T\u00fcrkiye Akkuyu NGS sayesinde d\u00fcnyada \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir yere sahip olan n\u00fckleer kul\u00fcb\u00fcn yeni \u00fcyesi olacakt\u0131r&#8221;<\/em> diye konu\u015ftu.<\/main>Cing\u00f6z, <em>&#8220;D\u00fcnyada 31 \u00fclkede n\u00fckleer g\u00fc\u00e7 ile elektrik \u00fcretimi yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Bu \u00fclkelerin bir\u00e7o\u011fu n\u00fckleer \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;den sonra ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Maalesef ki T\u00fcrkiye 1957&#8217;lerde ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu n\u00fckleer g\u00fc\u00e7 enerji teknolojisine \u00e7e\u015fitli sebeplerden dolay\u0131 bir t\u00fcrl\u00fc ge\u00e7ememi\u015ftir. Bu a\u00e7\u0131dan bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda <strong>Akkuyu NGS<\/strong>&#8216;nin hayata ge\u00e7mesi b\u00fcy\u00fck bir \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yor&#8221;<\/em> ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n<h3>&#8220;N\u00dcKLEERE SAH\u0130P OLMAK DEMEK G\u00dc\u00c7L\u00dc \u00dcLKE OLMAK DEMEK&#8221;<\/h3>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin bu ad\u0131m\u0131 uzun y\u0131llar \u00f6nce atabilecekken engellendi\u011fini belirten Cing\u00f6z, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin NGS sahibi olmas\u0131n\u0131 istemeyen lobilerin veya alg\u0131 planlay\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n d\u0131\u015f kaynakl\u0131 olduklar\u0131 ve yerli i\u015fbirlik\u00e7ileri vas\u0131tas\u0131yla uzun y\u0131llard\u0131r T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin n\u00fckleer kul\u00fcbe girmesini ve b\u00f6lgesel g\u00fc\u00e7 olmas\u0131n\u0131 engellemek isteyenler oldu\u011funu anlamak zor olmasa gerek. Zira n\u00fckleere sahip olmak demek g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc \u00fclke olmak demektir. N\u00fckleere sahip \u00fclkeler k\u00fcresel olarak \u00fcst segmentte yer al\u0131r. N\u00fckleere sahip bir \u00fclke olmak o \u00fclkenin dostlar\u0131na g\u00fcven, d\u00fc\u015fmanlar\u0131na tehdit ve cayd\u0131r\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k vermesi demektir. D\u00fcnya enerji koridoru \u00fczerinde jeostratejik konumu ile \u00f6nemli bir yere sahip olan T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin bir de n\u00fckleere sahip \u00fclke olarak g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc artt\u0131rmas\u0131n\u0131 istemeyen emperyalist \u00fclkelerin ve emperyal lobilerin manip\u00fclasyonlar\u0131 bu zamana kadar T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin n\u00fckleere sahip olmas\u0131n\u0131 engellemi\u015ftir.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin n\u00fckleer teknolojilere sahip olmamas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini savunanlar\u0131n ger\u00e7ek\u00e7i olmad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7evremizde, hatta s\u0131n\u0131r kom\u015fumuz olan bir\u00e7ok \u00fclkede n\u00fckleer santral bulunmas\u0131ndan bile anlayabiliriz&#8221; diyen \u0130smail Cing\u00f6z, &#8220;N\u00fckleerin tehlikeli oldu\u011funu, T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin n\u00fckleer santral sahibi olmamas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini ve Akkuyu NGS&#8217;nin durdurulmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini savunanlar ya yeterli bilgiye sahip de\u011filler ya da bilin\u00e7li olarak yanl\u0131\u015f bir alg\u0131 yaratmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yorlar&#8221;<\/em> dedi.<\/p>\n<h3>&#8220;N\u00dcKLEERDE \u00c7OK GEC\u0130KT\u0130K, KAYBEDECEK ZAMAN YOK&#8221;<\/h3>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin Akkuyu NGS in\u015faat\u0131n\u0131 durdurmak bir yana yeni n\u00fckleer santrallerin kurulumu i\u00e7in bir an \u00f6nce somut ad\u0131mlar atmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini belirten \u0130smail Cing\u00f6z, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u015f\u00f6yle devam etti:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Akkuyu NGS&#8217;de geldi\u011fimiz nokta, \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck bir ba\u015far\u0131. N\u00fckleerde \u00e7ok geciktik. Art\u0131k kaybedecek zaman\u0131m\u0131z yok. Bu yol sadece enerji arz\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7e\u015fitlili\u011fini sa\u011flamak de\u011fil, teknoloji demek, geli\u015fmi\u015flik demek, refah i\u00e7inde ya\u015fayan b\u00fcy\u00fck bir \u00fclke olmak demek. Hi\u00e7 vakit ge\u00e7irmeden yeni n\u00fckleer santral projelerinin <strong>Sinop&#8217;ta, \u0130\u011fneada&#8217;da<\/strong> veya <strong>farkl\u0131 yerlerde<\/strong> <strong>bir bir in\u015fa edilmesi<\/strong> i\u00e7in daha g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc ad\u0131mlar at\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<h3>GEL\u0130\u015eM\u0130\u015e \u00dcLKELER\u0130N N\u00dcKLEER SER\u00dcVEN\u0130 T\u00dcRK\u0130YE&#8217;YE \u00d6RNEK OLAB\u0130L\u0130R<\/h3>\n<p>Siyaset Bilimi ve Uluslararas\u0131 \u0130li\u015fkiler Uzman\u0131 \u0130smail Cing\u00f6z, bu konuda <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;T\u00fcrkiye ile ayn\u0131 y\u0131llarda n\u00fckleer ser\u00fcvenini ba\u015flatm\u0131\u015f olan G\u00fcney Kore, \u015fu an elektri\u011finin yakla\u015f\u0131k \u00fc\u00e7te birini n\u00fckleerden sa\u011flamaktad\u0131r ve uzun y\u0131llar boyunca edindi\u011fi tecr\u00fcbe sayesinde kendi n\u00fckleer teknolojilerini \u00fcreten, n\u00fckleer santral in\u015fa eden bir \u00fclke seviyesine gelmi\u015ftir. G\u00fcney Kore bu teknolojileri hem kendi \u00fclkesinde elektrik \u00fcretmek i\u00e7in kullanmakta, hem de \u00fclke d\u0131\u015f\u0131na bu teknolojileri ihra\u00e7 etmektedir. \u00d6rne\u011fin \u015fu anda 20 milyar dolarl\u0131k bir s\u00f6zle\u015fme kapsam\u0131nda Birle\u015fik Arap Emirlikleri&#8217;nin ilk n\u00fckleer enerji santralinin in\u015fas\u0131nda yer al\u0131yor. N\u00fckleer enerji G\u00fcney Kore i\u00e7in stratejik bir \u00f6ncelikti, geli\u015fmi\u015fli\u011fini de bu teknolojiye bor\u00e7lu. Mart 2022&#8217;de se\u00e7ilen Ba\u015fkan Yoon Suk-yeol 2030 y\u0131l\u0131nda elektri\u011fin en az y\u00fczde 30&#8217;unun n\u00fckleerden sa\u011flanmas\u0131 hedefini koydu. Bizler de ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemlerde T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;yi n\u00fckleer teknoloji ile tan\u0131\u015ft\u0131rm\u0131\u015f olsayd\u0131k \u015fu an G\u00fcney Kore benzeri bir pozisyonda olabilir, kendi teknolojimizi ihra\u00e7 edebilirdik. T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin hayali olan Akkuyu bu nedenle de bizim i\u00e7in b\u00fcy\u00fck bir \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131maktad\u0131r. Bir ba\u015fka \u00f6rnek ise Fransa\u2026 T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin n\u00fckleer i\u00e7in ad\u0131m att\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u0131llarda Fransa&#8217;da bu konuyla ilgili en ufak bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma bile yoktu. Oysa bug\u00fcn Fransa, \u00e7ok d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck \u00fcretim maliyeti nedeniyle d\u00fcnyan\u0131n en b\u00fcy\u00fck net elektrik ihracat\u00e7\u0131s\u0131d\u0131r ve bundan y\u0131lda 3 milyar Euro&#8217;nun \u00fczerinde kazan\u00e7 elde etmektedir. Elektri\u011finin yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 70&#8217;ini n\u00fckleer enerjiden elde edilmektedir. N\u00fckleer enerji \u015fu anda Fransa&#8217;daki t\u00fcm fosil yak\u0131t santrallerinin yerini alm\u0131\u015f durumda ve tekrarlayan petrol fiyat\u0131 istikrars\u0131zl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n Frans\u0131z ekonomisi \u00fczerindeki k\u00f6t\u00fc etkilerini \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde azalt\u0131yor. Fransa&#8217;da havac\u0131l\u0131k ve otomobilden sonra en b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc sekt\u00f6r\u00fc n\u00fckleer sanayi olu\u015fturuyor. \u00dclkenin ticaret dengesine y\u0131lda 6 milyar Euro katk\u0131da bulunuyor. 2500 \u015firket ve 220.000 do\u011frudan ve dolayl\u0131 istihdam ile Fransa&#8217;n\u0131n enerji ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131na, b\u00f6lgesel kalk\u0131nmas\u0131na ve istihdam\u0131na katk\u0131da bulunan bir end\u00fcstri. Bu veriler tabii ki 40 y\u0131ll\u0131k bir n\u00fckleer ge\u00e7mi\u015fi simgeliyor. Ama bunlara bakmak bile do\u011fru yolda ilerlersek n\u00fckleer enerjili gelece\u011fimizin nas\u0131l olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6steriyor. Ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde \u0130sve\u00e7, \u00fcretti\u011fi elektri\u011fin y\u00fczde 40&#8217;\u0131n\u0131, Bel\u00e7ika yar\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 n\u00fckleer reakt\u00f6rlerden elde ediyor. Kanada&#8217;da bu oran \u015fu anda y\u00fczde 15 civar\u0131nda. \u0130spanya ise elektrik ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k 5&#8217;te 1&#8217;ini kar\u015f\u0131layan 7 n\u00fckleer reakt\u00f6re sahip. \u00d6zetle Avrupa&#8217;ya bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda toplamda 103 reakt\u00f6r\u00fcn operasyonda oldu\u011funu ve Avrupa&#8217;n\u0131n elektri\u011finin y\u00fczde 25&#8217;lik k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 n\u00fckleerden elde etti\u011fini g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. B\u00fct\u00fcn bu rakamlar n\u00fckleerin geli\u015fmi\u015f \u00fclkelerin elektrik ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamada ne denli \u00f6nemli bir yere sahip oldu\u011funu ortaya koyuyor. T\u00fcrkiye de n\u00fckleere ili\u015fkin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 erkenden ba\u015flatsayd\u0131 biz de bu tablodaki yerimizi alabilirdik. Akkuyu NGS&#8217;nin ne kadar stratejik ve kilit bir yat\u0131r\u0131m oldu\u011funu b\u00f6ylece bir kez daha anlayabiliriz.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<h3>&#8220;AKKUYU NGS B\u0130R OKUL VAZ\u0130FES\u0130 G\u00d6RECEK&#8221;<\/h3>\n<p>Cing\u00f6z, Akkuyu NGS&#8217;nin T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin gelecekte in\u015fa edece\u011fi n\u00fckleer santrallerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015facak insan kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n ilk yeti\u015fti\u011fi yer olarak da tarihe ge\u00e7ece\u011fini belirterek <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Akkuyu NGS&#8217;de yeti\u015fecek ve deneyim kazanacak T\u00fcrk n\u00fckleer m\u00fchendislerin bayra\u011f\u0131 daha ileri seviyelere ta\u015f\u0131yabilecek imkan ve kabiliyetlere sahip olacaklar\u0131 unutulmamal\u0131d\u0131r. Santral, T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin n\u00fckleer ser\u00fcveninde <strong>adeta bir okul vazifesi<\/strong> g\u00f6recektir. Burada yeti\u015fecek ve deneyim kazanacak <strong>T\u00fcrk m\u00fchendisler<\/strong> yeni n\u00fckleer yat\u0131r\u0131mlara \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fck edeceklerdir. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla T\u00fcrkiye karar al\u0131c\u0131 mekanizmalar\u0131 ve halk\u0131n yeni NGS kurulumlar\u0131 i\u00e7in hem kendine olan g\u00fcvenleri artacak hem de n\u00fckleer konusundaki olumsuz \u00f6nyarg\u0131 ve \u00e7ekinceleri giderilmi\u015f olacakt\u0131r. Santral ayn\u0131 zamanda T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin gelecekte b\u00f6lgesel bir g\u00fc\u00e7 olmas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6nemli bir mihenk ta\u015f\u0131 olacakt\u0131r. Akkuyu NGS ile yakla\u015f\u0131k 68 y\u0131ll\u0131k n\u00fckleer enerji hayalini ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmeye haz\u0131rlan\u0131yoruz. Akkuyu NGS&#8217;de \u015fu anda bildi\u011fimiz kadar\u0131yla 200&#8217;\u00fcn \u00fczerinde Rusya&#8217;da \u00e7ok y\u00f6nl\u00fc e\u011fitim alarak yeti\u015fmi\u015f T\u00fcrk n\u00fckleer m\u00fchendis bulunuyor. \u00c7ok say\u0131da \u00f6\u011frenci de Rusya&#8217;da bu alanda e\u011fitim g\u00f6rmeye devam ediyor. \u0130leriki a\u015famada T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin n\u00fckleer teknolojiye sahip olmas\u0131 i\u00e7in kilometre ta\u015f\u0131 g\u00f6revi g\u00f6recek olan bu n\u00fckleer uzmanlar\u0131 Akkuyu sayesinde yeti\u015fmeye ba\u015flad\u0131.
