeotermal ve biyok\u00fctle kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fc de <strong>5 bin 100 megavata<\/strong> \u00e7\u0131kartmay\u0131 hedefliyoruz. 2053 y\u0131l\u0131nda net s\u0131f\u0131r emisyon hedefimiz var. Bu kapsamda haz\u0131rlad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z T\u00fcrkiye Ulusal Enerji Plan\u0131, T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;deki ye\u015fil d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn de ana hatlar\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koyuyor. Bug\u00fcnk\u00fc konu ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z hedefimizle gayet uyumlu. Eylem plan\u0131m\u0131zda hem ye\u015fil ekonominin temellerinin at\u0131lmas\u0131na katk\u0131 sa\u011flayaca\u011f\u0131z hem de ye\u015fil enerji d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc bir \u00fcst seviyeye \u00e7\u0131kartaca\u011f\u0131z.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<h3>&#8220;Az enerjide \u00e7ok i\u015f \u00fcretece\u011fiz&#8221;<\/h3>\n<p>Bakan D\u00f6nmez, <strong>&#8220;Daha fazla yerli, daha fazla yenilenebilir&#8221;<\/strong> mottosunu her yerde ifade etti\u011fini, temel amac\u0131n, yenilenebilir kaynaklara dayal\u0131, <strong>\u00e7evre dostu<\/strong> ve <strong>yerli teknolojinin<\/strong> daha fazla kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir enerji portf\u00f6y\u00fc olu\u015fturmak oldu\u011funu dile getirdi.<\/p>\n<p>Temiz enerji ve enerji verimlili\u011finin art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6ncelikli bir ama\u00e7 olarak belirlediklerini s\u00f6yleyen D\u00f6nmez, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u015funlar\u0131 kaydetti:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Nas\u0131l ki daha \u00f6nce &#8216;enerji&#8217; denilince <strong>k\u00f6m\u00fcr, petrol ve do\u011fal gaz<\/strong> geliyordu akla, \u015fimdi de <strong>&#8216;enerjide d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm&#8217;<\/strong> denilince akla ilk gelen \u015fey <strong>yenilenebilir kaynaklara dayal\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mlar<\/strong> oluyor. Ancak burada yeterli tevecc\u00fch\u00fc g\u00f6rmeyen \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir husus daha var; <strong>enerji verimlili\u011fi.<\/strong> Bug\u00fcn art\u0131k pek \u00e7ok uluslararas\u0131 raporda <strong>enerji verimlili\u011fi birincil kaynak<\/strong> olarak g\u00f6steriliyor. Enerji verimlili\u011fi en <strong>temiz, yerli ve milli enerji<\/strong> kayna\u011f\u0131m\u0131zd\u0131r. Ye\u015fil enerji deyince illa ki milyonlarca, milyarlarca dolar b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fckteki dev yat\u0131r\u0131mlar anla\u015f\u0131lmamal\u0131. Evde, okulda, hastanede, sanayide \u00e7ok k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck yat\u0131r\u0131mlarla daha az enerji, daha y\u00fcksek verim elde edebiliriz. Enerji verimlili\u011fi bizler i\u00e7in neden bu kadar \u00f6nemli? \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin enerji yo\u011funlu\u011fu d\u00fcnya ortalamas\u0131n\u0131n \u00fczerinde. Ayn\u0131 i\u015fi yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki muadillerimize g\u00f6re daha fazla enerji \u00fcreterek elde ediyoruz. Enerji yo\u011funlu\u011fumuzun azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 konusunda son 20 y\u0131lda \u00f6nemli ad\u0131mlar att\u0131k. 2002 y\u0131l\u0131ndan bu yana enerji yo\u011funlu\u011fumuzu<strong> y\u00fczde 28<\/strong> oran\u0131nda da azaltt\u0131k. 20 y\u0131l \u00f6ncesi g\u00f6re <strong>bug\u00fcn ayn\u0131 \u00fcretim, hizmet ya da konfor i\u00e7in<\/strong> d\u00f6rtte bir oran\u0131nda <strong>daha az enerji kullan\u0131yoruz<\/strong> demektir. Slogan\u0131m\u0131z da \u015fu; <strong>Az enerjide \u00e7ok i\u015f \u00fcretece\u011fiz<\/strong>. Ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz y\u0131l enerji yo\u011funlu\u011funda <strong>y\u0131ll\u0131k y\u00fczde 2,7<\/strong> azalmayla tarihi rekorumuzu k\u0131rd\u0131k. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z k\u00fcresel d\u00fczeyde de kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k buldu. Bu istatistikleri takip eden de\u011fi\u015fik uluslararas\u0131 kurulu\u015flar var. Uluslararas\u0131 Enerji Ajans\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n nihai k\u00fcresel enerji verimlili\u011fi de\u011ferlendirme raporunda enerji yo\u011funlu\u011fu iyile\u015ftirme ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda d\u00fcnyada ikinci olduk. T\u00fcrkiye Ulusal Enerji Plan\u0131&#8217;m\u0131zda bu hususla ilgili \u00f6nemli hedefleri de belirledik. <strong>2000<\/strong> ila <strong>2035 y\u0131llar\u0131<\/strong> aras\u0131nda enerji yo\u011funlu\u011fumuzda<strong> y\u00fczde 50&#8217;den fazla<\/strong> bir iyile\u015fme \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Zaten <strong>y\u00fczde 28&#8217;lik<\/strong> k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 katettik. Kalan s\u00fcre i\u00e7inde, <strong>12 y\u0131l i\u00e7inde<\/strong> in\u015fallah bunu<strong> y\u00fczde 50<\/strong>&#8216;lere \u00e7\u0131kartaca\u011f\u0131z.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Bakan Fatih D\u00f6nmez, T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de kalk\u0131nmada ye\u015fil enerjinin daha fazla \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir d\u00f6neme girildi\u011fine i\u015faret ederek <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u015fu de\u011ferlendirmede bulundu:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Hanelerden sanayiye, tar\u0131mdan ula\u015ft\u0131rmaya, bina ve enerjiye bu d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmek i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 hayata ge\u00e7irdik, ge\u00e7irmeye devam ediyoruz. Bug\u00fcn de <strong>BEBKA kaynak verimlili\u011fi ve ye\u015fil d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm faaliyetleriyle<\/strong> \u00f6nemli bir i\u015fe daha imza atacak.<strong> Eski\u015fehir, Bursa ve Bilecik&#8217;in<\/strong> de i\u00e7inde yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6nemli bir sanayi merkezi oldu. T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin \u00f6nde gelen pek \u00e7ok firmas\u0131n\u0131n ana \u00fcretim merkezi <strong>Eski\u015fehir<\/strong>. Neredeyse <strong>son 20 y\u0131lda 4 kat b\u00fcy\u00fcm\u00fc\u015f<\/strong> bir <strong>Eski\u015fehir&#8217;den, Eski\u015fehir sanayisinden<\/strong> bahsediyoruz. Hi\u00e7 \u015f\u00fcphesiz enerjinin de \u00e7ok yo\u011fun kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 b\u00f6lge buras\u0131. B\u00f6lgede bug\u00fcne kadar <strong>temiz \u00fcretim, at\u0131k geri kazan\u0131m\u0131, enerji verimlili\u011fi<\/strong> ve <strong>enerji alanlar\u0131nda<\/strong> yakla\u015f\u0131k <strong>190 milyon liral\u0131k<\/strong> bir destek sa\u011flam\u0131\u015f\u0131z. Sadece finansal boyutta verilmedi, hi\u00e7 \u015f\u00fcphesiz bu destekler. B\u00f6lgedeki yerel y\u00f6netimlere, \u00f6zel \u015firketlere de yenilenebilir enerji ve enerji verimlili\u011fi konular\u0131nda seminerler d\u00fczenlendi. B\u00f6lgede halihaz\u0131rda s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclen yenilik ve verimlilik sonu\u00e7 odakl\u0131 programla \u00f6nemli tasar\u0131mlar elde edildi.
