Hem i\u00e7eride nem, rutubet ve k\u00fcf birikimleri ya\u015fam\u0131yoruz hem de rutubetin birikmesi sonucu yap\u0131sal anlamda donat\u0131lar\u0131n incelmesini engelleyerek kolon ve kiri\u015flerde olu\u015fabilecek korozyonun \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7mi\u015f oluyoruz<\/em><em>\u201d<\/em><em> dedi. <\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong>YAPILAR ENERJ\u0130 TASARRUFU VE \u00c7EVREN\u0130N KORUNMASI \u0130\u00c7\u0130N B\u00dcY\u00dcK \u00d6NEME SAH\u0130P<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Yap\u0131lar, enerji tasarrufu ve \u00e7evrenin korunmas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6nemli bir role sahip diyen <strong>\u00c7a\u011fda\u015f Korkmaz<\/strong>; \u201c<em>\u00dclkemizde enerji verimlili\u011fi alan\u0131nda bilincin artt\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, ayn\u0131 zamanda d\u00fcnya ve Avrupa&#8217;daki geli\u015fmeler, k\u00fcresel iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fiyle m\u00fccadele anlam\u0131nda faaliyetler y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcyoruz. Bu konuda \u015fimdiye kadar 30.\u2019sunu ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi\u011fimiz Anadolu Bulu\u015fmas\u0131nda \u00f6zellikle \u00fclkemizde enerji ihtiyac\u0131, d\u0131\u015fa ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131k, yap\u0131larda enerji verimlili\u011fiyle beraber elde edece\u011fimiz tasarrufun alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izmeye gayret g\u00f6sterdik. \u00d6zellikle \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki d\u00f6nemde enerjiye olan ihtiyac\u0131n, enerjiye olan ula\u015f\u0131m\u0131n yarataca\u011f\u0131 zorluklar nedeniyle, mevcut yap\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n daha fazla enerjide verimli hale gelmesinin hem \u00fclke ekonomisine katk\u0131s\u0131 hem hane halk\u0131na getirece\u011fi faydalar\u0131 bug\u00fcn vurgulamaya gayret g\u00f6sterdik. \u00d6zellikle ileriye d\u00f6n\u00fck olarak alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izerek s\u00f6yl\u00fcyorum; hem Avrupa&#8217;da hem de \u00fclkemizde enerji konusunda, iklim konusundaki de\u011fi\u015fikliklerin ve buradaki m\u00fccadelenin en \u00f6nemli yap\u0131lar\u0131ndan bir tanesi mevcut konutlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n, yap\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n enerji verimli d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcnden ge\u00e7iyor. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 olarak fosil yak\u0131tlar t\u00fcketiyoruz. <strong>Y\u00fczde 80<\/strong> \u0131s\u0131tma ve so\u011futma ama\u00e7l\u0131 enerjiler harc\u0131yoruz. Bunlar\u0131n azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 <strong>y\u00fczde 60<\/strong> mertebesinde tasarruf sa\u011flamas\u0131 ve bu yap\u0131lar\u0131n ba\u015fta <strong>\u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131ml\u0131<\/strong> olmak \u00fczere <strong>enerji verimli hale getirilmesinden<\/strong> ge\u00e7iyor. Bu hedeflere ula\u015fmak a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan da bu toplant\u0131lar\u0131, bu ileti\u015fimleri verim dal\u0131 olarak da yine s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmeye, \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki y\u0131llarda da planl\u0131yoruz\u201d<\/em> s\u00f6zlerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>25 M\u0130LYONA YAKIN KONUTUN %70\u2019DEN FAZLASI VER\u0130ML\u0130 DE\u011e\u0130L<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>2021 y\u0131l\u0131nda 60 milyar dolar olan T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin enerji faturas\u0131n\u0131n ge\u00e7en y\u0131l 100 milyar dolar\u0131 ge\u00e7ti\u011fini belirten <strong>VER\u0130MDER Dernek Ba\u015fkan\u0131 \u00c7a\u011fda\u015f Korkmaz, <\/strong>\u015funlar\u0131 aktard\u0131; <em>\u201c<\/em><em>T\u00fcrkiye enerji alan\u0131nda y\u00fczde 70 oran\u0131nda d\u0131\u015fa ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131. Enerji maliyetleri kadar enerjiye ula\u015f\u0131m konusunda da zor bir d\u00f6nemden ge\u00e7iliyor. Binalar en fazla enerjinin kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 alanlar olarak \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. Enerji fiyatlar\u0131ndaki art\u0131\u015f t\u00fcm vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 olumsuz y\u00f6nde etkiliyor. \u00c7anakkale Belediyesi olarak verimlilik konusunda emin ad\u0131mlar at\u0131yoruz. Yeni yap\u0131lacak binalarda ya\u011fmur suyu depolar\u0131n\u0131 zorunlu tutarak <strong>suyumuzu verimli kullanmak<\/strong> i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiriyoruz. Merkezi s\u0131cak su tesisatlar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi paneli ile destekleyen binalar\u0131n ruhsat \u00fccretlerinde y\u00fczde elli indirim sa\u011flayarak vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 <strong>yenilenebilir enerjiyi kullanmaya te\u015fvik<\/strong> ediyoruz. \u00c7anakkale Belediyesi olarak yeni a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z ye\u015fil binam\u0131z\u0131n \u00e7at\u0131s\u0131na koydu\u011fumuz<strong> g\u00fcne\u015f panelleri<\/strong> ile <strong>binan\u0131n elektri\u011finin y\u00fczde 60\u2019\u0131n\u0131<\/strong> buradan kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131yoruz. Enerji verimlili\u011fi hane halk\u0131na sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 tasarrufun yan\u0131nda \u00fclkemizin cari a\u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131na pozitif etki ediyor. K\u00fcresel iklim krizi kapsam\u0131nda sera gaz\u0131n\u0131 azaltmas\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 ve enerji verimlili\u011fini \u00f6nemsiyoruz. Dalma\u00e7yal\u0131 olarak \u00fclkemizde<strong> 50 bin binay\u0131 termal kamera<\/strong> ile inceleyerek <strong>bina sahiplerine raporlar\u0131 sunduk<\/strong>. Binalar\u0131n\u0131n enerji verimlili\u011fini \u00f6\u011frenmek isteyen vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131za bu konuda destek vermeye devam ediyoruz. Dalma\u00e7yal\u0131 olarak bug\u00fcne kadar <\/em><em><strong>2 bu\u00e7uk milyon<\/strong> konuta <strong>\u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 uygulamas\u0131<\/strong> ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirerek 10 milyonun \u00fczerinde hane halk\u0131na \u00e7a\u011fda\u015f ya\u015fam sunduk. Ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi\u011fimiz bu \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 ile 32 milyon ton \u00fczerinde karbondioksit e\u015f de\u011feri sera gaz\u0131 tasarrufu sa\u011flad\u0131k.
