\u00c7evre, \u015eehircilik ve \u0130klim De\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131nca, 1 Ocak’tan itibaren 5 bin metrekareden b\u00fcy\u00fck binalarda yenilenebilir enerji zorunlulu\u011fu getiren d\u00fczenleme kapsam\u0131nda 1400 bina, “Neredeyse S\u0131f\u0131r Enerjili Binalar” (nSEB) konseptine ge\u00e7i\u015f yapt\u0131.<\/h2>\n

Y\u00f6netmelik de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fiyle normal binalara g\u00f6re enerji verimlili\u011fi daha fazla olan<\/strong> ve kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 enerjinin belirli bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131ndan<\/strong> temin eden nSEB konseptine ge\u00e7i\u015f<\/strong>, a\u015famal\u0131 olarak 1 Ocak’ta<\/strong> zorunlu hale getirildi.\"\"<\/strong><\/p>\n

B\u00f6ylece, 1 Ocak’tan itibaren, bir parseldeki toplam in\u015faat alan\u0131 5 bin metrekareden b\u00fcy\u00fck olan t\u00fcm binalar, enerji performans s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 en az “B”<\/strong> olacak \u015fekilde in\u015fa edilecek ve bu binalar\u0131n, kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 enerjinin en az y\u00fczde 5’ini<\/strong> g\u00fcne\u015f paneli, r\u00fczgar enerjisi, \u0131s\u0131 pompas\u0131<\/strong> gibi yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131ndan kar\u015f\u0131layacak.<\/p>\n

Bu kapsamda, bug\u00fcne kadar 5 bin metrekareden<\/strong> b\u00fcy\u00fck 1400 bina nSEB \u015fartlar\u0131na uygun projelendirilerek ruhsat<\/strong> ald\u0131.<\/p>\n

Bu binalar, normal bir binaya g\u00f6re yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 25 enerji verimli<\/strong> olarak tasarland\u0131. \u0130n\u015faat\u0131 devam eden bu binalar\u0131n nSEB ko\u015fullar\u0131nda projelendirilmesiyle<\/strong> bina tamamland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda y\u0131ll\u0131k 24 gigawatt saati<\/strong> bulan enerji israf\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ilecek.<\/p>\n

B\u00f6ylece, T\u00fcrkiye’nin enerji faturas\u0131nda y\u0131ll\u0131k 9,5 milyon liral\u0131k bir tasarruf<\/strong> sa\u011flanacak.<\/p>\n

UYGULAMA 2025’TE 2 B\u0130N METREKARE \u00dcZER\u0130 B\u0130NALARDA DA YAYGINLA\u015eTIRILACAK<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ayr\u0131ca 1 Ocak 2025’ten itibaren bu uygulaman\u0131n 2 bin metrekare \u00fczeri<\/strong> t\u00fcm binalara yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ve kullan\u0131lan enerjinin en az y\u00fczde 10’unun<\/strong> yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131ndan sa\u011flamas\u0131 zorunlu olacak.<\/p>\n

T\u00fcrkiye’nin “2053 net s\u0131f\u0131r emisyon”<\/strong> hedefine ula\u015f\u0131labilmesi i\u00e7in 2030’dan itibaren uygulamada<\/strong> ikinci a\u015famaya ge\u00e7ilerek metrekare s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131 olmadan t\u00fcm binalar i\u00e7in zorunluluk getirilmesi<\/strong>, asgari enerji performans\u0131 s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131nda<\/strong> ve asgari yenilenebilir enerji kullan\u0131m\u0131n<\/strong> oran\u0131nda daha b\u00fcy\u00fck iyile\u015ftirmeler yap\u0131lmas\u0131 hedefleniyor.<\/p>\n
