T\u00fcrkiye genelinde bin 400 binan\u0131n \u201cNeredeyse S\u0131f\u0131r Enerjili Binalar\u201d (nSEB) konseptine ge\u00e7mi\u015f olmas\u0131ndan b\u00fcy\u00fck memnuniyet duyduklar\u0131n\u0131 belirten \u0130ZODER Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Emrullah Eruslu; <em>\u201cS\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir ve g\u00fcvenli yap\u0131la\u015fma i\u00e7in nSEB binalar b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yor. \u015eu anda 5 bin metrekareden b\u00fcy\u00fck binalar i\u00e7in zorunlu olsa da biz T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin \u201c2053 net s\u0131f\u0131r emisyon\u201d hedefi do\u011frultusunda t\u00fcm yeni yap\u0131lan binalar\u0131n nSEB konseptinde yap\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 tavsiye ediyoruz. B\u00f6ylece hem \u00e7evreye hem de ekonomiye \u00f6nemli oranda katk\u0131 sa\u011flayabiliriz\u201d<\/em> dedi. <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u00c7evre, \u015eehircilik ve \u0130klim De\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n iklim dostu ye\u015fil binalar\u0131n yap\u0131m\u0131na \u00f6ncelik verilmesi ve bu kapsamda te\u015fviklerin art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na ili\u015fkin madde do\u011frultusunda att\u0131\u011f\u0131 ad\u0131mlar sonu\u00e7 vermeye ba\u015flad\u0131. S\u00f6z konusu madde kapsam\u0131nda yap\u0131lan d\u00fczenlemeyle <strong>Binalarda Enerji Performans\u0131 Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi\u2019nde<\/strong> de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fe gidildi ve 1 Ocak 2023\u2019ten itibaren parseldeki toplam in\u015faat alan\u0131<strong> 5 bin metrekareden b\u00fcy\u00fck<\/strong> olan t\u00fcm binalar\u0131n <strong>\u201cNeredeyse S\u0131f\u0131r Enerjili Binalar\u201d (nSEB)<\/strong> konseptine uygun in\u015fa edilmesi zorunlu hale getirildi. B\u00f6ylece, nSEB binalar enerji performans s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 en az<strong> \u201cB\u201d<\/strong> olacak \u015fekilde in\u015fa edilecek ve bu binalar kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 enerjinin en az<strong> y\u00fczde 5\u2019ini<\/strong> <strong>g\u00fcne\u015f paneli, r\u00fczgar <img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright wp-image-175325\" src=\"https:\/\/www.enerjigazetesi.ist\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/izoder-tum-yeni-binalar-nseb-konsepti-ile-insa-edilmeli-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"320\" height=\"330\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.enerjigazetesi.ist\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/izoder-tum-yeni-binalar-nseb-konsepti-ile-insa-edilmeli-2.jpg 465w, https:\/\/www.enerjigazetesi.ist\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/izoder-tum-yeni-binalar-nseb-konsepti-ile-insa-edilmeli-2-291x300.jpg 291w, https:\/\/www.enerjigazetesi.ist\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/izoder-tum-yeni-binalar-nseb-konsepti-ile-insa-edilmeli-2-388x400.jpg 388w, https:\/\/www.enerjigazetesi.ist\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/izoder-tum-yeni-binalar-nseb-konsepti-ile-insa-edilmeli-2-48x50.jpg 48w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 320px) 100vw, 320px\" \/>enerjisi, \u0131s\u0131 pompas\u0131<\/strong> gibi <strong>yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131ndan<\/strong> kar\u015f\u0131layacak. Bu kapsamda bug\u00fcne kadar <strong>5 bin metrekareden b\u00fcy\u00fck bin 400 bina nSEB \u015fartlar\u0131na uygun<\/strong> projelendirilerek ruhsat ald\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00fcresel enerji krizinde tehlike \u00e7anlar\u0131 \u00e7almaya devam ederken nSEB konseptli binalar\u0131n can suyu g\u00f6revi g\u00f6rece\u011fini belirten <strong>\u0130ZODER Is\u0131 Su Ses ve Yang\u0131n Yal\u0131t\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131 Derne\u011fi Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Emrullah Eruslu<\/strong>,<em> \u201cGerek \u00fclkemizde gerekse d\u00fcnyada bo\u015fa harcanacak enerji kayna\u011f\u0131m\u0131z yok. Toplumun t\u00fcm kesimlerinin enerji verimlili\u011fine \u00f6ncelik vermeleri \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem arz ediyor. Bu ba\u011flamda <strong>Neredeyse S\u0131f\u0131r Enerjili Binalara ge\u00e7i\u015f<\/strong> noktas\u0131nda Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n att\u0131\u011f\u0131 ad\u0131mlar\u0131 k\u0131ymetli buluyoruz. Sekt\u00f6r olarak da bu uygulamalar\u0131 yak\u0131ndan takip edece\u011fiz. Yeniden in\u015fa esnas\u0131nda metrekareye bak\u0131lmadan <strong>t\u00fcm binalar\u0131n nSEB konseptine uygun in\u015fa edilmesi<\/strong> gereklili\u011fini bir kez daha vurgulamak istiyoruz. <strong>Binalarda enerji verimlili\u011finde<\/strong> geli\u015fmi\u015f \u00fclkelerle aram\u0131zdaki <strong>a\u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131 kapatmal\u0131<\/strong> ve<strong> s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik yar\u0131\u015f\u0131nda atak yapmal\u0131y\u0131z<\/strong>\u201d<\/em> dedi.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>2025\u2019te yeni zorunluluk geliyor, beklemeden bug\u00fcn nSEB\u2019e ge\u00e7in\u2026<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Binalarda Enerji Performans\u0131 Mevzuat\u0131na g\u00f6re<strong> 01 Ocak 2025<\/strong> tarihinden itibaren <strong>Neredeyse S\u0131f\u0131r Enerjili Binalar (nSEB) bina \u015fart\u0131n\u0131n 2 bin metrekareye \u00e7ekilirken<\/strong>, yenilenebilir enerji kullan\u0131m oran\u0131n\u0131n ise <strong>y\u00fczde 10\u2019a<\/strong> \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131laca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve <strong>yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131n bu hedeflere ula\u015fmada \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir rol<\/strong> \u00fcstlendi\u011fini dile getiren <strong>Emrullah Eruslu<\/strong>, \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi; <em>\u201cAsgari enerji performans\u0131 \u2018B\u2019 olan nSEB binalar, di\u011fer binalara g\u00f6re cephelerde en az<strong> 2-3 cm<\/strong>, \u00e7at\u0131larda en az <strong>4-6 cm<\/strong>, d\u00f6\u015femelerde en az 2 cm <strong>daha kal\u0131n<\/strong> <strong>yal\u0131t\u0131ma<\/strong> ve <strong>kaplamal\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m cam\u0131 \u00fcniteleri<\/strong> ile<strong> \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m de\u011ferleri<\/strong> iyile\u015ftirilmi\u015f pencerelere sahip olduklar\u0131ndan yak\u0131t faturalar\u0131nda kullan\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131na y\u00fcksek oranda tasarruf sa\u011fl\u0131yor. 2025 y\u0131l\u0131 beklenmeden t\u00fcm binalar\u0131n <strong>nSEB konseptinde<\/strong> yap\u0131lmas\u0131 ile kamunun \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6re \u00f6rnek ve \u00f6nc\u00fc olmas\u0131 sa\u011flanaca\u011f\u0131 gibi <strong>enerji verimli, \u00e7evreye duyarl\u0131<\/strong> ve<strong> yenilenebilir enerjiden yararlan\u0131lmas\u0131<\/strong> y\u00f6nleriyle projenin sosyal etkisi artt\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olacakt\u0131r. Afet b\u00f6lgesindeki 11 ilde ba\u015flayan bu yakla\u015f\u0131m <strong>81 ile<\/strong> geni\u015fletilerek <strong>nSEB konseptinde<\/strong> yerel ve yatay mimaride yap\u0131lacak <strong>sosyal konutlar<\/strong> ile binalardan kaynaklanan<strong> sera gaz\u0131 sal\u0131mlar\u0131nda da azalma sa\u011flanaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131n<\/strong> g\u00f6z ard\u0131 edilmemesi gerekiyor.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Avrupa\u2019da 2020 y\u0131l\u0131ndan beri t\u00fcm yeni binalar neredeyse s\u0131f\u0131r enerji konsepti ile yap\u0131l\u0131yor\u2026<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de 2008 y\u0131l\u0131nda tan\u0131mlanm\u0131\u015f enerji limitlerinin kullan\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n enerjide b\u00fcy\u00fck oranda israfa i\u015faret etti\u011fine dikkat \u00e7eken <strong>\u0130ZODER Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Emrullah Eruslu, <\/strong>a\u00e7\u0131klamalar\u0131na \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti: <em>\u201cAvrupa Birli\u011fi\u2019nde 2019 y\u0131l\u0131ndan bu yana yeni kamu binalar\u0131n\u0131n t\u00fcm\u00fc 2020 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131ndan itibaren ise <strong>t\u00fcm yeni binalar neredeyse s\u0131f\u0131r enerjili<\/strong> olarak yap\u0131l\u0131yor. Bir\u00e7ok geli\u015fmi\u015f \u00fclkede binalar, \u0131s\u0131tma ve so\u011futmaya y\u00f6nelik birim metrekaredeki y\u0131ll\u0131k enerji t\u00fcketimi<strong> 30-50 kW<\/strong> olacak \u015fekilde <strong>yal\u0131t\u0131ml\u0131<\/strong> olarak <strong>tasarlan\u0131yor<\/strong> ve <strong>in\u015fa ediliyor<\/strong>. \u00dclkemizde ise halen bina enerji t\u00fcketimi <strong>120-150 kW (birim metrekare\/y\u0131l)<\/strong> seviyesinde. Y\u00f6netmelik revizyonu ile zorunlu hale gelen <strong>nSEB<\/strong> ile toplam in\u015faat alan\u0131 <strong>5 bin metrekareden b\u00fcy\u00fck<\/strong> olan s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 say\u0131daki yap\u0131larda<strong> enerji t\u00fcketimini 100-120 kW<\/strong> seviyesine \u00e7ekmi\u015f olaca\u011f\u0131z. Kapsam d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki binalar ise <strong>120-150kW<\/strong> mertebelerinde enerji t\u00fcketmeye devam edecek. \u00d6zetle halen enerji israf\u0131m\u0131z geli\u015fmi\u015f \u00fclkeler ile mukayese edildi\u011finde <strong>3<\/strong> ila <strong>5 kat<\/strong> daha fazla. Bir an \u00f6nce <strong>Enerji Verimlili\u011fi Strateji Belgesi\u2019nde<\/strong> de tan\u0131mland\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fczere <strong>enerji limitlerimizi<\/strong> ve <strong>U de\u011ferlerimizi<\/strong> bu revizyonla birlikte geli\u015fmi\u015f \u00fclkeler seviyesine getirmemiz gerekiyor. Dernek olarak hayata ge\u00e7irdi\u011fimiz <strong>\u2018Tek yol U d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u2019<\/strong> kampanyam\u0131zla da <strong>U de\u011ferlerinin (\u0131s\u0131 ge\u00e7irgenlik oran\u0131) \u00fclke genelinde<\/strong> iyile\u015ftirilmesi konusunda yo\u011fun bir gayret sarf ediyoruz. <strong>Binalarda Is\u0131 Yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 Kurallar\u0131 Standard\u0131<\/strong> <strong>TS 825<\/strong> revizyonu bu noktada b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yor. <strong>Revize standard\u0131n bir an \u00f6nce \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 bekliyoruz.\u201d<\/strong><\/em><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sorry, this entry is only available in Turkish.
