Yap\u0131lan bilimsel de\u011ferlendirmelere g\u00f6re, \u00fclkemizin ciddi bir enerji verimlili\u011fi potansiyeli var. Sadece enerji verimlili\u011fi uygulamalar\u0131yla 2020 y\u0131l\u0131 enerji talebimiz y\u00fczde 20 azalt\u0131labilir. \u00d6ncelikle i\u015fyerlerimizde ciddi bir enerji et\u00fcd\u00fc yaparak verimlilik f\u0131rsatlar\u0131n\u0131 belirlemeliyiz.&#8221;<br \/>\n<strong>ENERJ\u0130 \u0130THALATI ANCAK VER\u0130ML\u0130L\u0130K \u0130LE AZALIR<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8216;Enerji Y\u00f6netimine Metodik Yakla\u015f\u0131mlar&#8217; konusunun ele al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve Uluda\u011f \u00dcniversitesi&#8217;nden Prof. Dr. Ak\u0131n Burak Etemo\u011flu&#8217;nun y\u00f6netti\u011fi oturuma Adnan Menderes \u00dcniversitesi&#8217;nden Prof. Dr. Yunus \u00c7engel, Ya\u015far \u00dcniversitesi&#8217;nden Prof. Dr. Arif Hepba\u015fl\u0131 ile Bureau Veritas&#8217;tan Semra Can konu\u015fmac\u0131 olarak kat\u0131ld\u0131. &#8216;Enerjinin etkin ve verimli kullan\u0131m\u0131&#8217;, &#8216;Enerji tasarrufu olas\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131&#8217; ve &#8216;ISO 50001 Enerji Y\u00f6netim Sistemi&#8217; hakk\u0131nda bilgilerin payla\u015f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 oturumun a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 yapan Prof. Dr. Etemo\u011flu, enerjide y\u00fczde 70 d\u0131\u015fa ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131 olan T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin bu oran\u0131, ancak enerji verimlili\u011fi ile azaltabilece\u011fine dikkat \u00e7ekti.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;Neden Enerji Verimlili\u011fi&#8217; konulu sunumuna, T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin enerjide y\u00fczde 70 olan d\u0131\u015fa ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131na vurgu yaparak ba\u015flayan Prof. Dr. \u00c7engel, &#8220;Enerji ithalat\u0131na 2002 y\u0131l\u0131nda 10 milyar dolar para harcayan T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de bu rakam 2012&#8217;de 60 milyar dolara y\u00fckseldi. \u0130\u015fte cari a\u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n nereden geldi\u011fi belli oluyor. Toplam ithalatta enerjinin pay\u0131, yine 2002 y\u0131l\u0131nda y\u00fczde 12 iken 2012&#8217;de y\u00fczde 25&#8217;e \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131.&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Tasarruf i\u00e7in ba\u015far\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken birinci \u00f6nceli\u011fin enerji verimlili\u011fi oldu\u011funu anlatan \u00c7engel, global d\u00fcnyada i\u015fletmelerin rekabeti i\u00e7in enerji fiyat\u0131n\u0131n son derece \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funu kaydetti. \u00c7engel, &#8220;Enerjiye gere\u011finden fazla para harcan\u0131rsa maliyetler otomatikman artar ve \u00fclkenin rekabet g\u00fcc\u00fc azal\u0131r. Enerji verimlili\u011fi; t\u00fcm bireyler, aileler, kurum-kurulu\u015f ve i\u015fletmeler i\u00e7in olmazsa-olmazd\u0131r. Fakat \u00f6nemli olan, \u00fcretimin kalitesini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmeden enerjiyi kullanmakt\u0131r. Enerji verimlili\u011fi g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde &#8216;alt\u0131nc\u0131 yak\u0131t&#8217; olarak de\u011ferlendiriliyor. Verimlili\u011fe de yak\u0131t gibi b\u00fct\u00e7e ay\u0131rmak gerekiyor. Fakat bu, son derece ucuz bir enerji. En b\u00fcy\u00fck yerli enerji kayna\u011f\u0131, enerji verimlili\u011fidir.&#8221; diye konu\u015ftu.<br \/>\n<strong>BU D\u00dcNYANIN \u00c7ARKI, SADECE TEM\u0130Z ENERJ\u0130YLE DE D\u00d6NER&#8230;<\/strong><br \/>\n\u0130\u015fletmelerin, gerekirse bor\u00e7 bulup enerji verimlili\u011fine kaynak aktarmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini vurgulayan \u00c7engel, bu yap\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00fcrece, kabar\u0131k elektrik faturalar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6denmeye devam edece\u011fini belirtti. Enerji verimlili\u011fini; &#8216;B\u00fcy\u00fck, bakir, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck maliyetli bir enerji kayna\u011f\u0131&#8217; olarak tan\u0131mlayan \u00c7engel, enerji g\u00fcvenli\u011fini de \u00fclkenin milli g\u00fcvenli\u011fi ile e\u015fde\u011fer tuttu\u011funu a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131. \u00c7engel, &#8220;Enerji verimlili\u011fi \u00e7ok say\u0131da yeni santral ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131 ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131yor. Bu d\u00fcnyan\u0131n \u00e7ark\u0131, fosil yak\u0131t t\u00fcketmeden temiz enerjiyle de pekala d\u00f6ner. Enerji verimlili\u011fi; sadece devletin de\u011fil herkesin bir \u015feyler yapmas\u0131, elini ta\u015f\u0131n alt\u0131na koymas\u0131 gereken bir alan&#8221; dedi.<br \/>\n<strong>T\u00dcRK\u0130YE ENERJ\u0130 VER\u0130ML\u0130L\u0130\u011e\u0130NDE GE\u00c7 KALDI<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8216;Enerji Verimlili\u011fi ve Y\u00f6netimi \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na Genel Bir Bak\u0131\u015f&#8217; sunumu yapan Prof. Dr. Hepba\u015fl\u0131 ise enerji verimlili\u011fi ve y\u00f6netiminde ge\u00e7 kalan T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin \u00f6n\u00fcnde ciddi f\u0131rsatlar bulundu\u011funa i\u015faret etti. \u00dcniversitelerin, \u00e7e\u015fitli destek ve te\u015fviklerle &#8216;sahaya inip&#8217; enerji verimlili\u011fi konusunda sanayi ile b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015fmesi gerekti\u011fini anlatan Hepba\u015fl\u0131, i\u015fletmelerin tart\u0131\u015fmas\u0131z bi\u00e7imde enerji y\u00f6netimi sistemlerini kurmak zorunda oldu\u011funu vurgulad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Tasarrufun de\u011fil enerji verimlili\u011finin \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funa dikkat \u00e7eken Hepba\u015fl\u0131, &#8220;Enerji verimlili\u011fi, kaliteden \u00f6d\u00fcn verilmeden yap\u0131lmal\u0131. Enerji y\u00f6netiminde tek ama\u00e7; i\u015fletmede s\u00fcrekli iyile\u015ftirme sa\u011flamakt\u0131r&#8221; diye konu\u015ftu.<br \/>\n<strong>UFAK B\u00dcT\u00c7ELERLE B\u00dcY\u00dcK KAZANIMLAR ELDE ETMEK M\u00dcMK\u00dcN<\/strong><br \/>\nISO 50001 Enerji Y\u00f6netim Sistemi&#8217;nin i\u015f d\u00fcnyas\u0131ndan b\u00fcy\u00fck ra\u011fbet g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc, fakat bunun yeterli olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, sistemin ba\u015far\u0131ya ula\u015fmas\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00fcst y\u00f6netimlerin bizzat i\u015fin i\u00e7inde bulunmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini belirten Semra Can da, s\u00f6z konusu sistemin direkt enerjiye odakl\u0131 oldu\u011funu kaydetti. &#8220;Tasarruflu ampul m\u00fc \u00f6nemli, yoksa \u00fcretimde pres \u015fekillendirme mi&#8221; diyerek, sanayide verimlilik anlam\u0131nda yap\u0131lan baz\u0131 hatalara de\u011finen Can, &#8220;50001, bize enerji y\u00f6netiminde nereden ba\u015flamam\u0131z gerekti\u011fini anlat\u0131yor. Bursa sanayisinin elektrik enerjisi t\u00fcketimi ve bu alanda yap\u0131labilecek verimlilik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131yla ilgili \u00e7ok \u00e7arp\u0131c\u0131 bir \u00f6rnek de veren Aypak, &#8220;Bursa&#8217;daki OSB&#8217;lerin y\u0131ll\u0131k elektrik enerjisi t\u00fcketimi yakla\u015f\u0131k 4 milyar kilovat saat. Program dahilinde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclecek enerji y\u00f6netimi sistemiyle y\u00fczde 25 verimlilik sa\u011flanabildi\u011fine g\u00f6re, 1 milyar kilovat saat enerjiden s\u00f6z ediyoruz. Bunun maddi de\u011feri 200 milyon liray\u0131 buluyor.
