Ortak sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 yoluyla halka arz edi\u00adlecek paylar\u0131n nominal de\u011feri de <strong>6 milyon 250 bin TL<\/strong>. B\u00f6ylece \u015firketin sermayesinin <strong>y\u00fczde 20,20<\/strong>\u2019si hal\u00adka a\u00e7\u0131k olacak. Ek sat\u0131\u015f miktar\u0131 da <strong>5 milyon TL<\/strong> nominal de\u011ferli pay i\u00e7in s\u00f6z konusu olacak. Ek sat\u0131\u015f\u0131n ger\u00ad\u00e7ekle\u015fmesi durumunda halka a\u00e7\u0131k\u00adl\u0131k oran\u0131 <strong>y\u00fczde 24,24<\/strong> olarak ger\u00e7ek\u00adle\u015fecek. <strong>Sermaye art\u0131r\u0131m\u0131<\/strong> ve <strong>ortak sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 y\u00f6ntemi<\/strong> kullan\u0131lacak. Halka arz <strong>Deniz Yat\u0131r\u0131m<\/strong> ve<strong> QNB Finan\u00adsinvest<\/strong> liderli\u011finde yap\u0131lacak.
