IDP, iklimsel ve yap\u0131sal ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 tasar\u0131m\u0131n en erken s\u00fcrecinden itibaren merkeze al\u0131yor. D\u00fcnyadaki t\u00fcm \u00f6rnekler g\u00f6steriyor ki; efektif bir uygulamayla so\u011futma, \u0131s\u0131tma, ayd\u0131nlatma gibi sistemlerin enerji girdilerini s\u00fcrekli kontrol ederek y\u00fcksek verim elde edebiliriz\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Ayr\u0131ca konu\u015fmas\u0131nda karbon emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131 azaltma ve \u00f6nleme yollar\u0131na da de\u011finen Larsson, Sinerji Alan\u0131 Konsepti\u2019ni (Synergy Zone) de tan\u0131tarak; \u201cBu konsept, farkl\u0131 kullan\u0131m ve yap\u0131land\u0131rmalara sahip bina k\u00fcmelerinin bir araya gelerek termal enerji, yenilenebilir enerji \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131lar\u0131 veya gri sudaki fazlal\u0131klar\u0131 ve eksikliklerin dengelenmesini sa\u011fl\u0131yor. Ekonomik aktif termal transfere izin verecek \u015fekilde tasarlanm\u0131\u015f k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck k\u00fcmeleri i\u00e7eriyor ve binalar aras\u0131ndaki enerji transferini kolayla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131yor\u201d diye konu\u015ftu. Belediye olarak; insan ve do\u011fa ba\u011f\u0131n\u0131n kurulmas\u0131, toplu ta\u015f\u0131ma, bisiklet yollar\u0131, sosyal b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015fme, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel de\u011ferlerin yarat\u0131lmas\u0131 gibi fakt\u00f6rlerin s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir \u015fehirle\u015fmede ana hedefleri aras\u0131nda yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten Odaba\u015f\u0131 at\u0131l\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 \u015f\u00f6yle aktard\u0131: \u201cSu verimlili\u011fi ve ya\u011fmur suyu hasad\u0131na ili\u015fkin planlamam\u0131z kapsam\u0131nda; her ne kadar y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fckteki imar y\u00f6netmeli\u011finde bin metrekarenin \u00fczerindeki parsellerde yap\u0131lacak yeni binalarda sarn\u0131\u00e7 zorunlulu\u011fu getirilse de, Kad\u0131k\u00f6y Belediyesi olarak bu metrekareyi 400 metrekare olarak belirledik. Bu oran Kad\u0131k\u00f6y\u2019\u00fcn yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 50\u2019sinden fazlas\u0131n\u0131 kaps\u0131yor. Bununla birlikte, 2 bin metrekarenin \u00fczerindeki parsellerde ya\u011fmur suyu toplama tank\u0131 projesinin yan\u0131nda, gri su toplama tank\u0131na dair mekanik te\u00e7hizat projesi zorunlulu\u011fu da getirdik. Binalar\u0131n d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcnde yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131ndan g\u00fcne\u015f panellerinin zorunlu tutulmas\u0131na ili\u015fkin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ba\u015flatt\u0131k. Bu uygulamay\u0131 Kad\u0131k\u00f6y\u2019\u00fcn bir b\u00f6lgesinde s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 tuttuk. Yakla\u015f\u0131k bin adet yap\u0131n\u0131n bulundu\u011fu ve bu yap\u0131lar\u0131n sadece y\u00fczde 7\u2019sinin yenilendi\u011fi sahil adas\u0131 b\u00f6lgesinde, bu de\u011fi\u015fiklik ile minimum 5 kilowatt g\u00fcc\u00fcndeki g\u00fcne\u015f panellerinin kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 isk\u00e2n \u015fart\u0131 haline getirdik.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u201cBelediye Olarak Hedefimiz 2030 Y\u0131l\u0131na Kadar Kurum Binalar\u0131m\u0131zda Yenilenebilir Enerji Yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 2,5 Megavata \u00c7\u0131karmak\u201d<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u0130ki uygulaman\u0131n da \u00f6ncelikle Kad\u0131k\u00f6y Belediyesi hizmet binalar\u0131nda ve parklar\u0131nda uygulanmaya ba\u015fland\u0131\u011f\u0131na dikkat \u00e7eken Odaba\u015f\u0131, \u201cKad\u0131k\u00f6y Evlendirme Dairesi\u2019nin \u00e7at\u0131s\u0131na kurdu\u011fumuz solar g\u00fcne\u015f panelleri ile enerji ihtiyac\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n y\u00fczde 40\u2019\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lar hale geldik. Hedefimiz; kurum binalar\u0131m\u0131zda kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fc 1 megavat olan yenilenebilir enerji yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 2024 y\u0131l\u0131 sonuna kadar ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmek ve yakla\u015f\u0131k 700 ton karbondioksit emisyonunun azalt\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak. 2030 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar ise bu yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 2,5 megavata \u00e7\u0131kartmay\u0131 planl\u0131yoruz. Karbon sal\u0131n\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in hedefimiz; il\u00e7emizde karbon sal\u0131n\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 40\u2019\u0131na neden olan binalarda enerji verimlili\u011fini art\u0131rmak ve enerji performans s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131n\u0131n C\u2019den B\u2019ye y\u00fckseltilmesi.
