Bu y\u00f6ntemlerin ba\u015f\u0131nda gelen bilgisayar tomografisi, manyetik rezonans (MR) g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcleme ve dokular\u0131n\u0131n pozitron emisyon tomografisi (PET) taramas\u0131nda ise \u201cy\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n molek\u00fcl\u00fc\u201d olarak adland\u0131r\u0131lan florodeoksiglukoz kullan\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Damar i\u00e7inde uygulanan, steril, berrak bir \u00e7\u00f6zelti olan ve do\u011fal glikoza benzeyen florodeoksiglukoz, radyoizotop florin-18 ile i\u015faretlenmi\u015f bir molek\u00fcl\u00fc incelenen alana iletmek i\u00e7in kullan\u0131l\u0131yor. Radyoizotop v\u00fccuda girdikten sonra t\u0131pk\u0131 bir el feneri gibi glikoz emiliminin fazla yo\u011fun oldu\u011fu olu\u015fumlar\u0131n ayd\u0131nlat\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131yor. S\u00f6z konusu \u00e7\u00f6zelti, metabolik olarak sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 h\u00fccrelerden daha aktif olan k\u00f6t\u00fc huylu h\u00fccreleri i\u015faret ediyor.<\/p>\n<p>Radyolog, hasta tomografi cihaz\u0131n\u0131n i\u00e7indeyken bilgisayar ekran\u0131nda parlak, karanl\u0131k ve normal alanlar\u0131 bu sayede g\u00f6rebiliyor. Bu y\u00f6ntem sayesinde, \u00e7ap\u0131 4-5 mm kadar k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck olan patolojik odak noktalar tespit edilebiliyor. S\u00f6z konusu hassas \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm, hastan\u0131n tedavi sonras\u0131 takip ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan da b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6neme ta\u015f\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Rosatom, radyofarmas\u00f6tik yelpazesini geni\u015fletiyor<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Mersin\u2019in G\u00fclnar il\u00e7esinde Akkuyu N\u00fckleer G\u00fc\u00e7 Santrali\u2019ni in\u015fa eden Rusya Devlet N\u00fckleer Enerji Kurulu\u015fu Rosatom da k\u00fcresel radyofarmas\u00f6tik pazar\u0131nda da ad\u0131ndan s\u00f6z ettiriyor.<\/p>\n<p>Rosatom&#8217;un yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131ndan sorumlu \u015firketi Rusatom Overseas, Bolivya&#8217;n\u0131n El Alto \u015fehrinde bir N\u00fckleer Ara\u015ft\u0131rma ve Teknoloji Merkezi (NRTC) in\u015fa ediyor. NRTC tesislerinden biri, radyoizotoplar\u0131 (\u00f6rne\u011fin florin-18) ve radyofarmas\u00f6tikleri (\u00f6rne\u011fin florodeoksiglikoz) \u00fcretmek i\u00e7in tasarlanm\u0131\u015f bir siklotron olma \u00f6zelli\u011fi ta\u015f\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Rusatom Overseas Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Evgeny Pakermanov, \u201cFlorodeoksiglukoz hakl\u0131 olarak &#8216;y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n molek\u00fcl\u00fc&#8217; olarak adland\u0131r\u0131l\u0131yor. Bu yeni tesis, kardiyovask\u00fcler ve n\u00f6rodejeneratif hastal\u0131klar\u0131n ve kanserlerin te\u015fhis ve tedavisinde \u00e7ok ra\u011fbet g\u00f6ren maddelerin Rusya taraf\u0131ndan \u00fcretimini art\u0131racak.<\/p>\n<p>Fabrika, Obninsk\u2019te yer alan ve Rosatom\u2019un i\u015ftiraki Karpov Fizik ve Kimya Bilimsel Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc\u2019ne NIFHI ait arazi \u00fczerinde in\u015fa ediliyor. Rusya\u2019n\u0131n en b\u00fcy\u00fck radyofarmas\u00f6tik \u00fcreticilerinden biri olan NIFHI, \u00e7ok \u00e7e\u015fitli tan\u0131sal ve terap\u00f6tik radyofarmas\u00f6tikler \u00fczerine temel ara\u015ft\u0131rma ve geli\u015ftirme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcyor ve radyo kimyasal \u00fcretim y\u00f6ntemlerini ve s\u00fcre\u00e7lerini iyile\u015ftiriyor. Yeni fabrikan\u0131n 2025 y\u0131l\u0131nda i\u015fletime al\u0131nmas\u0131 planlan\u0131yor. \u00dcretim s\u00fcre\u00e7leri, ila\u00e7 \u00fcretimine y\u00f6nelik uluslararas\u0131 bir kalite kontrol sistemi olan iyi \u00fcretim uygulamalar\u0131 (GMP) ile tamamen uyumlu bir \u015fekilde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclecek. Fabrikan\u0131n temel atma t\u00f6reninde konu\u015fan Rosatom Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Aleksey Likhachev: \u201cD\u00fcnya \u00e7ap\u0131nda \u00e7ok say\u0131da in\u015faat i\u015fi yap\u0131yoruz ve burada en iyi in\u015faat teknolojimizi kullanaca\u011f\u0131z. Bunlar aras\u0131nda bilinen ve \u00e7ok ra\u011fbet g\u00f6ren iyot-131, samaryum-153 ve molibden-99 gibi izotoplar\u0131 i\u00e7eren yer al\u0131yor. Fabrikada ayr\u0131ca, l\u00fctesyum-177, aktinyum-225, radyum-223 ve di\u011fer izotoplara dayal\u0131 aktif radyofarmas\u00f6tik maddeler ve ila\u00e7lar da \u00fcretilecek.<\/p>\n<p>Rus n\u00fckleer \u015firketi, d\u00fcnyada l\u00fctesyum-177 i\u00e7in kaynak malzeme olarak kullan\u0131lan iterbiyum-176 ve l\u00fctesyum-176 izotoplar\u0131n\u0131n ticari \u00fcretimini ba\u015flatan ilk \u015firketler aras\u0131nda yer al\u0131yor. Bununla beraber \u015firket \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131, l\u00fctesyum-177 i\u00e7in bir dizi \u00fcretim y\u00f6ntemi geli\u015ftiriyor ve bunlar\u0131 hayata ge\u00e7iriyor.
