Borusan Grup \u015firketlerinden Bor\u00e7elik \u201c\u0130klim, \u0130nsan, \u0130novasyon\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131klar\u0131nda y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) raporunu yay\u0131nlad\u0131. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de bu raporu alan demir-\u00e7elik sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn ilk \u015firketi olan Bor\u00e7elik\u2019in 2030\u2019a kadar operasyonlar\u0131ndan kaynaklanan emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131 % 47 azaltma ve 2050\u2019ye kadar net s\u0131f\u0131ra ula\u015ft\u0131rma hedefi bulunuyor.<\/strong><\/h2>\n

T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin en b\u00fcy\u00fck ve en y\u00fcksek kaliteli galvanizli \u00e7elik \u00fcreticisi olan Bor\u00e7elik, G20 \u00fclkeleri Finansal \u0130stikrar Kurulu (FSB)<\/strong> taraf\u0131ndan 2015 y\u0131l\u0131nda<\/strong> olu\u015fturulan TCFD (\u0130klimle Ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131 Finansal Beyan G\u00f6rev G\u00fcc\u00fc) raporunu<\/strong> yay\u0131nlad\u0131. \u0130klim krizini temel alan ve soruna y\u00f6nelik \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler olu\u015fturma vizyonu ile hareket eden Bor\u00e7elik, rapor ile birlikte s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirli\u011fe odaklanan daha fazla yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131 ile i\u015f birli\u011fi geli\u015ftirmeyi ve topluma de\u011fer katan yeni projeler \u00fcretmeyi hedefliyor.<\/p>\n

\u015eirket olarak son iki sene i\u00e7erisinde s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirli\u011fe y\u00f6nelik \u00e7elik sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde<\/strong> \u00f6nc\u00fc i\u015flere imza \"\"att\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 belirten Bor\u00e7elik Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Kerem \u00c7ak\u0131r, \u201c\u00c7evreye ve sosyal sorumlulu\u011fa duyarl\u0131 \u00e7elik \u00fcretimi \u00fczerine odaklanan Responsible Steel Derne\u011fi\u2019ne<\/strong> kabul edilen ilk yass\u0131 \u00e7elik \u00fcreticilerinden<\/strong> biriyiz. Ayr\u0131ca Global Compact \u00fcyeli\u011fimiz ile de d\u00fcnyan\u0131n en b\u00fcy\u00fck kurumsal s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik giri\u015fiminin bir par\u00e7as\u0131y\u0131z. \u00c7ak\u0131r, TCFD raporunun Bor\u00e7elik\u2019e katk\u0131s\u0131 hakk\u0131nda ise \u015fu de\u011ferlendirmede bulundu: \u201cHayata ge\u00e7ti\u011fi 2015 y\u0131l\u0131ndan bu yana TCFD \u015firketlerin iklim krizine kar\u015f\u0131 kurumsal y\u00f6neti\u015fim, strateji, risk\/f\u0131rsatlar ve hedefleri konusunda bir raporlama \u00e7er\u00e7evesi olu\u015fturuyor. TCFD ile \u015firketler, yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131na ve di\u011fer payda\u015flar\u0131na iklim krizine kar\u015f\u0131 yapt\u0131klar\u0131 ile ilgili tutarl\u0131, \u015feffaf ve g\u00fcvenilir bilgiler<\/strong> sa\u011flamay\u0131 taahh\u00fct ediyor. Bor\u00e7elik olarak olu\u015fturdu\u011fumuz karbonsuzla\u015fma eylem plan\u0131<\/strong> ile bizim de 2030\u2019a kadar operasyonlar\u0131m\u0131zdan kaynaklanan emisyonlar\u0131 y\u00fczde 47<\/strong> azaltma ve 2050\u2019ye kadar net s\u0131f\u0131ra ula\u015ft\u0131rma hedefimiz<\/strong> s\u00f6z konusu. Plan\u0131m\u0131z kapsam\u0131nda do\u011falgaz<\/strong> ve elektrik t\u00fcketiminin azalt\u0131lmas\u0131na<\/strong> y\u00f6nelik yat\u0131r\u0131mlara<\/strong> ve enerji verimlili\u011fi projelerine<\/strong> odaklan\u0131yor, baz\u0131 alanlarda s\u00fcre\u00e7lerimizi daha s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir k\u0131lmak ad\u0131na hidrojen tesisi yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131nda<\/strong> bulunmay\u0131 planl\u0131yoruz. Yenilenebilir enerji \u00fcretim ve kullan\u0131m konusunda ise Gemlik\u2019teki ana fabrikam\u0131zda kurulan pilot GES yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n\u0131<\/strong> tamamlad\u0131k. Manisa \u00c7elik Servis Merkezimizde GES yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n\u0131<\/strong> s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyoruz. RES projemiz i\u00e7in<\/strong> Borusan EnBw Enerji<\/strong> ile birlikte hareket ediyoruz.
